After updating to miui12 boot animation take time , how to reduce it
Me too. But I dont think that it has to do the animation, it is that the boot time has increased a lot.
The question is the same with you though, how can we reduce it?

im trying to make a boot animation, but every time i try to view it, its doesn't display, any one know the problem?
Simple as that. I have rooted it and installed Cyanogenmod. I just want to have a static image instead of an animation. Is there a way or do I need to make a 1 frame - 1 fps animation?
Worked...FOR NO REASON AT ALL! IDK - It was just showing the android logo while the animation was 1 fps only. One day it worked. It keeps working.... I made a 1 frame animation btw
boot Loop from Boot Animation or build.prop edit
I just did two edits of my phone. I added a few custom boot animations which I tested and they worked fine. Then I tweaked my build.prop to allow for better RAM usage, and after restarting it has sent me into a boot loop.
Now I'm not sure if its the boot animation, but it finishes booting and then gets to a black screen. Then it restarts. Please help!
Build prop edit. Do you have recovery and back up? If not its time to flash firmware..
Hey everyone I'm @ my wits end here, changing it boot animation has never been THIS complicated for me . I'm trying to change the boot up animation to the Digital Rain Matrix Animation w/ Boot up Sounds. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43437133
And I spent over 4 hours trying recommended methods and install locations for the sound and animation, well eventually it got to the point of me losing BOTH the stock HTC AND Verizon animations, and phone started booting stock android animation... Eventually I got lazy and used Rom Toolbox Pros boot animation feature to overwrite the stock animation in system/media, but now I have no shutdown animation so. I'm probably gonna restart with my newest nandroid. My question is , has anybody with our phones (Verizon) figured out exactly how to get the Boot up music to play correctly? ANY help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED
I don't get why my 5T's boot takes this long, the phone is far from full and has no bloatware, I tried cleaning the cache but it didn't help.
Basically boot logo (the 5T logo) stays there for about 40s-50s, then the boot animation is much shorter.
Do you have any idea on what I could do?
