2019 F 150 SYNC 3.4 US TO EU MAPS - Connected Car

I heard a lot of time that Apim (US) is smaller than the EU, is any way to just install some regions and some voices instead of the whole package just enough to fit the 32 Gig US Apim module?. If it is, how do use Forscan to help and how I change the country code (Portugal). Use Forscan?. Thank You appreciated your help.

NEW Motorola Q9H for AT&T - North America firmware just released

This firmware was just released on this last Wednesday, July 1st, 2009.
I managed to get a hold of a copy straight from Motorola's site.
I am sorry that I do not have many details of what revision OS etc it is as I do not have a GSM version of this phone. I am mainly a CDMA kind of guy.
Nonetheless, I wanted to share with you all out here for all the great things I have found shared here!

Thank you
The thread date is a year old. Might want to look at that next time.
Yeah right. I want some updates about this thread too.

Which countries are profitable for Developers? I know it now.

BadaSI has reached 30.000 downloads. 250-300 downloads on a Day.
It is time to reproduce with the ratings which country is the best, and a developer should always aim on this countries, which like his apps. I have rated every positiv comment with an extra plus, every worse comment with an extra minus. Countries in worse i will ignore in future, it is not profitable for me to release my apps there.
Here are the 15 that i can rate, others are to rare to be listet.
Excellent:
1. Italy - 95%
2. India - 92%
3. Germany - 90%
4. South Korea - 90%
5. Finland - 90%
Very Good:
6. Spain - 84%
7. Hungary - 80%
8. Ukraine - 75%
Good:
9. Turkey - 72%
10. Poland - 69%
Middle:
11. Russia - 54%
12. Autria - 50%
10. China - 40%
Worst:
14. France - 20%
15. Canada - 20%
Every developer has with his own style another destination group, my group is fixed, i will support more countries that are from middle and above, the others aren't important.
Also the little countries that are not listed are aimed, cause there is the much potential to get known through apps.
On what do you base your results? Downloads? or just comments?
For me, France is the most 'profitable' country after germany, and my apps are not even translated to french .....
Both and the bugreports, questions, critizizm and also the populution is a important factor, india has 1 billion citizens and 10% is there bada strong, this makes india very attractive, and positive comments and ratings gives such countries a lot of plus.
France is not so good as acpected, i am also surprized. India goeas also to the other side, not less even more downloads. It could also be that it would change with another app, but in such countries i am not so known as in countries where the first is well known. Germany is also a good one, but has also the most negative comments after china.
I am surprized by Italy, the best rating from this country as you see and download count.
since im not into the developing scene i have a couple of questions for you :
do you have to pay samsung for every country you release the app, or are there country zones (like: europe, asia, etc) ?
is there any kind of global release, for example having the app in english ?

I'am also suprised by the low %, since bada's marketshare in France.
Do you have any numbers about the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg)?
Sure i have, the main point i think is, what can the app do and how it looks, if you would make an app to provide skype access i think this would be the burner in all countries.
Belgium 123
Luxembourg 13
Netherlands 198
I think this would not be fair to rate such countries to the other where the downloads are 10-30 times higher.
India will do it i think in a month, they are always constantly over 350 weekly, the startup there was not so good but currently it is the only constant country.
They first one to publish an app with Skype access (not chatting only) will be a rich man in the whole Bada world.
Yes i think nearly more than the half (about 1,5 to 2 million) downloads would be there possible, i don't even understant why a profi don't do this, messangers like msn, gmail, and all the stuff. bada is a gold mine, but most of the huge companies don't wont realize it.
1 euro with only 1 million downloads would bring a lot of money. Nfs Shift was downloadet over a half million in a few months that is not a bad value for only one app, after this half million the app price has been raised to 7 euro, this was surely a big mistake of ea.
Nobody or a small amount pay this prices, to bad that their managers are blind to rate an app price better,...

thx for the numbers. I'm a bit surprised that Belgium is pretty close to the Netherlands.
From my side I agree with you that the functionality and the looks are important.
But I also believe that the name of a app can also make some difference.
I assume that BadaSi is standing for Bada system info?
indian market now favor samsung as nokia doesnt have much to offer.so bada has better scope
The worst is Indonesia. Sadly thats my own country.
I gave discount 100% for an apps, and almost 200 downloads from Indonesia every day, in total 900 in a week without say "thank you".. no one say "thank you"...
In my opinion, The best is Germany, Russia and Italy. Not only my top gain but the people are nice too. Even there are some negative comments, but usually they gave me suggestion, thats cheer me up. Indian people nice too.. but phone billing payment in India is nightmare. for an $0.99 app.. until tax, fees etc, its only $0.09 left.. hahahaha.
France? uh.. even for free apps, they still complaint.. I dunno why..

