idk what you mean by "core"
best rom is RRos
yes, both ginkgo and willow are diferant in fw
you can't install miui or custom rom based on miui on both (those roms have fw)
but other custom rom are unified (work on both and don't have fw)
as long as you avoid flashing miui and fw you will be fine

Nethunter shall not work in latest Android releases due to enhanced security.
you can try it out yourself. There is a page which teaches us about adding support as nethunter is just a package flashed above a ROM, nothing more. The problem will be to get features working.

Just wanted to know, if It was possible to flash Redmi Note 5 Pro's Indian Global Stable ROM's on Redmi Note 5 AI/China or not.
One other thing I wanted to know was. I seen some global version ROMs of the AI version on the forum, but didn't find any mention of those on the chinese MIUI forum. Can someone point the way for their source.

you are sure about this, right ? and does doing so, flashing india's rom, decrease the camera quality; compared to the china version for AI ?

no it doesnt. even though they are different in cameras. rom knows its a RN5AI and so it flashes correct files specially for our global RN5AI. that cameras are different.

Yes, why not. Its called Generic System Image after all. But its GSI and its MIUI expect some bugs, bad performance etc.
My personal opinion, just wait for official release, if you want try A10 there's plenty of good roms with proper build.

I have a question because I have Redmi Note 8T and I noticed there is an official LineageOS support for Redmi Note 8 and 8T. But the problem is that i'm able to download custom rom for ginkgo only and I cannot see any willow option. Does ginkgo rom work on willow too? I appreciate your help.

Looks like ginkgo ROM works on both. 8 and 8T.

I unlocked bootloader, thinking it was a willow, and just realized I have a biloba...

So far I only rooted my biloba. Probably you could try GSI Roms on it, but I haven't tried yet.

No. The 2021 biloba model has other chipset. Totally different from the gingko/willow model.
I had the same question. That sounds bad so...
Will there ever be a custom rom?
