How to flash global rom

It is ok to flash global rom via TWRP?
MY CURRENT ROM IS xiaomi.eu miu11 9.9.26
And please tell me how to flash it

Redmi note 5 pro rollback from 10.3.2 global to 9.5.19 need help.

Hello guys i need help guide me. I want to rollback my global version 10.3.2 pie to 9.5.19 oreo stable version.
My bootloader is locked so which is the safe method to downgrade my rom. And also provide me the link of the file. Can i download 9.5.19 zip file and flash through system setting choose update package? Or do i have to download fastboot rom .tgz file and flash through flashtool?

Revert back to CN ROM from Global ROM

Hi! I am currently on global ROM custom flashed on my CN NRMG5. Is there any chance to revert back to CN Rom? I can see people preferring CN over Global because of (1) automatic OTA updates (2) much more features unlocked than global.
