AE0273B Android 8 unit 'Can't load Android System' error? - MTCD Android Head Units General

Hi, I have a AE0273B.02A unit running Android 8. It's been working great until today when I suddenly crashed then displayed a 'Can't load Android system' error. See attached photo.
The messages mentions using the buttons to try a factory reset, however, all the buttons are non-operational, I've tried long and short pressing
Is it possible to re-flash an Android ROM to fix the unit?

This is the software version the unit was running before crashing, can this be reloaded:

What have you tried - using reset button to scroll thru menu?
Tried USB keyboard?

I've tried long and short presses on all the buttons, all buttons are totally non-responsive apart from the reset button which immediately reboots the unit.
Interesting idea to try a USB keyboard, unfortunately this didn't work either.
I'm not sure what to do now, I've managed to find the correct image for my headunit. However, without being able ot access the recovery I don't think I can load it. Any idea or is the hardware toast?

Issue has been fixed! I found if I connected the USB keyboard to the 2nd USB port it detected the keyboard after a reset, and I was able to choose "Try again' then the system reloaded successfully. Thanks for your help

i can go into settngs by swipe top to bottom but it crashes at the settings screens and loops back as well
i can even hold the middle button and go the opened app/google seach etc
but same same crashes and loops back
possible cause?:
before this happened-
i was changing the ime settings for input, marking around the one-handed operational options.
WHAT CAN I DO?
any way to load the phone into a 'safe mode'
i have a feeling is the ime input crash, so if i m able to go into SETTINGS (without crash) then i maybe able to change/disable
phone is rooted so i went to the trouble to get CWM on it, and tried
wipe cache/date/factory reset all
and when the fone booted up, it says the 'setup wizard has stoped working'..
so it seems the crash point is still there... ><
next i'll try installing a custom rom over it and see what happens..
i hope this is not SDS....
anyone help?
i installed one of the latest rom over it and finally it works!
so it seems that for some reason my original (stock) rom got corrupted and caused all the crash... anyway now i m back!

TWRP continuously presents the same message?

Hi Everyone,
I have unlocked the boot menu on my One M9, and installed TWRP (https://dl.twrp.me/hima/twrp-3.0.0-2-hima.img.html).
However I have a sneaking suspicion that the custom recovery is not working correctly. Every time that I boot into recovery I see the same message (shown below). Every time that I see the message I tick the 'Never show this screen during boot again' checkbox, and then swipe the 'Swipe to Allow Modifications' button.
Why am I seeing this message over and over again? Furthermore what does seeing this message actually mean? As a side note I appear to be able to install ROMs (Android HD, and Venom) - log files show successful ROM installation - however I cannot boot into them, instead I simply find myself at the bootloader screen whenever I start the phone.

Any help here would be great! I am currently unable to use the phone, and would ideally like to start using a custom ROM. However if doing so is not possible it would still be good to work out what is going on before I make the move back to the stock ROM.
Kind Regards,
Davo
that is normal, if you won't use stock roms again, just select never show this during boot again and swipe to allow system modifications. then you can normally flash roms without any problem
That is exactly my point! I have already followed your suggestion over ten times...but the message keeps appearing regardless!

Having trouble installing Windows 10 ARM32 on my Surface RT.

I managed to get up to the "disable secure boot" section of the tutorial, but when I restarted it, I was unable to confirm whether or not secure boot was actually disabled or not, as my Surface RT has kinda... well, derped out.

I've already attempted to boot from a recovery image I downloaded from Microsoft multiple times, but it refuses to boot from USB even when I hold down the volume-down button before and during the boot process. It just goes back to the same screen complaining about a missing/corrupted Winload.efi.
EDIT: I just noticed that there's a similar thread. From the looks of it, I might need to test with some other USB drives.
EDIT 2: Yup. Just needed a different flash drive. I'm back on the road to Win10 RT!

Huawei M2-801L problem/flash firmware problem

I am having issues with my Huawei M2-801L. I have tried doing a complete reset and everything with no avail.
So basically when I start the tablet, it brings up a white screen, I can't press the home button or anything, I can't swipe on the screen, only thing that works is me pressing the home button to shut it down.
It also keeps rebooting itself.
See image attached.
I tried to flash firmware on to Huawei MediaPad M2-801L.
I have a number of issues:
Can't get into device to enable Developer Options, there is a firmware problem not allowing me to do this.
I don't have an unlocked bootloader
Using fastboot commands to flash device keeps giving me this error: FAILED (remote: 'Command not allowed'). (I have installed Android Studio, and I am doing the commands within the "platform_tools" folder, with the relevant files to flash the device with).
I have even tried to install twrp with no avail
I have researched the internet for hours yesterday, trying different methods to try and get my tablet back up and running again. Every method I tried, I seemed to bump into many errors along the way.
I can get into fastboot mode and download mode. I have tried using QFIL, however I don't have a RawProgram and Patch file.
Is there something I'm missing? Can anyone guide me in the right direction if possible?
Thanks in advance!

Did these issues start before or after your display broke?

It was along time after
It could be hardware related due to the broken display.
As you can't get into fastboot nor into download mode, DC Unlocker or DC Phoenix are also no options to solving your issues.
If you can find a cheap replacement display on eBay, maybe this could fix it but it is a long shot.

Device: 43LF621U19 Problem: stuck on searching for your remote screen.

Okey, the problem is divided in two parts.
The first one, today I notice that the Tv lost network connection over WIFI, when I enter to the networking setting I notice that there where no networks to select at all and that the only option it gives was to restart, and so I did, after the restart it was the same, no network, and when I enter the network setting no WIFI to select, I power of the TV, waited a bit and turned on. Same thing happend. So I decided to factory reset. After the factory reset, the tv restarted and language screen appears I selected with my control and then a screen saying searching for your remote appears and I'm stuck there!.

I already tried restarting the fire tv remote presing left cirble butten + back button and hamburger button, then change the batteries for new ones and after the new batteries where in tried the home button, but still cant pass that screen. I also tried a ethernet cable to the tv and the fire tv app on my phone. (the phone recognize the tv) but it didn't pass that screen also.
If anyone has this issue or have any Idea what to do I would really apreciate it.

Also try holding the home button on the remote for 10sec to put remote in pairing mode
