I'm lost between these two smartphones, both have almost the same price and the same specs except the main camera and the screen, which one to choose between the two?

For me what will tilt the balance is size and weight, where mi 11 lite is lighter and smaller. Besides Mi 11 lite doesn't have a dedicated SD card slot.

Yes it has but, it uses same slot as SIM. So you cant use two SIMS at a time, if you use SD card.

I use Mi 10T Pro as a daily driver. Bought a Redmi Note 10 Pro one month ago but sold it after one week. Great phone for the price but it still left me cold for some reason. I have now made an order of 11 Lite 4G. I dont't think the camera on 11 Lite is that much worse. Watched a camera comparison on youtube and they were more oss less on par. The great thing about 11 Lite is the smaller and nicer form factor. Will update when I get the phone later this week.

Im am making a switch from IOS to android. I have ordered a Mi 11 lite (after some research). And I have joined this forum(looks really cool place to hangout). Main reason being the customization options and availability of open source apps. I plan to ungoogle (unChina perhaps) the phone to my liking. Really inspired by a wolfgang's video on the topic. Hopeful that a major custom rom (like lineage or omni) gets released for Mi 11 lite soon.

I would like to revise my statement above. Got a Mi 11 Lite 4G two days ago. It was a bit disappointing. It feels a bit cheap to be honest. Further, the punchole is bigger and more intrusive compared to N10Pro. Not a big fan of Note 10 Pro but I still think that phone felt a bit better. Also got a Poco F3 and that phone feels great. Better build quality and haptics than both 11 Lite and Note 10 Pro and way faster and more fluid. Mi 11 Lite feels like a typical midrange phone whereas F3 almost feels like a full-fledged flagship. Did not expect such a large difference between F3 and Mi 11 Lite. I also thought that F3 would feel like a faster Note 10 Pro. However, F3 feels way better than Note 10 Pro (as I remember that phone).
What about photo comparison for you guys ? which one best ??

Thank you for sharing your experience. I haven't used any other phones you mentioned, in fact, this (xiaomi 11 lite) is my first android phone that I have been using since a few hours today. Overall its been good so far. The biggest complain (or rather disappointment) is the camera. It...just... ...sucks haha. Not to say Its unusable but compared to iphone, for me its just functional and thats it. Of course there is no comparison between the two. Im just sharing my impression of it. Over all, not too bad for a first time android phone.
And speaking of android, I dont know if all android phones are like this but, Android in this phone felt like a Google heaven and a data sucking machine down to your every single heart beat. The DEFAULT CONTACT(by default I mean its a system app and I can't even delete it) app is GOOGLE. WHAT??? The default assistant is google. Basically every app is google and so many unnecessary permissions like calculator requiring microphone was there.
I really hope a custom rom come out soon because I would have to spend hours setting this thing up with just root access. And even that might not be enough. Thank you for the read.

Xiaomi used a small main camera sensor in order to reduce the camera bump on this phone. This is the reason for mediocre camera performance. However, I still think the camera is pretty good taking the low price into consideration. However, I will sell this phone now. It is a good midranger but not close enough to a flagship. The difference between using this phone vs. F3 or Mi 10T Pro are too large for my taste. The form factor is super nice but everything else feels mediocre. I don't think I ever will buy a midranger again. If one get used to the haptics and speed/fluidity of Xiaomi flagships (or Poco F3) it is very hard to settle for a phone like this.
Hi,
Thanks a lot for the first hand experiences. I'm a light user myself and don't need/expect high (SoC) performance from a phone.
Except cost and form factor, the most important thing to me is the camera. I doubted the extra-tiny pixel on the new sensor at first, but then I saw the review at GSMArena:
https://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi_11_lite-review-2255p5.php#image31
The details of the mosaic are very good. In fact, only a few phones can resolve the details to such level -- I found out by digging quite a few reviews in that site comparing the photo samples of the same scene.
I also saw some other reviews on Youtube with positive impressions. (And then, there will be GCam for help in the near future... )
In what aspects do you think the camera is not good?
Shutter lag? Low light?
BTW, OTOH, I'm worrying about the durability of this phone, especially after seeing the broken RN10 pro in the bending test
I don't do that to my phones for sure, but the thinness of this phone is so attractive yet so worrying at the same time.
Just found a teardown video of this phone, the 1st one I have encountered:
Looks like the middle frame is widened/thickened near the area of switches. Should be a good thing for the rigidity...

