Question about HTC widget and mails refresh

Hello , i am new to android , i am liking it so far, bought my desire 2 days ago!
but i have 2 questions , about the HTC sense
I have configured 2 mail accounts , gmail and exchane with stock tools
On 2 pages i have the mail widgets (htc) 1 for gmail and 1 for exchange
1) But when i receive a new mail , the widgets arent refresh, i need to wait a few seconds before i see the actual email... the same thing happens even i go into the mail app.
2) in the exchange tool , is there a setting to only sync certain folders only? because if you click accidently on the folder "deleted items" ... well you know the rest
3) isnt it possible to send meeting request from the stock exchange tool?
4) if i install another exchange tool , like touchdown or something , do i need to delete my previous account and also disable push in my current exchange tool ?
Thnx in advance

[Q] HELP - Facebook, Outlook + SMS

Hello,
I have a few problems witm my HTC Touch Pro 2.
The first one is with the facebook app. The original facebook app is not working, as it should. If I turn it on and I want to write a message I get only: Fetching. Or if try send somebody message: 104: Incorect signature. Does anybody know where is the problem?
And I found here on XDA FbTab app. I have now FB in HTC Sense, but when I try to authorizate it, it doesn't work again, because it doesn't receive the Fb Code. This app is made by meltwater.
My second problem with SMS. So, it's not a problem but - I would like to have messages from FB, Email and SMS together. Is it possible to write a message and than chose the service? Some app ..
My next problem is with Outlook synchronization. I have on my PC Microsoft Office 2010 and when I try to set the synchronization in Windows Mobile Center 6.1 I get a message, that Outlook is not probably instaled in my PC. What should I do?
Thank you very much, I hope, that you'll understand

[Q] SMS Sync vs. Outlook

Hi,
Our company recently moved to a new cloud based exchange environment. After setting up my Nexus (4.1.2 - latest BlackBean) towards the new Active Sync server Exchange sent me an automated mail saying I now could send and receive text messages in Outlook.
And, without doing anything my SMS's starting popping into my inbox as they arrieved on my phone. Sweet.
Problem is the other way. By pressing ctrl+shift+T I can write SMS in Outlook, send them and they end up in the sent items. However, they are not delieverd. They should be synced with my phone and then sent out via GSM.
Apparantly this works fine on my colleagues Galaxy SIII using the native e-mail client.
Has anyone succesfully managed to send and receive SMS via Outlook with a Nexus? If so, how did ya do that? :fingers-crossed:
