For those of you using Microsoft Swiftkey, when you guys/gals press and hold the microphone for voice-to-text, what do you get for a pop up window?
Thanks!
Nothing weird?

Cool thanks. I'm used to get that on my S9, but with this new-to-me S20, I'm getting the image below. I'm trying to figure out what app, settings, whatever, I need to do to get what you're getting vs. what I'm getting. Whatever software my phone/SwiftKey is using is terrible making the voice-to-text feature practically unusable.
Anyone know how to switch my voice-to-text so it looks like post#1 and not post#2?
Weird that it says Google. It has selected Samsung text to speech ubder keyboard settings.

Was hoping someone could explain this for me. I don't know but all of a sudden I have been getting double notifications for text messages. I've always used Handcent since the release of the Evo. I have the stock message app cut off but I'm still getting them. I haven't installed any other message apps either so I'm kind of stumped. I did a complete wipe and fresh install but same thing is happening. Pics:

Sent from my new BFF...Evo 4G that is!
Figured it out. It wasn't a rogue app. It was Beautiful Widgets: Pack 2. Downloaded it but forgot all about it and what it does. It never showed up in my list of apps so it went unnoticed.
Hi guys,
I have couple of days Nexus in use but I get crazy with about the dictonary. Can I disable that option When I use Whatsapp or Email it still come with the other words and when I do back it place the word what I draft. Also sms it is same. Maybe the question has been already asked before but i can't find it sorry if I am asking again.
Can somebody tell me or knows how to disable it you make real happy with this.
Kind regards,
Deliyurek007
Have you tried going into Settings>Language&input>Android Keyboard>Advanced settings
And unticking

Hi everyone,
After the One UI update I noticed I get a weird icon in the notification bar whenever i launch an app like Instagram, Facebook, or even when i close the Apps Edge bar. It's only there for a fraction of a second so I can't swipe down to see what it is. After multiple attempts I managed to printscreen when it appeared

it looks like the Edge app icon.

Not sure why you're getting that, though.
Makes sense I guess. It doesn't show up when I start apps regularly (not using the Edge shortcut)
HelloSMS is one of the coolest and simplest SMS apps I have ever used.

As you can see it is tabbed. Swiping from the left will expand the contacts. It is absolutely simple to flip back and forth between conversations. However while HelloSMS still works, their MMS cloud based solution has been turned off and no longer working. Texting works but MMS does not.
After all of these years, I've been dealing with HelloSMS with no MMS simply because everything else pales in comparison with this tabbed design.
How much would a tabbed SMS app clone be to make or would anyone be willing to jump in where HelloSMS left off?

this is seriously freaking me out. Is there an obscure setting that corrects this I've overlooked? Can't seem to wrangle uBlock to get rid of either end, either