Yes. I'm going to sell my Mi 11 Lite 4G. It feels a bit fragile. Poco F3 feels much sturdier in comparison. With that said, I do not care that much about bend tests. I do not think it will break when using it in everyday life.
The problem for me is subjective experience of holding a phone that feels a bit fragile. IMO Mi 11 Lite lacks a premium in-hand feel. It feels a bit cheap.
I got your point.
To me, it's a dilemma. The sense of substantial feels good in hand, but it could also drag my pants down or skew in my pocket, LOL !

i bought Poco X3 nfc first, very good for the price but really too heavy, it dragged my pants down
Then bought Mi 11 lite on a temporary sale (189€ in Italy), and sold the X3.
Weight it's not directly related to the real phone hardness, let's consider that the more weight the more risk of breaking when it falls on the ground, for obvious physical reasons.
For that price of course there is no match, Mi 11 lite is a best buy, it's real problem is the actual street price.
Actually, i definitely love it, and look forward for twrp and aosp roms, and a dedicated gcam mod, to get the most out of it

Hello, I've been in the market for a phone, this phone fits my budget especially considering Amazon.in is having a discount sale on it for Rs.12,000(32 GB). So, I can get it for Rs.10k with the exchange of my old mobile. This phone has got my interest since it's launch, but every time I wanted to purchase this, I backed down because of huge number of negative reviews from users it got on multiple sites complaining about many issues the most I'm concerned about are heating, hanging & randomly switching off automatically(deal breaker), touch screen going breserk. I read lot of user reviews where they mention that they start to have those issues after few days of owning it. Do any one(especially from India) having or using this phone for some time(2-3 months) have these issues?. Can these issues be solved by flashing custom roms?, Are any quality(stable for daily usage) roms available for this mobile?.
Your feedback will help me to decide whether to go for this or not, as there is no point to buy highly spec'd phone with poor functionality.
I'm using 4GB 64 GB variant.
In my opinion the phone is overall good device.
I bought this 64GB device from a guy who used it about 1.5 months for about 12k . For me it was a huge steal.
Coming to the device, my opinions
1....32 Gigs is OK provided for 12k you get the 64 Gigs redmi note 4 for 13k.also honor 6x 11k and cool1 dual is also a better choice. And there is a new device SRT phone. Don't know much but check it out
2....the device performace , battery backup, looks are top notch.
3....i like Moto devices much more and hate skinned UIs and i personally I'm a little disappointed on this matter. But it has its pros too.
4. The device is a bit heavier for me as 5inch redmi 3s With 4000mah battery fits way too more comfortable in the hand.
But i can live with it.
Best pros
1. Best RAM management I've ever seen.
2.5hr+ SOT. Less than 2hrs to full charge (upto 90) with stock charger
3. U touch (check youtube videos)
4.looks black back glass panel is[emoji108]
5. Front camera is good
Cons
1. UI
2. Little bulky
3. At Night camera is a badass( in daylight it performs fine for me. Images attached)
4.always have to be careful about scratches .boths sides are prone to scratches (lenovo does provide a case in box )
Hope this helps you decide

@rameeskr, Thanks for your feedback... very much appreciated. And thanks for your other suggestions also. And Honor 6x is top of my list actually & I can't decide between that(Honor 6X) & this(Z2 Plus), they are just Rs.1k apart in price(both 32GB versions), with 6X being cheaper. User reviews of Honor 6X are very positive. Snapdragon 820(ability to flash custom roms) for this price, is what pulling me back from going with Honor 6X(Kirin 655 with octa-core Cortex-A53). Bad user reviews pulling me back from going with Z2 plus. Hmm.... decisions....decisions...
Regarding your other suggestions:
Don't want to go for Redmi Notes
Have to look at Cool 1 Dual

Bro if you don't mind voiding your warranty and are going to root, dont wait! go for z2 plus.

