Hey there, I'm using Active watch 2 (SM-R830)
One UI 2.0
Tizen 5.5.0.2
Software : R830XXU1DUA7.
Trying to do ECG, and every time after 5-6 seconds it disconnect. sensors are clean, I've made sure watch is snug on my wrist.
I've attached video that shows the problem.
Would like to have some assist to pass the 30 seconds test

I have the exact same problem. After searching Google, it appears to be a faulty sensor + button, which need to be replaced by Samsung. Out of the 100+ measurements, I had not even 1 that worked. I'm going to send mine in for replacement of sensors + button.

Hello,
I'm a new user and have searched far and wide on how to fix the problem with the compass going all different directions in google maps navigation causing it to constantly reroute when it's not supposed to. I'm sorry if there is already a solution to this that I didn't see. I discovered this today and I drive for a living and it has completley solved the problem for me. I did it by turning off all sensors in the developer menu. I'm attaching an imgur link with photo instructions I made. Hope this works for everyone the way it has for me!

Hey all,
Has anyone else encountered this display issue?
Basically the screen is rotated to portrait and half is cut off.
I hold the reset button with a pin and it reboots, and even the boot logo is rotated! After 10 or so force reboots, it orients correctly. But then when waking up from standby it messes up again.
Have updated to latest MCU and software, but keeps presenting itself randomly.
Please help, Dasaita have pretty poor customer service!

Hi just have same issue did You found solution ?
This is what happens after installing updates and files.....
Ok, thanks seems to stop now lol
I'm trying to capture a hummingbird in slow motion by using the stylus as a remote, but after setting up the phone on the tripod and putting it in slow-motion mode, it'll back out to the home screen after two minutes of inactivity.
I've fiddled with my screen display settings so don't think it has anything to do with that (but can't be sure), but if anyone has any idea, it'd be great to hear. We have some beautiful hummingbirds here in western WA, it'd be amazing to be able to capture one in slowmo!
