Hello, after updating to android 10 from the official update via OTA my Zenfone 5Z worked well for few hours until it completely died.
I tried many things in these months, but I cannot access to fastboot and recovery mode nor I can use ADB. Until today my laptop couldn't even see it connected until I shorted the test pins and finally was able to see it as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008 (COM3)", but now I'm stuck here.
Now I've downloaded QFIL but cannot find all the files that I need coz most of the links aren't working anymore.
Any help please?

Guys,
we have a hardbrick for G3 D855 (2/16GB) here
user claims it was a faulty FW flash, but i really doubt that.
so now the phone won't boot or do anything. it shows as HS-USB QDLoader 9008 in windows device manager.
no fastboot, no nothing... Any thoughts?
hard brick
No my friend it can be recovered with factory images and Qpst. The thing is to find those images, the rest is under control.

I've got a D851 Tmobile hard bricked.
No logo, nothing.
When I hold up and plug it in, I do not get any download mode.
I am trying to update with the LG flasher and the TOT and dll. The problem is, the phone is not recognized as any version, and the DLL does a check and stops, since it sees the phone as no version, and it looks for D851.
Anyone have a DLL that will NOT do a check???
I can then flash the D851 TOT file.
Thanks.
Same problem here, only LGandroidnet serial port ( QDloader 9008). Cant flash anything till now. Same proglem with flasher, LG mobile Tools stops at %4.
Hi guys. I need help. I have LG G4 LS991. The phone was not fully flashed and after a Hard Reset some sections were erased. It doesn't enter in Download mode. Without battery as qdloader 9008. With the battery, the phone tries to on, but freezes and reboots at different stages. But it enters to the recovery and it's possible to connect the phone as adb sideload. ZV6 firmware with root is set on the phone and Update package does not install. Any thoughts on this? There are chances to recover?
Use lg pc suite connect device to pc if it detects ur phone go to mobile device and then restore upgrade errors it will download the firmware so it will take so time follow the process and flash it ...this works 100% for g3 not sure about g4..there is no harm in trying rit hit thanks if it helps...mind if u had famous bootloop issue that is hardware related it wont fix it

First of all if you can boot into fastboot then your phone isn't bricked..... If you can get into fastboot then the issue is fixable.
Boot into fastboot connect to pc flash the recovery that I'm mentioning and then flash any oos based rom you so desire...

Hello,
I have the D851 From T-Mobile and currently It has the boot logo then boots into qualcomm 9008 no matter if I try to go to download or recovery mode. I have tried the Boardiag tools and they have not worked for me at all. They all give the DLoad error. I have also tried to the LG flash tool but obviously that won't work. Anybody have any suggestions or any ideas to help get this thing back up and running?