And being a renamed international market sold phone, there are many developments going on.

I also got this phone recently for 12K on Snapdeal
I too was worried reviews on amazon (phone blast etc) and was almost ready to buy Redmi note 4 but thankfully Flipkart does not deliver it in my area.
Finally thought of buying new Redmi Note 3 from ebay but when I saw this on 12K on Snapdeal, it was too hard to resist SD820 at this price. But the amazon reviews had put me in a dilemma.
So finally I decided to watch reviews of this phone on YouTube (geekyRanjit and others, you must watch them too) and finally I decided to try it after around half day watching almost all videos and gathering all informations.
Trust me this device is worth the price.
As soon as I booted the phone, I got a 500mb OTA and then a 900Mb Nougat OTA
So I first installed updates and then used my phone, so I can't say if all those issues of heating mentioned on amazon reviews were present previously or not but I never faced any heating issue or hang even after 15 minute antutu stress test.
BTW I have disabled notification led from settings (read by some user that disabling it helped in hang issues, and it came disabled by default and I don't need led so kept it disabled. It may be a myth)
About battery, I get 5-5.5 hours sot with 4G and Hotspot on and 7-8 hours sot on wifi
I recommend you to purchase it, top notch performance and a decent camera (2 self clicked pics attached) at a mid range price
@st_7 its for 11K today on amazon, go for it
Can anyone post some battery stats here...
Stock ROM battery and performance is sweet.
You will definitely get the best juice here..
Only con is the UI (its not that bad)
But some guys(myself included) wants stock experience.
Battery last for 1 day+ for sure on heavy usage and 4g.
5 to 6 hrs SOT.
In marshmallow.

Using ZUI 2.5.104ST indian version. No root. Not using any battery mod like greenyfy.
If you plan to root the device in future, I suggest you wait since the official site developer.zuk.com is not functioning properly. Wait for it to be fixed, in the meantime you can search for alternatives.
Hi I had a Zuk Z2 and it was a good phone, in fact, the best phone value out there but unfortunately it has gone and im using a old Xiaomi Redmi 2.
I was looking to buy a new phone and found a interested sale promotion on Mi5S (3GB/64GB) Gearbest, it is 217.00EU which i consider cheaper for this model.
In other hand, i dont like MIUI ROM, its outdated take too much Ram and have bad battery life also i didnt see a lot of life on development tabs which brings to me a question.
Take all of this in consideration, would you recommend to buy it?
I personally love the device, so, yes for me.
Coming from Galaxy Note 4 and Redmi Note 3, this phone is a huge upgrade (aside the screen that is downgrade from Note 4).
And though many (bad things) has been said about the FP, I love the FP sensor as well as it can detect even when my fingers are wet / slightly moist (I live in tropical country) unlike Redmi Note 3 which will require me to wipe my fingers dry first.
MIUI is not bad, especially if you use Xiaomi EU rom for example. The features are massive and most of them offers quality of life improvement. To each their own of course however.
With something like the Nova Launcher, I like the Mi5S, though audio quality through the 3,5" isn't the best and multitasking is limited to a handful of apps. But speed and build quality are very good. Also the battery life is quite good with the latest firmware and you have an incredible quick fastcharge function on it. Or you can wait until the FP works good on LineageOS, but I can't really tell how long that will take.
You can also consider the likes of Motorola (good software, but average battery life) and maybe something from LeEco with LineageOS installed on it. You can also find midrange Sony phones for a reasonable price nowadays, for instance the Xperia X Compact (low res screen, but good phone nonetheless). Also Honor makes good phones. The UMI Z is also worth the look with recent prices, although I don't know about battery life.
If battery life is the most important thing, than buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Pro. You get a solid week of usage per charge and the build quality is superb in the price class. Also, the Snapdragon 625 is more than fast enough for everything but gaming. Plus it's just over a 100 dollars when discounted.
/EDIT: The LG G5 is heavily discounted in the US at the moment: http://www.androidpolice.com/2017/06/21/deal-alert-get-unlocked-lg-g5-259-newegg/
Coming from the redmi 2 wt88047, I find that the MI5s is much better but battery life is not that much better. Everything is an improvement compared to the redmi 2 but the battery life is pretty much the same.

