INSTALLATION
Make sure you on seed bootloader otherwise you'll stuck on logo or bootanimation
Boot into Twrp.
Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Data / Cache / Dalvik&Art Cache / System
Install -> Find the rom package and select it.

I flashed the v2.4 and it flashed any issues but while configuration the device reboots into recovery and don't boot back to system.(bootloop). I flashed the Gapps, I'll try if the vanilla has the same issue as well.