Need NFC TAGS for evaluation
Hello friends,
I am from India, i want to know is there any company or anyone who can provide some NFC TAGS for evaluation purpose(for some small read/write functions)... in India....
Thank you
Robogar, is the offer still valid? Do you happen to have rectangular tags?
nfc expert, do you happen to have rectangular tags?
Hello, I'm wondering if you're still producing NFC tag samples? I was planning to test out this storage system that uses RSA keys stored on NFC tags to decrypt drives.

General {CLOSED} [BOUNTY] Activating 5G for unofficial countries on Pixel 6 (Pro)

As we discussed xxxx I decided to prepare the bounty for anyone who will unlock 5G support for most/all countries. Feel free to support it (because Google doesn't want to...). You can find it there:
xxxxxx
Introduction and details are either in link or below in citation.
Hello everyone! I'm Sebastian and I'm part of XDA Community since 2010 (XDA profile)
Actually, It's not the first time I tried to encourage people to donate for anyone who will make a modification for an Android phone: Back in 2012 as LG 4X community we tried to either force LG to unlock bootloader by petitions or collect a bounty for possible developer who would do that unofficially.
Ten years passed and again me and other people faced a problem with a company which blocks the features on a phone for no reason. This time it's 5G for Pixel 6 (Pro), codename oriole/raven. My carrier (Orange Poland) uses basically the same 5G band/parameters as Magenta Austria (which is officially supported) and I can't use 5G because Google doesn't allow me just because. This is sad and disgusting.
For now at least we have working VoLTE/VoWiFi Magisk module which can be found here but that's it. Tensor SoC makes things even worse, because previous Pixels could be unlocked via Qualcomm tools.
I've tried to reach a few modders/devs by myself but either they have no idea or don't care...so I hope that money would be the best motivator
Okay, so now simple rules:
- All collected money goes to the person who will share a working software mod (Magisk/Xposed module, modem patch or whatever works), either for me on private message on XDA (and then we can share it for private testing for the ones who donated) or just share for public testing on XDA thread
Then after either private or public tests, bounty gets finished and the money will be sent.
- If we don't succeed or Google will come with official solution (doubt), I will cancel this campaign and contact the support to force the refund. In case of any problems, I recommend to leave any contact (email) while you donate to this bounty.
Also keep in mind that the modification will most likely require unlocked bootloader and/or root (although the less invasive solution, the better.
PS: Feel free to spam Google about that abomination here or other Support Google threads. It's time to them to finally explain to us why we can't use Pixel phones' features even if they are supported.

MOD EDIT: Links removed.
thanks for setting this up
Thanks Sebastian!
Already donated. Hope the campaign will succeed.
If the campaign fails, what happens to the money raised?
I think it's woth noting on your post.

I will delete/cancel it and contact support to force the refund. Also if anyone has any doubts, he can suggest me how i could "authenticate" myself even more. I'm here for 12 years already and had a history with mods, TWRP and custom ROMs, I have not violated anyone's trust.
Edit: added description on campaign site, I will polish this thread a little after I take my PC
Edit2: Okay, everything is done. I'm about to make a thread on Oriole section as well as make some posts in threads related to 5G which I was looking on. Might try to share the info on some Telegram groups too
Have to consider your carrier's coverage, what bands they use for 5g and if they have a band whitelist just connecting to any 5g band won't do jack for you

Well, I have an 5G antenna around 10m from my flat... I talked with my carrier about it, they tried to do anything but they couldn't. It's only Google's fault, every other manufacturer somehow supports 5G when modem supports it, but Google just won't do that.
I have also donated, fingers crossed this will eventually work. Thank you for your work!

Have to take into account this is more a carrier issue than googles, the issue is you not buying the phone from them but from Google and they are not going to go out of their way to support a phone that was not purchased from them
Thank you. You should also be posting same on pixel 6 forums to get more attention.

Google doesn't even sell P6 in Poland. Also as I said in description: hardware supports it, my carrier uses same band/frequency as other carrier in Austria which is supported. If you still don't believe: take a look on Pixel 5 forums, they have a 5G unlock with Qualcomm tools. 100% it's Google's stupidity.
In the past I bought some Chinese phones and with global ROM they just worked..
The issue is the carrier and Google can not sell a phone with everything unlocked as it would run across a world of hurt from every country's on earth regulators that deal with spectrum use. Sure you can "unlock" it but with age of a phone comes vulnerabilities and fw updates to fix issues also your carrier / someone may care more than you want them to about you essentially breaking your country's communications/spectrum laws. Honestly, is it really worth all the trouble to make it work how you want it to or get a phone from your carrier with the support you want?