LG G5 have random reboots, and it can appear after your purchase. Phones on SD625 are really useless today ( if you want a phone for 2-3 years ). Sony is very expensive for their quality and software support. Mediatek phones are very hot.
My mom has a Redmi 4 Pro and it's very fast, way more than the 617 my girlfriends phone has. So I really don't see a problem with this chipset.
But I don't know about the G5 though. Is it really still the case after all the patches? Would be idiotic, but I have seen worst in the phone industry.
I'm very happy with this phone. I'm a very casual user, no modding, nothing. All that I need works very nice, running latest official global rom.
Thanks to all, I made my choice, I choose OnePlus 5 ???.
But
How I don't have enough money I bought a Mi5s (3Gb/64gb) from gear best hope I'll be very happy with this phone ?

I ask mainly because i believe this phone will have really good dev support for a long time while OP7Pro is fine but not as active as before.
I don't usually like to run the stock version of the OS.
But im so used to this really good loking screen on the OP7Pro so i wanna know your opinions.

Judging from your post in the green tint thread, I believe you have already bought the phone. Why are you asking for other people's opinions when you already have the phone? You should test it yourself and form your own opinion.

yea saw this coming , but i ask because i still dont use the phone much , im wating for the 7 days to unlock otherwise theres no point for me to use it without my apps and the usual enviroment im used to.
I dont see whats worng with that or why you feel the need to point that out.
Its just that people usually ask these sort of questions before buying a phone, not after it. What if a lot of previous op7 pro owners appeared on this post and told you not to switch? Will you sell the phone? Wouldnt it be a waste of time and money? These few questions made me write the above post. My apologies if you found it offensive. Have a good day.

So well i can get my full money back if i do that.To be honest i wouldnt have asked if it werent because of those days i need to wait to unclock the bootloader.
Seems like a waste of money.
I only replace phones if the screen is damaged. or my phone is not working anymore.
No compare no despair.
"Worth" is subjective.
If you ask this kind of question, you are feeling hesitated.
Write your expectation in "priority order". Price, performance, battery backup, developmen, customer service, warrant, social surrounding, etc.
Don't put your expectation in parallel, you can't judge what you need in parallel.
It all depend on what you want the phone for.
Since you said you can refund, then refund it. You can buy it back later.
If you say you bought it on a limited discount price and aren't willing to refund it, then move "Price" to higher priority.
If you say more dev activity is better, then move "Custom development" to higher priority, but don't put it parallel with "Price". You have to decide which is your priority.
Other's opinion is not your opinion. You can't blame them if you follow their opinion and hate the phone later. You are the one "decide" to follow. No one force you.
My opinion is : smash your OP7Pro, then you'll find your Poco F3 worthwhile.
I recently moved from a OnePlus 7 Pro to a Poco F3. Reason being my OnePlus was full of scratches and battery life had degraded. The thing I miss about the OnePlus is its premium aluminium build and the display without any interruptions like a punch hole and notch. That being said, I really enjoyed the display on the Poco....the 120 hz panel is brighter, smoother and has better colors in my eyes compared to the OnePlus. Despite the punch hole which is the smallest I have used I am enjoying watching movies a lot for on this phone thanks to the smart tv Memc chip feature (which OnePlus 8 pro and 9 pro also has). It smoothens videos (though its a personal preference) but I love it. I also like the flat display, it's easier to apply a screen protector on it compared to the curved screen of the OnePlus 7 pro. Poco F3 is more comfortable to hold being flat, slimmer and lighter with the same screen size without a case. I had the OnePlus 7 pro in mirror grey so both my black Poco F3 and OnePlus were equal fingerprint magnets without a case but like I said OnePlus did feel more premium to hold because of its aluminium. I found the upgraded ram and processor to provide a superior experience compared to my OnePlus in various tasks (which was already pretty snappy). Back camera experience: Superior for me on the Poco when there is ample daylight though OnePlus 7 pro worked better in low light. I found selfie results to be superior on the Poco compared to OnePlus. It struggles though in low light situations but I hope this can be improved with updates and Gcams in future. I didn't like MIUI 12 with the Poco launcher much though the one ui like Oxygen OS 11 was buggy too on the OnePlus 7 pro and it took many months to arrive (had zero hopes to get Oxygen OS 12 whenever it comes seeing the fate of the OnePlus 6 series.... though custom ROM support is decent on the OnePlus 7 Pro). When I unlocked the bootloader and installed the custom MIUI 12.5 ROM on Poco F3 I loved it as it also solved a lot of bugs and animations became prettier and snappier. XDA development has been really impressive on the Poco F3 in recent times so I expect many good custom ROMs in the future. Overall I have been pretty satisfied with moving to the Poco F3 from OnePlus 7 Pro. I also moved to the 256 GB version from my 128 GB One Plus so that was another upgrade for me personally. Music experience was identical on both devices. The Poco is giving decent SOT with the battery being new.
P.S. I also noticed it charges at a uniform speed right up to 100 percent. OnePlus used to slow down when it was above 70 percent I think.
I suggest you switch to a better model.

