HELP!! - TP2 Screen Placement Problems

Hi All,
Ive repaired my screen on the TP2 and ive ran into more problems. I have a lines running through the screen and its getting worse, is this a software problem or hardware problem?

[Q] Screen artefact

I've just had a screen artefact appear on my screen. Literally just tonight I've picked up my tablet and noticed it, it's always in a cover and I store it on a shelf between two paperback books. Is this something I've done to cause this?

Black spots on back camera

Hello. Recently I have noticed to have this one black spot on my back camera(front camera is okay). Do you know the cause of this and any possible fix? Thank you in advance
