Video storage problem - Redmi Note 8 Questions & Answers

Hi everyone,
I modded my redmi note 8t and tried installing the Gcam and a after while this problem started to show up. Whenever I record a video it is stored like a longer video (actually from something like 30 sec it is stored a 60 hours video) with all screentime but the time recorded composed by the first frame of the video recorded (so i have 60h of first frame and the last 30 sec of my video) and the audio starting from the beginning. I started having this problem after changing my ROM to pixelexperience and installing the Gcam (I've done the last thing after some days from the change of ROM and the problem didn't show up before). It also changed over time having at first 3 minutes added to the video, then 1 minute, 1 hour and lastly 50/60 hours. I have this problem even if i record with whatsapp or telegram camera, although videomessages of the last work as they should. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Recording video in 720p - time limit?

Hi, I tried to search but couldn't find anything about this problem.
The other day I was trying to record video at a kid's birthday party, and the video was somewhat long, around 6-7 minutes. Without any warning, the video stopped recording and went straight to the home screen. I tried to play the video file, but it shows up as a gray box on the phone and doesn't play on either my phone or my computer. I tried various video players.
This happened to me again, I went up to wine country and was taking a video from my car mount of the scenery as I drove down the windy roads. I stopped one video at around 5-6 minutes, the second one I didn't stop it that soon and the phone went to home screen again. Video was unplayable, same as last time.
I tried to replicate the issue recording videos, tried to push the home screen or any other buttons to replicate the issue - all times the video saved if you stopped the recording one way or another. I even tried to send myself an email to see if notifications could stop the video, didn't do anything. I recorded till around 7 minutes, and the phone went to home screen around 6:52. Same result as before.
All the files that were unplayable weren't unusually large, around 300-355 megs I believe. I'm running the stock 8gb card, and I'm rooted with baked snack 9.6. Free space on card was around 3-4 gigs each time, free space on phone roughly 80 mb. I'm using mpeg-4, all other videos I record are fine.
So is there anyways to fix this problem? It's kind of hard to always stop the phone at the right time to avoid this, and I'm wondering what's causing it in the first place. Could it be that the phone's ram is reaching capacity?

New lg g3 video playback problem!! is it broken?

So I just got my new LG G3, and there has already been issues since the first week, I havent rooted or anything
When I play videos on my phone, it would always pauses for 1 to 2 seconds to a black screen every couple of minutes (1 to 3), no matter which video player I use. I already turned off display auto switch off when flipped and turned on thermal mitigation and daemon in developer options. I even reset the phone to factory 2 times and yet no change.
The other problem is when I play games, I tried playing blitz brigade for 10 minutes and it is already so hot that I could burn my fingers around the camera area. Its like a hot potato! is my phone faulty? Should i get a replacement? Thanks!
Pls help

Camera records wiredly

Hi!
I got a Samsung Galaxy J7 2016, using an unofficial Lineage OS from xda forums.
Everything works fine but the camera, and all the apps using it have this bug.
When i restart the phone everything works fine until my phone goes to sleep and thus the porcessor goes into deep sleep.
After that let's say i record a 5 sec clip.
I watch the video and this is what i see
The clip has 4-5 minutes or a random number of minutes, the first 5 seconds ( if i recorded a 23 second clip it would have been the first 23 seconds of the clip) show the very first frame along with the audio, after that the video timer jumps to the end and I see the rest of the frames but without the audio (because it had already been played at the start ).
This thing only happens if the device goes into deep sleep.
Any help?

Critically Unexpected stutters in overall performance and media playback

My phone just started behaving really weird on it's own since about an hour ago. I just unlocked the screen and it couldn't play any song or video properly. Tried everything from SoundCloud to YT to Poweramp. Then I noticed it's not just sound and video, the whole goddamn phone is stuttering like hell regularly after like a second or two! I have a video live wallpaper and I noticed it stuttered too and I'm pretty sure it isn't the culprit. General scrolling has the same fate now. What the hell just happened and what could possibly cause this weird behaviour?

(My phone's screen recordings):
1 - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Qe8MEYVXsX1fAtog0VCQiIoLYjMhg8rD/view?usp=drivesdk (at 00:40 secs see there's no or very less drop of frames while this is not the case when the screen isn't recording and the viewing experience remains the same in the latter case, weird!)
2 - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Qgih_eym4hs0Gdl5eaeiDKFfP-vQtGda/view?usp=drivesdk (made this last night when the issue just arose)
So, if you have seen all 4 videos shared above by now you should understand the issue completely. Is/are there any other way(s) than factory reset? Yes, the phone's warranty is still intact.
Waiting for your valuable responses.

Problem solved finally! It was that ****tttyyyyy, dumb intelligence 'Alexa'! I'll never install that again! [emoji3062]
After hours and hours of digging into dev. settings and all other settings and apps, battery and ram manager, clearing cache and what not, it was Alexa after all. [emoji1787]