The reason i havent send it back is because i too wanna try the phone with a different system other than stock which i do in all phones i get ( gotta wait until tuesday).
From the little time i have been using the phone i can say i like it and the only thing i dislike so far is the screen at night which is not uniform at all.
I even stated that my main concern is having a phone with good dev support so yea im not looking for opinions to change of mind , i just wanna know what they felt going from one phone to another, im not gonna decide just becuase someone had issues or didn't like the phone; i know my priorities , in fact another reason i wanna keep the Poco is due to having Wifi 6 support which my router does and i can telll the difference.
Also the ability to just switch on VoLTE in my country rather than having to use ADB commands like with my oneplus is really refreshing and i like it.
And so on there are many thing i like about the phone and i will decide in a few days once i try it with the bootloader unlocked.
Maybe it was amy bad to use the word "worth" since everyone has different needs on what is worth it for them.
oh and lol at the last sentence, i aint gonna smash it xd hmm i could potentially sell it almost for the same price i bought the Poco!

Nice , thank you for the comparision this is what i was looking for when i asked.
Now do you think charging at same speed from 0 to 100 is good? i believe Oneplus does reduce speed for a reason i guess.

Not sure about the impact this uniform charging has on the longevity of the battery but I do find it convenient for my personal needs. From what I know this is achieved by two batteries joined together, I may be wrong as I don't grasp the science behind this.
I sold my 7T Pro and bought the F3 for less. more than happy w my decision. Screen on time was horrible on the op7 series. never turning backkkkk

It is a bit dumb to ask since we all use different apps and signal coverage but..
What was your SOT with the 7T Pro and now with the F3?
I'm also thinking of moving from the OP7 non-pro to a new phone, have not made my mind yet whether it will be the Poco F3 for performance or the Redmi note 10 pro for camera. Reason to move away from OP7 is poor battery life and the 120hz display with the new phones.
Poco F3 has IMX582 camera sensor which quality wise is similar to IMX586 in the OP7 so at best case I'll get same quality photos and that is by biggest concern with the Poco.

I had the 7 Pro, 7T Pro and 7T.
almost all these three had similar SoT's
for the 7 Pro and 7T Pro my Sot maxes to 4.5-5hrs
with the 7T it lasts for 6hrs
with the 8. 8T and 8 Pro I get 7-10hrs of SoT
I dont game just some emails, voip calls and some facebook and with forced doze on apps I dont need to be awake all the time. I just hate how power hungry the panels are with the 7 series

Yup I had every oneplus up to oneplus 8 pro. ditched em on the 9 series for the s21 ultra and the f3

I ask mainly because i believe this phone will have really good dev support for a long time while OP7Pro is fine but not as active as before.
I don't usually like to run the stock version of the OS.
But im so used to this really good loking screen on the OP7Pro so i wanna know your opinions.

