I have reinstalled everything on my old HTC10:
LineageOS 13.0 = Anddroid 7.1.1
Android Wear 1.4.0.2392391 gms - the Moto 360 1st gen is paired.
Facer 4.3.1_4467-(4467) connects to the internet, does not show up in Android Wear!
PhotoWear 4.0.13, is not displayed in Android Wear.
Actually, everything should work with this old software?!?
Update google play services on watch manually to get everything running.

I managed to get my Zenwatch set up for the first time with my Galaxy S4 (running Lollipop 5.0.1) yesterday, but following an OTA update on the watch (to 5.1.1) the battery life seemed awful (about 8 hours), so I tried a factory reset of the watch. Since then I have struggled to get the phone to re-connect to the watch.
I've tried another factory reset of the watch, and un-installing the Android Wear and Asus Zenwatch Manager apps from my phone, but the Android Wear app will not connect to the watch - it just hangs at "Connecting..."
I did manage to manually pair with the watch using Bluetooth Settings on the phone, and this got the Android Wear app connected, but I was still unable to connect the Asus Zenwatch Manager app to the watch, and the clock on the watch was showing 1 hour behind (my local time is BST), and I wasn't receiving any notifications on the watch.
So I factory reset the watch again, uninstalled and re-installed Android Wear on the phone, and I'm back to the situation where the Android Wear app will not connect to the watch.
Any ideas??
I occasionally have that problem, reboot the phone and watch and all is well again.

Unfortunately a phone reboot didn't do it for me. I found that "forgetting" the watch from the Android Wear app, then a factory reset of the watch, got me reconnected to the Android Wear app, but I still couldn't get the Asus Zenwatch Manager to connect to the watch.
Re update again, i find it update are downloaded in the watch and waiting for us to execute, just go to setting on your watch and choose about, then software update. there must be and update waiting and you can just touch update... it works with me... just make sure you check software update regularly if this problem happens. it just need to most update android wear to be installed and will connect with the latest zenwatch manager
hope this help
I bought a motorola moto 360 (1st generation) because it works with iphone now. Since I havent been able to pair it with my iphone i,ve been reading several forums on how to do it. Most of them say that i need an android device to be able to update the watch, that way i will be able to pair it with my iphone. i also have an android table so im trying to connect it with it. Both of them find each other and start the connection, but its been a long time now (may be an hour or so) that the tablet says "updating" and the watch "just a minute...". Should i wait longer or is there something wrong?
Also if anyone could explain to me better how to connect the moto 360 to my iphone (may be with pics as well) will be big help.
thank you
1) Install Android Wear on an Android phone/tablet
2) Charge your watch to 80% or more
3) Pair the watch with your Android phone/Tablet
4) After pairing is completed, go to Settings -> About -> System Updates
5) Update to latest version 5.1.1
6) After update is done, go to Settings -> Factory Reset
7) Install Android Wear on iPhone
8) Pair with iPhone
Hey, a similar problem here, I changed my ROM from Resurrection Remix to lineage OS (both on 7.1) and when I did it, my Android Wear app does not recognize my huawei watch, I went back to Resurrection but when I connected the watch, it did not received the notifications, then I updated manually to A.Wear 2.0 and the problem is the same, but now I can’t even connect to other smartphones, I do not know what happened...
Any help or advise would be appreciated.
I can't copy my google account to my LG urbane watch with Android wear 2.0, just seems to sit and there on the phone and never move on, tried both on the initial set up and once pair in the settings.
on build P2a42_S233_170404_ROW.
Have reset both the phone and watch multiple times and nothing.
Connects fine to my LG g4, so seems to be a problem with the phone not the watch.
Can anyone confirm they have managed to connect any Android wear 2.0 devices to the P2 on this build?
i just received my p2 today and also set it up on android wear 2.0 urbane (1. gen) ... everything works so far...
I recently just dug up my moto 360 after a year of not using it. The watch works fine however it doesn't allow me to use google maps on it. This applies to both turn by turn navigation and also regular map viewing. the problem persist regardless whether i launch navigation manually through my phone or through the google assistant both on phone and on the watch. I've tried resetting the watch, re-sync but to no avail and i'm getting an error message that says it didn't work, please try again.. Below are the build details.
