[Q] Install ROM over HTC Desire without ROOT?

Hello I want to know if there is any way to install a custom ROM (like Oxygen) to the HTC Desire without root access.
I never tried it, but I read a post that one guy can install the Oxygen ROM without root.

[Q] HTC DESIRE 816G Reroot

I rootet my Phone HTC Desire 816G (Mediatek) with Iroot. I succesfully rootet it with that tool.
Then after a while i did a system update (OTA) . Then my root was gone and i was not able
to root it again . Tried all (!) Rooting Tools available. any Ideas?
I have no CWM or other Recovery things installed.

Hello!
I have problem with rooting my HTC Desire 820n1-sim with Android 6.0.1
While i try to install SuperSU via TWRP i've got an error while installer is patching boot partition. After reboot nothing new (still don't have root)
How to root my device?

hai
i need stock recovery for htc desire d728w dual sim. i installed twrp custom recovery, now i cant update the software.
i should have made a nandroid backup before installing it.
anyways please help me.