I have both phones.
Ill say thatthe op7pros screen is 2k , but it just isnt as bright andlets not forget the battery life on the poco f3 which is better even while running an always on display . More importantly, the There are waaaay more roms and wil be for longer on the poco f3. If you really have the cash to spare, the poco f3 is worth it and a definite upgrade
Hey guys, I am going to buy a new phone and finally upgrade from my OnePlus 5t. I did a lot of research and I am between the phones of the title. It seems like the 9 Pro has muuuch more support and recognition in here so it will probably be easier to do this like custom roms, recoveris, kernels etc. But I also saw that the screen Is not top tier but more something like the 8 Pro(brightness wise) while other flagships are on another level. Also, DXOMark(not the best site, I know) testing showed that the OP 9 Pro has the worst HDR in movies. It seems almost as if it doesn't have HDR. Can you please tell me your opinions and help me decide?

I don't think the original firmware is going to be "unstable" is it? And if yes, I still feel uneasy about the fact that OP 9 Pro HDR looks ****... Of course I love OxygenOS (even if OnePlus does some stupid things from time to time) but at the same time I want a full Flagship and not another "just the latest CPU" smartphone..
I think is a matter of opinion you will get a lot of love/ hate relationship from users with the op9pro. I had the mi9 for about 2 years ( I know is not mi 11 ultra) until I upgraded to 9pro. Miui was fine didn't have many problems with it until they start pushing ads in system apps and that was a no no for me. Is the op9 perfect? Not really. Is oos perfect? Again not really. If your an enthusiast and wanna mess with ROMs, kernels etc go for the 9pro, is a good phone ,decent cameras, good battery life.... for me anyway..the HDR thing don't know about it not something I'd be interested in. As for the mi11 ultra can't comment on it never used one & reviews online are hit and miss as with every phone. So if you want HDR go with mi11 if you want to customise go with the 9pro . There both good phones with similar specs just the OS & support makes the difference

Thank you for the nice reply. I am thinking it a lot because I am the type who keeps a phone for a long time(or I try to) so I can't mess it up. After a lot of searching, I may also go with the OP 8t because 2 friends have it and it is pretty good. I also think that if I go to the 8t I won't miss a lot of things so yeah, I'll have to decide based on what I want to do more
The screen (1 billion colors) is one of the best in the world on OP9 pro & s21 Ultra (on release date).
11 ultra is heavyer. Much heavyer. You will feel the extra weight in youre pocket. And bigger.
11 ultra is Much expenssive.
Fast charging is Great on OnePlus. Wired and wireless. On 11 ultra real charging is not as they claim.
Oxygen is not as clean & awesome as it was. Google mess it up. But from what i know better than miui.

I am a OP fan and been using OP for years, just for a change and experience, this time I went with Xiaomi.
Allow me to comment on your comment (sorry for the caps, was doing it before finding colour change):

11 ultra is Much expenssive. (COMPLETELY DISAGREE, I GOT MY MI11U FOR CHEAPER THAN 9PRO, BUT MONEY WAS NOT THE CASE FOR ME).

Oxygen is not as clean & awesome as it was. Google mess it up. But from what i know better than miui. (OXYGEN IS BEST OS EVER USED, BUT WITH LOTS AND LOTS AND LOOOOTS OF MINOR BUGS THAT NEVER GETS RESOLVED. MIUI A BIT ANNOYING UNLESS YOU REMOVE BLOATWARE WITH ADB) in addition to all that, MIUI software update is not perfect. and with the last update, i am having a really good battery management and really good smoothness. bug are minimum which really shocks me. after 3 or 4 months of use, i started to like MIUI, but still prefer Oxygen.

