flash stock with Odin, it will lock the bootloader, the knox fuse is definitely blown - if you do it correctly it should not be an issue.
ofc all the risks are in your hands, because you are doing it

it is the first step - after that you should enter download mode and choose vol up to LOCK the bootloader
it will erase everything on the phone tho
check also here - https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/guide-re-lock-bootloader-galaxy-s10-s10-s10e.3934681/

if the phone is unlocked, that option is greyed out - but to actual lock the boot loader, flash with odin is required
can you please answer me , if i can flash the Official Firmware (enhanced edition 12.5.6) of the Redmi K40 on the Poco F3 using Mi_Flash_Tool with unlocked bootloader in Fastboot Mode ?!
Thanks in advance
i cant see any issue as long as flash all & lock is not selected. Why not just install Miui vn or Eu they are based on china.
Yes you can but dont lock bootloader.

thanks for mentioning that , it is really important cause it will brick my device , but why ? they are the same phone and hardware ?
The ROM miui vn is also the enhanced edition i believe. Regarding flashing the official once via mib flash in sure it's fine as long as you don't lock bootloader with it.

If u lock bootloader after flash, the motherboard crash because not same region that he configurated. So if u let him unlock bootloader, ure device won't think about region and let u boot into ure china rom

it is not about the motherboard , it is about the bootloader because it the system check for your device and its security , it does not crash it will not boot because the bootloader cannot accept such system to run on that partition except the official one for the motherboard
So, it is mandatory to unlock the bootloader even when you are flashing stock firmware?
Just don't lock it again with other firmware?
I'm currently using Global MIUI 12.5.4 version but was thinking of flashing Mi 11x firmware.

No, It only applies here where the firmware wasn't made for the device but if you're going to flash a stock firmware that was made for your device the you don't need to unlock it

NEVER lock bootloader on Custom Rom, there is no reason why.

There are valid reasons to lock your bootloader, but it shouldn't be done with unofficial software (a Custom ROM).
When the bootloader is locked, only signed software is allowed to boot, so only official ROMs can boot.
