You need to reflash the OS. What brand and model is this? Ive never done a car radio but the procedue must be similar to a phone.
Fly Audio model? and make first. is it quad or Octo core? Allwinner or MTK chips?
in the meantime have you tried reaching out to the Manufacturer?
