Now have a new verion of stable rom Android 11 v12.1.4.0 through OTA, should I upgrade to new rom?
I have upgrade to Android 11 v12.0.7.0 before through OTA but the camera can't work normally.
Any suggestion upgrade to stable rom 12.1.4 and the camera can work normally?
maybe, idk, I have k30 4g, no updates above 12.0.3.0
worst is factory reset, Just take a backup and proceed.

Hello every one. I recently flashed the leaked miui 9 (8.5.1 0) Oreo rom on my mi note 5 pro. But due to its lacking camera quality, I want to revert back to the miui stock rom i:e miui 9.2.7.0. nougat global stable rom. I want to know the procedure for downgrading from the miui 9 (8.5.1.0) Oreo rom to the global stable miui 9.2.7.0 nougat rom. Can anyone help me out on this please?

Download the stable ROM

Take a backup of your data and ROM from TWRP (To be sure)
Wipe the system,data and Cache.
Flash the downloaded ROM from TWRP.
Method 2 : Fastboot flash

Download the Fastboot file and use MiFlash tool to flash. P.S : This will relock your bootloader and wipe your storage if you don't select the right option in the MiFlash tool. Something like "Flash excluding data" should be there in the bottom right corner.
What? Is the camera quality worse on Oreo than Nougat?
I am using the same beta rom and everything is fine. Could you explain what is the problem for you in camera?

I am using 8.5.11 beta rom everything is fine but some time camera Auto Focus or Blurry Problem from
rear camera.

Miui 9 8.5.10 is best rom for beta user its work very well

The current global rom is already Android 8.1 Oreo but the version of the MIUI is the 9.
We need to wait for the update.
There is only a leaked recovery roms of global v9.6.4.0 and v9.6.6.0 available for download from xiaomi servers but they are useless for those with chinese devices, we need to wait for the fastboot version to become available.
Some official global devices come with v9.6.6.0 preinstalled while some other with v9.6.7.0

So I have a brand new Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse) with EEA stable MIUI 12 and Android 10Q and out of curiosity I searched for updates and I'm supposed to get MIUI 12.5.x.xx EEA stable and Android 11 but I haven't gotten any of these updates and I was wondering why this happens? I don't wanna mess up with the bootloader and resetting my phone and if somebody knows why they aren't pushing me the updates it would help a lot. Also I have read all over the internet I'll get MIUI 13 and Android 12, is it false? (BTW I have checked the box for getting updates earlier but no MIUI 12.5 or Android 11 yet). Any comment is appreciated!
most probably you will get the update soon enough, if not you can always resort to downloading "recovery" variant of the update and upgrading it without unlocking the bootloader.
as for MIUI13, you are most likely to get it later, after xiaomi tends to phones it has released after first. as for whether you'll get android 12 is anybody's guess. miui12 was available as android 9/10/11 in different devices

I have a Redmi Note 9 Pro Global (Joyeuse) running MIUI 12.5.7 debloated , enhanced version.
Haven't yet received MIUI 13 Android 12 OTA.
I downloaded beta stable but it won't get installed via updater > choose package, since am not a pilot tester....
Should I wait?
OR
flash it using TWRP?
1. How do I unlock bootloader...any links?
2. Flash TWRP...…..which one...?
3. Lastly which ROM, any link?
4. Would I still receive the official OTA when release?
5. Will it replace TWRP?
