SM-R830 and BP App - Samsung Galaxy Watch

Hi All,
Model:
SM-R830
Tizen version:
5.5.0.1
Software: R830XXU1CTI4
Phone:
Samsung A71
I'm having a heck of a time sideloading the APK. I've tried the SDB method but got the dreaded "Sideload error". I've seen the APK4TPK method, but it's a lot less clear on how it actually works, and if it actually worked. Right now, from the Samsung Wearable app, I'm unable to uninstall the watches version of Samsung Health - it's stuck at version 4.10.10111, and the uninstall button is greyed out.

Finding appropriate ROM for a generic phone

Hi,
I have been offered a generic phone in February 2014 by an office supplies retailer as part of a special offer.
The make is "SCOTT" and Settings>"About phone" gives me:
Model number: HWD-MP001
Android version: 4.2.2
Kernel version: MT6572
Custom build number: kp.HWD-MP001.v05
Recently, I have been having problems with my Samsung S4 so in order to test whether it was the phone (S4) or another factor, I wanted to start using the Scott phone.
Unfortunately, any adding of my Google account leads to two seemingly-related issues:
I get a "Google Talk authentication failure" message
I can't download anything from the PlayStore or upgrade any app because I get an "RPC:S-7:AEC-7" error.
Believe me, I have tried everything the entire Web suggests, including what the "get help troubleshooting" in the dialog that reports the "RPC:S-7:AEC-7" error says, to no avail. I've been on this for weeks now.
I had installed the Play Store APK in version 5.10.30 on the phone. But today, I noticed that the latest version on the S4 had changed to 6.0.0 so I downloaded it again from the S4 and installed it to the Scott phone. The installation failed without an error other than "App not installed", probably due to very low internal memory (15 MB...).
My question now is: how can I find an appropriate ROM for this phone? Checking for system updates is useless: either (through Software Updates) the phone does not even try to send a single packet over the Wi-Fi: it says right then "Your system is currently up to date" or (through "System updates) I get an additional "Network connection failed" message.
Thanks.

Galaxy Watch - File Help

Hello all,
I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch (46mm LTE). I have been struggling to transfer files to it from my phone (Huawei P20).
I have the Gear Wearable app, and have managed to file an app that will send files to the watch. The file I have is a TPK file, made using GWD.
When I navigate to the file on the watch, it says "no matched application found".
Does anyone know how to open these on the watch itself, or even an app on my phone that can be used to install tizen apps on my watch?
You'll have to send it using sdb from a computer as far as I know. Should be guides around for that.

Wi-Fi address is unknown and BT address is unavailable
WiFi AND BT address gone means something happens to CSA partition...
In other words empty files in CSA...
Its long time ago... tiny chance to "restore" addresses via Codes... MAYBE...
Commands I am 100 % sure.... but you have no chance without USB to connect... to use Tool SDB...

I have the stock firmware available for the Tizen 4.0.0.6. If I install that to my watch through USB connector, will my watch start working in a normal way?
But one more thing, before installing this combination firmware, my watch was on Tizen version 5.5.0.1, So if I try to install that older version of Tizen, will it effect my watch in any case?
I have NO Crystal Ball... so I can NOT look into future...
You can also check if Serial Number is still visible in Settings... About...
My knowledge is... if BT and/or WiFi aka MAC address is gone... you need manually action to restore...
Less (lowest) chance of magic self healing...
USB cable IMHO only increase your chance with Tool SDB to write BT and MAC to CSA partition...
Only Flashing Firmware with Odin not solve your problem... IMHO.
Feel free to try.
Meanwhile you have tried Codes?
I mean I see in my Link 2...
testmode *#232337# BT Address
I have forgotten if it shows only BT or write.... it is more then 3 years ago...
Best Regards
What is this CSA partition? and how to write that?

Hello I am trying to restore my Watch because I flashed it without BL file and WiFi broke. I coudn't find the charger on Amazon, only on AliExpress and I would like to fix it as soon as posible to get the new Tizen update.
Can you please share a link on the product? Does it match the pinout out of the box? Or should I remap it?

SmartThings on LineageOS

I need help getting SmartThings working with LineageOS.
Short Version:
I have LineageOS 17.1 installed on a Tab S (SM-T700)
When I launch the SmartThings app it crashes
I've tried changing the build.prop
I've tried installing some Samsung account APK files
Long version:
I have two of the original Samsung Tab S (SM-T700) tablets that I bought new to use as controllers for my smart home. I have lots of smart home stuff, but I mostly control it all with SmartThings. The tablets are perfect for my needs: Thin and light in the perfect size, however they are now so old that the new version of SmartThings no longer works with the newest available stock Android, nor does Sonos, rendering them basically useless.
In an effort to revive them for their original use, I flashed one over to LineageOS. It works fine, however SmartThings crashes as soon as you get to the login.
I have read that this is caused because SmartThings looks at the build.prop, sees that this is a Samsung tablet, and then looks for the stock Samsung account management APKs.
First I tried changing the build.prop file. I rooted the device with Magisk. I then navigated to the /system folder and found the build.prop file. I opened it with a text editor. This thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/smartthings-crash-on-lineageos-with-samsung-tablet.4109423/ said to change
ro.product.brand=samsung to ro.product.brand=google
and
ro.product.manufacturer=samsung to ro.product.manufacturer=google
However, those exact lines don't exist in my build.prop. The closest I could find were ro.product.system.brand and ro.product.system.manufacturer. I assumed they were basically the same and changed those. When I saved the file, and opened it again, it had reverted back from google to samsung. So I copied the file to another folder and tried again. Saved the changes and they stay. However, if I copy back to /system, they revert to samsung. The only way I could get it to stick was to delete the original build.prop and THEN copy it back, but when I do that, and I reboot, the tablet hangs at the startup animation.
Clearly I am doing something wrong with changing the build.prop file. Can someone please explain this to me with step by step instructions?
I also saw this thread:

This says I just need to get

It seems like there are a couple of work arounds that will get me up an running again, but I can't seem to get anything to work. Please help!
