Go to any nearest service center and get the software done.
You cant do anything while the device is locked.

if you can boots to mi recovery, you can try wipe data...

Stucked in Fastboot mode

Hi Guys,
I am stucked at fastboot mode afterb trying to flash back to China Rom,how to get out of it?
Thanks in advance.
Mi max 3 anti roll back, you mus flash last version to unbrick your device
1. This is not the right section for this question.
2. if you came from 8.8.23 China Beta you have Anti-rollback, which means that to move to china stable you would have to wait for the next china release and flash it from the updater app and not from fastboot. I know its annoying but its safe. If you are stuck in fastboot try flashing latest 8.8.23 China Beta from mi flasher
3. if you came from 8.8.9 China Beta, Try flashing 8.8.9 again
This happened me too today. My phone arrived with the fake global rom 9.6.4. I was flashing official Chinese rom v9.6.11.0 and got a message saying flash successful, however a window also popped up saying MiFlash stopped working and my phone was stuck on the fastboot screen then.
If you find a solution to this problem I would appreciate it and vice versa.

1- flash and boot to twrp
2- format data then wipe (system and cashes)
3- flash xiaomi.eu 8.8.9 or any release before that and reboot
4- use mi flashtool to flash any stable before 9.6.12 or beta before 8.8.17 and choose wipe all and lock in mi flashtool ( this is very important to unlock it your self later with official permission)
Goodluck

yes, most of the unlocked phones from retailers are unlocked without official authorization and that is the main reason for ADB/fast boot fails in some cases , I have MM1, MM2 and now MM3 and I know this by experience.

hi, you enlighten me so much. can i ask more? now what rom do u use in mi max 3? and why?
So to rectify, I tried to flash the official China ROM V.9.6.11 again. It did not flash properly again the 2nd time.
I then asked it to "flash and lock". Official China ROM flashed now and operating on my phone.
My plan is now to apply to have the phone OFFICIALLY unlocked, as it was obviously unofficially unlocked to put the fake Global ROM on it by the vendor, which caused a problem being stuck in Fastboot.
I do not mind waiting the 2 weeks, and once unlocked I will either put the Xiaomi.EU rom on it, or hopefully the official Global ROM will be released by that time.

You must relock and unlock with official mi permission to avoid fastboot flashing issues.
Where I can download the official rom to use mui flash?
Where i can find an explanation to use mui flash? Cause after lock the boot loader the phone is in bootloop...

What do you actually flash in step 1?
Is step 3 really necessary? Why can't I flash from the fake ROM directly to 9.6.11?
Thanks, man!

in step (1) flash official twrp ( I used minimal adb v1.4.3), step (3) is to have correct firmware and avoid mi flasher fail and boot loop ( many guys try flashing directly from fake rom to China but ended up with bootloops)

Alright, so I am on China stable 9.6.11 with TWRP (not Xiaomi original recovery). When I flashed my latest ROM, I chose "clean all and lock (bootloader)" per your instructions and I applied for offical bootloader unlocking by downloading Xiaomi flash unlocking. I still have 500+ hours, but I was told when my bootloader is unlocked eventually, my user data will be erased again.
So will it be a better idea to flash global stable ROM first or wait for the official bootloader unlocking then flash global stable ROM?
Question: I have China Stable 9.6.12.0 on mine Max3. If I want to install the Global Version should I have to wait for Global Version equal version (9.6.12.0) or later? Os there any suggestion to flash the incoming Global 9.6.7.0 on mine (ARB suposed to be implemented in mine version)?

Mi note 5 pro is totally dead

I unlocked bootloader of mi note 5 pro, then installed twrp,
When I flashed miui 10 through twrp, then I pressed reboot system in twrp
Than my mobile is completely dead,
I lost my phone
I tried to flash fastboot global rom through mi flash tool in edl mode it asking for mi Authorised account, and I don't have mi Authorised account to flash that rom
If anyone have ideas to bypass the authentication of mi flash tool or any other ideas to flash the rom, please help me, my dad is angry on me, and I promised that I will get my device bank.
I don't understand why do you people flash twrp to flash MIUI10. You can easily flash Miui10 with Mi Recovery and with locked bootloader
There is no way that your mobile will brick if you try to install latest MIUI10 ROM. I think you did something else

android 9 error

My phone can only work on android 8.
When I upgraded to Android 9, my phone booted up and used normally for a while, the system was frozen and had to reboot. Although I have used many types of rom on android 9 platform, it has been system lag. Please help me. :đang khóc::đang khóc::đang khóc::đang khóc:
I would suggest you try and reinstall the latest miui fastboot rom with mi flash tool.
Just make sure you don't relock bootloader in mi flash tool if you want to keep it unlocked.
You will lose all data on phone so make backup before you do.
I did and still got system crashed and had to reboot, please help me

Update to 10.3.1 Oreo based ROM and then flash Android pie based ROM.
If bootloader is unlocked then you can directly flash 10.3.2 Android pie fastboot ROM

This error can happen if path to ROM is too long or contains cyrillic letters.
Wrong path:
Code:
C:\mi official\begonia_id_global_images_V10.4.2.0.PGGIDXM_20190926.0000.00_9.0_global_ba6f47112f\begonia_id_global_images_V10.4.2.0.PGGIDXM_20190926.0000.00_9.0_global>

You shouldn't use TWRP for that. Especially for downgrading. Anti-rollback protection is enabled even when the phone is unlocked and it is very dangerous when you downgrade through TWRP. My RN8P got hard bricked just because I downgraded MIUI from Android 10 to Android 9 using TWRP. You should always use fastboot mode for this because it'll warn you before bricking. This kind of hard brick is not easy to fix. Only people with authorized Mi account can unbrick your device. So, the only way to unbrick is via a service center or a friend who has got authorized Mi account.

Question Tablet boots to fastboot after flash global rom

Hi,
I have unlocked the bootloader, waited 7 days and today I flashed the global Rom.
It looks like rom flashed without problems but now the tablet keeps booting to fastboot ?
Anyone knows how to fix it? Many thanks.
Kind regards,
Koen
What miui version did you have before ?
How you flashed new version of miui ?
What miui version you flashed ?
Hi,
I fixed it I think.
I did a re-flash with Mi Flash with nabu_global_images_V12.5.8.0.RKXMIXM_20210925.0000.00_11.0_global_9235e47a6f
I got an error at the end, but still the tablet boots normally now.
So now I am on global rom, which is great

I've got the same error with nabu_global_images_V12.5.4.0.
And now, with your idea, I'm trying to fix that with image nabu_global_images_V12.5.8.0.
Hope it work.
Edit: opp, not work for me? Which version of MiFlash did you use? Could you give me the link of image??? Thanks
I downloaded the latest global rom here:
Download Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Firmware ROM TWRP (nabu)
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Firmware (nabu) ⭐ Mi Pad 5 ROM ⭐ Mi Pad 5 Global ROM - EU ROM - TWRP - Fastboot ROM
mifirm.net
I used the mi unlock tool found here
Download Xiaomi Flash Tool 20210226 - Official Tool
Download the Official and Tested version of Xiaomi Flash Tool, i.e., Xiaomi Flash Tool 20210226 which allows you to Flash Stock Firmware on Xiaomi Devices.
xiaomiflashtool.com
I believe this is the latest version.
When started it ask to install the drivers.
Make sure you unpack the download ROM twice and point it to the unpacked folder in the tool.
I made sure I check the option "clean all" at the bottom.

second time, i choice clean and relock bootloader, flash again, my pad reboot in nomal mode.
And now, it in looked bootloader but I can unlook anytime I want
