Long screenshot cuts part of the images - Xiaomi Mi 10T / 10T Pro Questions & Answers

I've been having trouble with the long screenshot feature of mi10t pro. Everytime i press the long screenshot, after taking the initial screenshot. The image is cut when the auto long screenshot starts to pan down.. can anyone help me fix this? Thanks

That is the problem of the app, it thinks that you are scrolling and is displaying the image wrong, I dont think a software update can fix this

SPen Screenshot Problem?

Hi guys
I use the SPen frequently to outline and box something I want to take a screenshot of so I can send on whatsapp, etc. When I first got the phone, after I used to do the outline it came up with the message in the notification bar which enabled me to quickly go to the picture I just saved. For some reason this no longer happens and I can't find a way to get it back. Can anyone help?
As a sidenote, whenever I take a normal screenshot or do a screenshot gesture, it comes up with the message in the notification bar allowing me to go to the picture. This problem seems specific to the spen "outline" screenshot.
Thanks in advanced for any help

Panorama Mode

I was trying out a unit in a store a while ago. I noticed that the panorama mode does not give you any feedback at all. I'm not sure how to explain it without the use of images (I'll only get my device in 2 days time)..
Anyway, it only tells you to "press camera button and move from left to right". It's weird because I don't even know what has been captured and what hasn't. I'm not sure if this is a bug (looks like it is because there is a long "panorama" icon and a short icon that looks like it's supposed to show you where you are as you sweep)?

Videos Randomly Pausing

This problem is most noticeable when watching YouTube, and I haven't toyed with too many other video apps to determine if it also happens, but while watching videos, the video will randomly pause.
Doesn't matter what brightness the phone is at, the phone isn't too warm when it happens, doesn't matter if I have headphones plugged in or not, etc. And it's not like an accidental screen touch, because touching the screen once shouldn't pause the video, just show the controls.
I've tried a full factory reset of my phone and it's still occurring. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting? It's incredibly annoying...
Edit: I should clarify this isn't pausing while buffering - this is acting like someone pressed pause mid-video - on screen controls appear, home button appears, status bar appears, and the "Play" icon to press and continue playing the video.
I have the exact same problem.
Did you manage to resolv it?
I have LG H815 SEA and i'm on stock ROM, because i can't root or install custom ROM
The same thing happens to me. I've figured it out why it happens - and it happens in all full screen apps - bottom home touch screen buttons appear together with top notifications bar for just a split second - if you look you'll see it. That causes youtube app to pause the video, and behaviours are different in other apps. It is really annoying and I haven't found a fix yet.
Same issue here with a brand new LG v20, even happens after I take the case off. No idea what could be the issue. And same with the video being fully loaded, and being on o off Wi-Fi doesn't help . Please someone give us an answer!!!!

I had this problem with a galaxy S4. Try going to Settings -> Apps -> Three dots button on top right -> Show System -> Scroll down to media storage -> Storage -> Then Clear Data.
This seemed to fix it for a while. If there is a single app your particularly have the issue with, try reinstalling that app.

Help resolving a minor annoyance...

My phone is a Google Pixel 3XL running Android 10. I recently rebuilt it and now, every time I long press the power button (for example, to screen grab), there are two, super-annoying pop-up windows which say "GPay: Add a payment method" and "Gerry: view all emergency information".
Question: What must I do to make these windows never appear again?
Thanks.
Just press screen shot. It won't take a picture of the g-pay, or other overlay pictures.

This. The Gpay and emergency is what Google added. It's the default behavior. Nothing is wrong.
bobbyphoenix - Correct, nothing wrong but man are those pop-ups super-annoying. Anyway to get rid of them?

Question Screenshot Scroll Capture Broken Since Update

Is anyone else having the issue where you try taking a scroll capture screenshot, but some apps like Messages (texting) no longer have the option while the apps that still do, it does not work? If I do it in Samsung Browser, it scrolls the page, but does not save the scrolled portion (only the first shot) and grays out the scroll capture button after. I use this feature often, so it is annoying!
Samsung's advice for a fix was to reset all my apps (which would remove all permissions and such settings) and all settings (including network settings), which is ludicrous and highly doubtful it would fix it.
