I've just installed the app to my watch 3 and when I launched the app the listen button is greyed out can't press it any idea what cause the problem and thanx a million

Anyone else have the issue that when the screen times out and turns off when turning on again the app has disappeared from the screen and has to be accessed again by selecting relevant app.
This is especially annoying when writing an email or text.
Any help would be much appreciated!
I had the same problem, and found that turning the screen back on using the power button on the side left the app you were using still active.
Yes .. It seems like when you press the home button after the screen goes off it not only switches the screen on but also takes you to the home screen. This wasn't the case in my old S2.
This happens if you freezed the S-Voice app! Unfreeze and all will be good

Interesting. Apparently it happens when s-voice activation by home screen is disabled, even if the app is not frozen. I disabled it because it induces a lag to the home button.

Thanks for the help on this. I had indeed disabled S-voice but even defrosting it did not solve the problem.
Using the side button instead of the home button does however bring me back to the app i was using. Thanks Silverback!
Update > restarted and now working perfectly after defrosting S-voice. Thanks Again!
hello. i am running currently ordroid 12.1. JB is just awesome but i am facing a serious problem. i travel by bus most of the time and listen to music. previously when i was on ICS i use to switch songs, (double tap headphone button for next and triple tap for previous), change volume ( single tap hold for vol up and double tap hold for vol down) but with jb i am unable to do these. i tried many apps. double tap or triple tap calls the number last dialed and single tap hold opens google now. i want those features back. i dont need google now. even disabling it from the settings option doesnt work. its a huge problem for me to take out my phone so many times to change songs beacuse there is so much crowd in the bus.sometimes i even have to stand the whole journey. please help me to solve this issue. its really a pain.

I saw some chap trying pretty much every button controlling app in store without success. It seems that HTC screwed up this one.
So the distance walked and cycled isn't coming up for Google now since I've owned the phone. I remember turning it on when they added it, but never get a update. I also don't see where to do it any more.
Also hitting the menu button when Google now is opened flashes the menu real quick and disappears every time.

It has been an issue since latest update, you still can access to setting by opening any cards then the setting menu will be accessible.
As pakxeloas states enter the by pressing the 3 dots on the upper right of any visible card. Once you have done that you should be able to activate the "Distance travelled card". If it still does not work, switch off Google Now completely and the switch it on again.

This is a rather unusual question and I'm hoping someone would know the answer to this.
I downloaded an app called Atooma (which is similar to Tasker except this is FREE).
The app itself allows a user to launch an app when a trigger is activated. In this case I am trying to create a task that will simulate a Home Button press when I unplug the headphones (to go back to the home screen)
The question I have is : Does anyone know which app is triggered when you press the home button ?
(Settings > Apps > All Apps)
I originally thought it was "com.htc.launcher" but I can verify that its not. I tried this and it doesn't do anything
Just a FYI : I have spoken to the Atooma team and they tried this using the 'Launcher' app on the LG phone and it works.
I tried looking for something similar on the M8 but because of Sense 6.0, we dont have a Launcher app.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone having problems not going to app select screen. Happened couple times to me now sense last update.i have you reset the watch each time.
If you mean you can't go to the app selector screen by pressing the lower button, just reboot the watch, or open it through the most used apps widget, which has a blue button in the middle.
Yeah. I was just curious if anyone else was having that problem. I'm trying to trouble shoot. If it's a watch face I'm using or something else. Thanks for the responce
