i just got the moto g power android 11 update

Just got the android 11 update for moto g power(tracfone) a few hours ago today. Overall performance is very smooth and I'm enjoying it better than android 10, the only problem is the status bar looks weird.

Nice! Quick question does the update remove the wps settings? Wifi -> Wifi Preferences -> Advanced
Was odd it was still there on android 10 curious if we lose it in 11.

I am in the United States and I have not been able to get this update yet. What country are you in that you were able to receive it?

The screenshot does not show everything, but that is definitely not normal
looks like the "lmkd" is not working properly
or there is something wrong with the kernel

Just tried another kernel (16) and it's almost the same

it's the rom
bad ram management or "lmkd" not working properly
try a clean flash, or change the rom ...
also you should try living without gapps :

Honestly I'm moving toward a vanilla build soon since I don't really use any of Google's apps ..Thank you fellow north African

Question how do i disable update notification

I really want to make it disappear its annoying (i dont have root and unlocked bootloader) One ui 5*

Use Package Disabler or adb edit.
Disable these two.

Disable Playstore auto updates as well. They can screw you up... Once I get a device optimized I don't upgrade/update firmware. I rarely update apps. Result is a very long lived, stable platform with minimal issues.
Samsung Wearables updates and Buds+ firmware upgrades have broken stuff for me. I also block these especially the firmware upgrades. Samsung is hit or miss... goofballs

Question Bulb 💡 icon on lockscreen??

Hi there,
Red Magic 8 Pro users, Does anyone else have this large bulb icon that's stuck at the bottom left part on the lockscreen? I'm not sure what it's related to so I don't know how to remove it. Anybody else having this issue? I hoped the latest software update that came on on Feb 22nd would have fixed it but no luck.

Ooh interesting, well the would make sense if that is the case as I definitely use the Google Home app often. The phones so new I know bugs are par for the course so I'll just wait for the next update. Thanks for the reply!

Question Bottom Edge Stroke Switch Application feature does not work.

Is anybody else having issues with the slide left or right to switch apps feature not working on Red Magic 8 pro? I seem to remember it worked for me when I first bought it but at some point it stopped working and hast since. I've been updating regularly and I'm currently on the latest version. (I just noticed that the word application has a typo in the settings )

You're absolutely right. I just switched back to vanilla launcher and confirmed. Vanilla launcher is trrraaaasshh tho. Nova is so much better. I'll deal with it haha
