help with the RUU

hi guys,
I was flashing my JASJAM normally before i format my computer ,, after formating the computer, once I click on the RUU I get an error

Have You already applied all the Updates from "Windows Update"?
Perhaps ".NET Compact Framework 3.5" is not installed on Your machine?

eryunt is right. This is definitely a .Net Framwork error.

Installing windows updates will download it, but at any rate, here are two places to download it:
Official Microsoft page
Filehippo Mirror (The download button is on the top right)
Both pages offer an online installer, the installer is about 2.8MBs and then what it downloads during installation differs depending on what updates your system has.
And in the Microsoft page, there's also a link to download a full package (offline installer) which is about 230+MBs.

I like it and it looks good on my phone.

Yes, this is intentional. We are required to proxy images so that they can all be loaded over https (as some providers do not support https), and caching images allows us to efficiently serve images without causing undue loading or DoS potential.
There are also other benefits such as optimizing the image (we had some images loading that were 10+ megs in size!) and ensuring that malware isn't loaded via images. We had several cases where someone purchased a domain that used to host images, and then begin serving malware, which was loaded from XDA via old linked images.

trying to run gsi on moto e6 play

I am trying to support gsi for moto e6 play but since I do not have a way to unlock the bootloader it is very risky and difficult, if you try to install gsi on moto e6 play using lmsa modifying the downloaded stock the phone will not be in brick state but it will not start because of the boot verification, I tried with an annulled vbmeta and the google vbmeta but none worked, I am trying to create a modified signed vbmeta but I can't get avbtool to work on both windows and linux so I ask for help to people who know about the subject so that together we can upload the android version of our moto e6 play, then I leave you the public keys that I manage to extract from vbmeta.img with hxd.
