Stock Samsung Kit Kat ROM without Knox & root (stable)

Which Stock Samsung Kit Kat ROM without Knox & with root do you all recommend?
Must be stable since I'll be using this phone abroad for months and I don't want to have to keep flashing a ROM often.:good:
I just want it to "work" and not have to worry about anything.

No stock samsung KitKat rom avaible without Knox for now
Use custom ones like Carbon / Liquid / Cm etc

Well there is a stock rom for GT-I9195 in android development section! Free off knox and other stuff!

And it does not have wifi working if u don`t have new bootloader ( aka knox one )

My ROM will not work with this old bootloader. Users reported WiFi connectivity problems and random reboots.

Well that true but when you rooted your.phone you can deleted if your run with some.lucky it would be good!

Have anyone received the v10b already?

I have bought a device in the LG store and it is a carrier free phone.
I have since already received the v10b software update / ROM
Have anyone received it yet? it is an OTA of something around 50MB size.
I just wished to know what it the changelog about this. I could not read anything about this anywhere.
I know LG was supposed to have enabled quick charge with this update, and it does charge way faster (apparently). But I think something else is in this patch.

Which version of the phone? I have the 815 and still 10a. Does your device charge at normal speed with the screen on?

How do you check version information v10b or v10a? I just had my phone restarted and updated with no prompts. I have the H81110h Tmobile....

Settings, about, software. It might be different for the us models. I saw pictures if the att version and it was different. But my 815 looks like this.

Are you sure LG is already pushing B update ? The phone doesn't even show up here yet: http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php , and we still can't get KDZ files or whatever.
Btw, i have the H815 and still on V10a , carrier free.

The Russian one usually has a lot of extra apps, how about the Caucasus version, is it clean of extra bloat?
The Ukraine one looks like a carrier branded one?

Usually when there is no provider mentioned its clean or with something that can be uninstalled

Yeah me 2. I cant boot my phone atm. Says i should use emergency Recovery in Smart switch

Try again going to Download mode, for me was the same , but trying again and normalny I can go do Download mode

The best thing is Smart switch cant be installed on my PC giving some strange error

Yeah i can get into download mode again =P Need to wait for the rom to download. Downloading stock 6.0 also if this one also fails.

For me Stock 6.0 BTU installing normaly. Let me few minutes I will instal now 7.0 for Macedonia , I let u know

That version is very old. You did not get any software updates yet?

Im currently running the ASE2 ( may match ) and it is running real smooth and fast. No lags or anything of that sort.

I had the same issue regarding no new updates as i had XSG csc , i would suggest you to flash INS (INDIA) firmware through ODIN ( wont brick or tip knox ) . I flashed the INS firmware through odin and got software update to ASE2 (MAY security patch).

This phone is slow as hell, worst buy ever

have you tried searching for roms at sammobile? updates rolling out there and there's android 10 rom too

https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-a50/firmware/#SM-A505FN is a better place to grab firmwares, there are a few france options, but none that are marked as SFR that i can see.

You can update manually to Android 10 with oddin.
Install this rom, its official.

Can I use this CSC if its now my country?

Not sure but if its part of the OXM CSC, then its okay as long as when you flash this use HOME_CSC instead of CSC in ODIN if you want an in-place upgrade. If you want to make sure then download Phone Info on Play Store and check if your CSC is OXM

Yes, so you can flash this and use HOME_CSC if you don't want a wipe

Everything is better. Smother animations, faster. Camera is better and battery. And I think Face ID works much better
