New Mi5s identified as Mi5s plus - how to fix?

Just received my new Mi5s 3/64.
When checking the 'about phone' screen, It is identified as mi5s plus...?!
can't attach picture for some reason. here are some details:
- Model number: Mi 5s Plus
- Android version: 6.0.1 MXB48T
- MIUI version: MIUI global 8.0 stable 8.0.4.0 (MBGMIDI)
- CPU Quadcore max 2.15 GHz
- RAM 3GB
- Internal memory: 64GB total
...
In addition, there are several bugs that might be related:
- Camera app doesn't open
- There's no sound
- Antutu benchmark is only 100k
I tried to change the ROM using the updater tool, but ROMs downloaded from Xiaomi official and from Xiaomi.eu but it did not work ("can't verify update").
I'm very frustrated... any ideas?

You have to fastboot flash the correct ROM.
Need to unlock bootloader first.

I took it to a lab to replace the ROM. Phone is working fine now.

Every app returns different answers for A-only / AB

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 (2018) SM-T590 with Resurrection Remix 8.6.4 AB version installed, I updated it to Android 10 on stock before installing custom ROM.
However, I'm still not sure about the device's partitions if it's A-only or AB. It was released with Android 8.1, so it should be A-only, but if it's A-only, would the AB ROM work? Also, the system partition is ~3GB in size while the settings app says 7.5GB.

- Treble Info - System as Root supported, AB, Seamless Upgrades not supported.
- Magisk Manager - AB no, SAR yes.
- Settings app.
How to make sure which of the apps is saying the truth? Can installing an A-only ROM wipe the partition table and brick the device? Also, if it's AB, how to see what ROM is using the other slot?

General Tmobile One plus 9pro lE2127 11.2.6.6.LE5ACB

Can confirm that the boot image file AA work for My device named in title. Just follow the same steps listed in the tutorial here with the AA file of your current buildnumber if your tmobile One plus 9 pro and you want root. 100% worked for me!

Today I received the MIUI Global V12.5.2.0.RJFEUXM update on my Poco M3 via OTA and decided to share the file with all of you. The file was downloaded to the main storage (accesible internal memory), inside the "/Internal Memory/Downloads/downloaded_rom/" folder.