after 3 months of experience with MI 11 ultra, I totally disagree with your comments, especially after 12.5 update. I find it less bugs than Oxygen, and I like what they make in it, but I still miss OXYGEN for its cleanliness, (not sure if still clean on OP9Pro as I heard it is not). and with MIUI I can easily debloat with ADB without affecting anything at all. and I still can reinstall debloats at anytime as well.
One more time, for more than 4 years on Oneplus, and before that I was on pixel and nexus, Xiaomi just for the past 3 months.
I have both and use both sometimes one sometimes the other. MIUI I think is really cool because completely different than what you would normally expect from the Android interface. Since it is a Chinese company that is geared more towards China and Europe. Your going to get a funky but really fun phone.
Make sure you get the right one if you care about bands. You can change ROMs but the bands will be different from China and Europe.
That said I just love using my 9 Pro there is a lot you can do with it.
Hey, guys!
I'm about to make a big purchase decision (yes, I call buying a phone under $450 a big decision!). After some research, my choices were filtered to these two devices as they offer the best value for money. If you were in my situation, which one would you choose and why? are there any options to consider?
P.S: If this post is redundant or exists somewhere else on the forum, please point me to that discussion. Thanks!
Depending on your needs. Note 10 has a better camera. Poco f3 has the better chip. The pictures from Poco are fine and the Mediathek is not bad.
As someone who had both you can't go wrong with either.
Decided to go with the F3 in my case.
The F3 is faster, you can even feel it in the UI but it isn't to say the Note 10 pro is bad but you do feel the difference, no way around it.
If you're sensitive to some random stutters or plan on any gaming be sure to get the F3 as the note 10 pro can't game very well (gets hot and throttle) while the F3 is a champ in the performance category.
The camera in the note 10 pro is better but I didn't notice a night and day difference between them.
The F3 camera is what I'll call average, there are better out there but if the lighting's good both will do great, the main difference is at night but because the note 10 pro doesn't have OIS don't expect it to be flagship level.
To conclude, in my opinion, the difference in camera's between the 2 isn't anything major but the difference in performance is so I believe the F3 is the better choice.

Yes, I agree fully.
However, there's some upsides from using Redmi Note 10 Pro (I had both too at one point)
- More custom roms (if you're into that)
- Headphone jack
- It's just as fast (if you're using a custom rom and not playing games)
- I think also better battery life but I might be wrong
- The colorways are better imo
The upsides of Poco F3
- Wayyy better build quality (except the speaker grills and charging port - they're kinda sharp tbh)
- Audio quality is somehow way better with the Poco even though you'll have to use the adapter for headphones. Another thing to mention is I think the adaptor itself is proprietary since I couldn't use it on other devices.
- Better speaker quality
- Better screen
- Wayyyy faster storage speed
- It's gonna last way longer due to the chipset
- Accessories and skins are way easier to find
What's good on both phones
- Both look good
- 120hz screens
- Active community development
- Not hard to service
- Noob friendly
I too had this doubt in August .
The F3 overall has the best spec sheet. It costs a little more but lasts longer. (I'm biased! Satisfied owner of F3)

Poco F3 is far better than Redmi Note 10 Pro in all aspects as I compared the specs and Poco F3 has every new spec. The only thing is Note 10 Pro has a large battery than Poco F3 but the snapdragon 870 will enhance the battery life in Poco F3 by giving good performance.

Yes, I notice from my research that the RN10 Pro enjoys the availability of more roms. However, if we consider only the most famous roms, like LineageOS and ArrowOS, they are equally loved and supported.
From your thoroughly helpful response, the Poco F3 three is clearly superior. And since the difference is that significant (fast storage, longevity, sound qality...etc as you said) I think I'm more confident in my preference of the F3.
Again, your response was extremely helpful to me because it highlighted those subtle areas, which are usually mentioned with some assumption that everyone will understand their meaning.
Thanks a lot, sir!

I think you have the right to be biased now that I understood their differences better!
I own both (Aliothin and sweetin)
Pros of Aliothin (Mi 11x or Poco f3 in EU)
1. Faster performance.
2. Premium looking back compared to Note 10 pro
3. 5G capable
Pros of Sweetin (Note 10 pro India)
1. Better camera (64MP Samsung Sensor is better than 48MP one in F3 especially in low light, 108MP global version is also really good)
2. Headphone Jack
3. Super Macro lens vs Just Macro in F3.
4. Better Battery life (5000 vs 4520 if I am not wrong)
Get F3 if you are willing to keep your phone for 4 or so years and Note 10 pro if you change every 2 years. sd732G is a aging chip, sd870 is blistering fast.
F3 has 5G which means you can enjoy faster network when it available.
That is the main reason I put another $100 for my phone (I don't spend much for phone generally).
This is the best value phone I found with both 5G and Snapdragon. Though I must admitted that 870G is overkill for my need, I never play games on mobile. I could trade it for better battery. But I was very tempted with a premium cpu.
