Hello guys,
Do you know how can I enable OEM Unlock option for my Galaxy S20 SM-G980FDS. I have already enabled developer options two weeks ago but the option didn't appear. The phone was bought from Vodafone/Romania (CNX CSC code), but I have changed the active CSC to DBT.

I have bought Galaxy note 7 from UK, but when i tried my sim card I got a message says: Enter unlock sim code so I think the phone locked to O2 UK, Is there any possible way to hack or unlock the phone without getting back to O2 UK?
because the phone right now in UAE
I appreciate any help to solve this issue, I have no problem to pay to get unlocked. Even tried some websites with no luck
Assuming that it is a SM-N930F model you can install custom recovery / root / custom rom if you like, for example this one:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/note-7/development/rom-hydra-rom-v1-0-t3447611
I'm sure any carrier lock is gone after doing this.
But make sure before you start this procedure, to activate developer options, and in developer options menu activate usb debugging and OEM unlock.
So i have recently bought a phone through a "Rent to Buy" business and have owned the phone for almost 4 months. I can't seem to get the "OEM unlock" to even show up in developer options and done the trick with the date but shouldn't be the issue since i owned it for so long. I can only think there must be something installed before purchasing as customer that would stop this feature. I do know there is something with Knox if the bill wasn't payed it can be remotely shutdown from the business of purchase until unlocked with provided Pin. I just wanna change over to Germany firmware as i have with my previous phone's in the past. So any information would be much appreciated !
Device details.

Don't wait for an answer here because I asked a few questions too, and no one answered them because those people are ignoring us!!!!

I think you just need to flash a compatible firmware of your preference through odin
Yeah oem unlock is only needed for flashing custom software such as a custom recovery. You should be fine with flashing the DBT firmware on your phone through odin, just make sure to select "CSC" and not "HOME_CSC".
I've purchased a Verizon unlocked Galaxy s21 FE and am trying to use it on Mint Mobile. It connects for about 5 minutes but then 5G and reception go to 0 and a message saying "sorry, your device can't be activated on another carrier's network right now. For help, contact Verizon." pops up. I believe I could solve the issue by changing the CSC region code but don't want to trip KNOX. These are things I tried:
Phone Dialer */# commands did not work to change CSC or even show IMEI. Might be Verizon locked or Android 12 locked.
Flashing XAA region firmware did not help the issue even though it cleared all verizon bloatware and splash screen.
Flashing another carrier's (Tmobile) firmware and accidentally updated my bootloader to Binary 3 .
I believe that a potential fix is to flash android 11 from Verizon and maybe the phone dialer commands will work to change CSC.
Anyway, this has been a real headache and I just want to use my phone like normal on my selected carrier. Be careful with phones that have VZW region codes!!!
EDIT: I have the SM-G990U Snapdragon US model of the Galaxy S21 FE. Android 12 and 4.1 UI.
EDIT 2: The OEM Unlock Option does not exist on my phone even after becoming a developer.
You ever able to get this working?
I've been told that samsung locks their phones so you can't root them. Is this true or is it still possible to root this phone? It is a SM-G986U and uses a Snapdragon 865.
I've tried following a bunch of tutorials on YT, but they all say to activate OEM unlock, which doesn't appear to me. I've tried changing the date and everything to no avail.
thanks!
United States snapdragon does not have oem unlock meaning no root unless your bootloader isn't updated to high. Then you can use a service to unlock bootloader
I sent you a private message
Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra 5G - the device has been reportet as stolen, can be unlocked?
I am currently trying to root my S22, but the OEM Unlocking button is not visible. I am using the TMO version of the firmware, (tmo splash screen, tmo apps installed, etc) and I need to figure out how to enable the setting. Any ideas?

You can't on the North American (U and U1) models. It is a carrier restriction.
