hello.my question is:is possible to flash a g988b stock rom on g988n device????
thanx a lot for your time
anyone????
The ROM itself is the same, the difference is any drivers for the radios as these devices have different radios that support different bands. If you flash g988b rom on a g988n your radios may not work at all. Don't know of anyone who have tried it yet.

Just wondering if it's possible to flash a different ROM variant on the Honor 7x. I have a US variant (BND-L24) and it's bricked. There is no stock rom for it as yet so want to try either the BND-L22 / BND-AL10. Will this work?
I have the same doubt

It won't support the network bands in your Region but I think other software features might work . I'm not sure though
I would just wait it out. Honor US customer service says mid-March release for firmware, so it should be dropping any day now.
Unrooted Exynos model. Updated via OTA to BRE5 and now VoLte isn't working anymore. I'm on MetroPCS/T-Mobile. It was working fine on the last version.
Anyone experience the same thing?
Are you on G960F model?

Exynos is the international S9, chances are the CSC (Which controls features such as VoLTE) is wrong for your region if you are using a US carrier, not sure why it would have been working previously though as the firmware for Exynos does not include any US regions in the first place
Either flash back to the previous working version, or try flashing just the CSC from that firmware, or test a few other firmwares for that model S9
Hi guys, I had a question about flashing roms. I have a carrier unlocked AT & T Samsung S9 G960U (Baseband: G960USQU3ARG7). I wanted to flash a different rom to get rid of the bloatware. I was curious if I could flash the G960U1UEU3ARL1 (G960U-1 XAA) version without any problems.
Also, I know it might be a very silly question, but can other global model variants (G960F for example) be flashed onto this device? Thank you so much.
Hi, I was wanting to find out if it's at all possible to flash a firmware from a different country and model. I'm in Australia and we are only updated to 8.0.
I would like to flash the pie update that was released overseas and also a different handset varient.
Ie: XA2 3133 currently and I'd like to flash the pie firmware for the 3113 varient.
Is it possible?
Thanks a lot for your help.

If you have a 3113, you can flash any 3113 firmware

It is not possible, you have to install pie rom of your own model, check out xperifirm for your model's pie update..

Usually no as Us devices have different Chipsets than most other countries
Even if chipset is same, you can't flash different model no firmware on Samsung except U to U1.
