I've just unlocked bootloader on my joyeuse device and, searching for custom ROM and twrp, I've found this page on telegram with lots of custom builds! Did anyone tried any of these, or they are full of bugs? My device is redmi note 9 pro global version , 64 gb

Better to find what you need from custom rom first. Your mind is thinking of LOS. But it don't have maintainer. They just build 1 or 2 build and drop.
And don't trust YouTubers too much. They made review for more views more than daily rom for users.

Why shouldn't it be possible? You need the LOS source and the device source, make changes and compile. Why arent you asking the developer, it is DarkJoker360, the maintainer of the official crDroid ROM for this device.
