2. Make sure you are in RUI 2.0 firmware to flash
3. Must have TWRP installed
4. Reboot to Recovery
5. Wipe Data/Cache/System/Vendor
6. Flash the ROM
7. After you flash the ROM you MUST REBOOT TO RECOVERY AGAIN to format data
