[Q] Camera settings for best picture quality?

Hi I just got HTC One V but I noticed the picture quality on my laptop rather looks washed up. can anybody recommend good settings or tweaks for better results
Decrease the brightness or use these settings...
When I took a picture of me and transferred it to my laptop, my pic also looked like a painting on which little water was spilled... Then I realized that it was the brightness of my laptop. I had increased it to its fullest for some work earlier. When I decreased my brightness, my pic was looking great.
If this doesn't help, Try these settings:
Flash - OFF.
Image Resolution - 5MP.
ISO - Auto.
White Balance - Auto.
Scene - Auto.
Best of Luck :fingers-crossed:
Decrease the Sharpness and Saturation counter by one.
Never trust in-camera picture adjustments settings on any Mobile camera or Digital Camera.

Click to collapse
Power, we don't decrease olthe saturation or sharpness on our PC... do we?
If we use the settings I've stated above, there's no sharpness-saturation problem.

[Q] Google Photo Sphere - Exposure Setting

Is there a way to keep the exposure same throughout the whole capture? Evertime I go over a bright window, the exposure auto adjusts and everything but the window looks black. Thanks!
Update,
At this point I don't see an option in the app to change or mess with the exposure setting while in Spere mode. Hopefully Google will implement some sort of exposure freeze feature as it would greatly help in creating a more balanced image without the light and dark variations.

camera settings on note 2

Camera Settings --> AUTO CONTRAST - Not keeping the setting

Hi, I noticed that the camera app doesn't keep the setting for the auto contrast.
After quitting the app, it's turned off and I've to switch it on everytime.
The auto contrast is really cool, it let me take better photos and I waste less time in photoshop to fix the contrast.
Any help to fix the issue?
up ?! :good:

Auto brightness settings

Hi. I need some help setting the auto brightness values to get a brighter screen, since the original are kind of dark. I'm looking to achieve something retina-like. I'm on AOKP 4.2.2.
