I came here to share MI Bootloader unlock/lock tool.
The lock tool was created by me and some antivírus give false positive but is safe!

I only tested with MI 8 Lite, i don´t know if works with other models.
Need your MIUI acount to unlock bootloader, some times need to wait to unlock, in my case it was at the moment.

Hey guys, 2 weeks ago i owned a xiaomi mi5x, unlocked its bootloader and flashed twrp. Now i own a mi6, i do the same procedure as on mi5x but it doesnt work... idk why? I am on miui 9, go to Developer Options and try to bound my Account with my phone - its says it worked and my Account has been bounded but in the xiaomi unlock tool it still says the device is not bounded. Can someone help? Do i have to create another Mi Account?

One (for unlocking approved) account will unlock a new Xiaomi device every 30 days. So you can either wait for the 30 days to pass or you can create another account and ask for permission for the new account...

Just download the latest version of unlocking tool fixed
Hi everyone,
Could someone please help me with a MI account that has unlock bootloader permission? Is so weird to wait 360h to unlock my bootloader, if your MI account hasn't unlocked any BL for 30days, I could give it a shot and then just use my own account. If you can help me, please send me a PM.

Dont try another mi account if trying to unlock with new mi account count start from again 360hrs. So plz wait remaing time i think less than 360hrs

I was talking about an account already used to unlock another RN5, after 360h, you can unlock 2 devices per account/month. But thanks for the advice anyway.

Try using the older version of the mi unlock tool. Probably some 2.2 or 2.3 version.
In case it doesn't work, then sign-out from the mi account in phone, then create a new account, sign-in. Don't apply for unlock permission in the Developer option. Then try using this account in the my mi unlock tool older version.

This Methode is fixed.
no other ways bro, in have unlocked my previous rn3 end of last month(been unlocked unofficialy way but yah i want it to be official )
now trying unlocking rn5 using the same account but still needed 360hour.
we have to wait , so dissapointing of xiaomi.

Strange I had the RN3, too, but unlock was instant for my RN5.
(Sorry I would not give my account, pls. understand).

i read in miui forum and here that instant unlock for redmi note 5 was fixed. we all have to wait 2 weeks .

Not the twilight method using a loophole.
I unlocked it as usual, around 27. May.. Software used miflash_unlock-en-2.3.803.10 . My RN3 and my RN4 had me waiting 3 days, this was instant. 360 h is really long.

There is a paid sevice (5 usd) called dc unlocker, some user reported it's possible, ask them. Luck!
Hey I did request my password about a month ago. Can I still use the same pass in the future if I want to unlock my bootloader?
Also will there be a void warranty message during the boot?

What good is it for developers to unlock the bootloader, but future users will not (anymore) have the opportunity? If there is no possibility, the projects are only developed for the happy code owners or eventually pulped.

You need to downgrade your firmware to older version, like b136, then use dc unlocker to get your bootloader unlock code, thats 4 €.
For downgrade you need to find your version from this page, use dload package

Hi, I have had this phone (honor 7x) for a while and I am planning on using another phone as my daily driver, so I thought of rooting this phone and put it to some special use. I want to root it and get magisk and try that out but every guide I've read online refers to the unlock code from Huawei. I have their account and everything since day 1 but I can't seem to find an option to get a code from there. I have read in some posts here that Huawei aren't giving out anymore unlock codes.
Is there no way I can root this phone and get twrp/custom roms etc now?

Bro.. M also noob here.. It's very sad.. this forum is very slow... No one is replying here... I posted few threads.. I haven't got reply.. Maybe becoz honor 7x is old now
Anyway for unlocking bootloader u need to dawngrade ur device from oreo to naugat... And then try unlocking ur device by using dc unlocker
