How can i install the same app from play store again without deleting app ? - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

I am trying to install a app from playstore multiple times but the problem is that "i don't want to delete the app". Is there any option to install a app without deleting the one.
Example - In redmi y2 mobile phones you have a option for second space where we can install the app again from playstore without deleting app which in first space.
The same thing i needed but i need a function like multiple space where i have multiple spaces.
Please help me

you can use multi space, or island. i prefer island as it just an tab in my launcher ( as work space)

Just Google whatever app you want with ".apk" at the end, so
For example Google Maps, search "Google Maps .apk"
Then download that file, you'll have the actual file or .apk (Android app) and can install as many times as you want.
Or you can search APK Mirror or UpToDown for your app, but essentially it's the same thing, you're downloading the .apk. These 2 are sources for it, Google is just a much bigger source. You'll want make sure the version you want is noted, you'll wanna DL the right one.

Flash player won't install on rooted evo help

Have the warm Rom and now when I try to download flash player from market it won't install
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
It is probably already installed. Many roms come with apps like that pre-installed. Often times these pre-installed apps don't attach themselves to the market.
The result is that the market shows you have never downloaded it, but if you try to download it, it can't install over top of the existing one.
You have two options. One is use something like Titanium backup to find the Adobe Flash APK. It has an option to "attach to market".
The other option is to use any root explorer and remove the existing Adobe flash APK. After you un-install, then delete, reboot your phone. Then go into the market, and download flash player.

[Q] My Apps

Is there a way to remove applications listed under Not Installed in My Apps on the Android Market?
No. It's been requested by hundreds of people but so far Google has done nothing.
Lists apps you've purchased but not currently installed. Why would you not want this?

Amazon has this problem too.
I do note that the Amazon Market downloads the app when purchased, even if you do not install it.
Navigating to /data/media/Android/data/com.amazon.venezia/cache/ and deleting the APK doesn't change anything, although I am sure it will save some memory somewhere along the line. I deleted all older versions of apps and ones I didn't install.
The /data/media/ is also another shortcut to the /sdcard/ folder.
For convenience, it seems installed apps are in: /data/app/

-1.Google Services Framework
-2.OneTime Initializer
-3.Setup Wizard
-4.Talk
-5.Gmail
-6.Vending
1) After installing all the Google Market files go try to login to Gmail.
You will get an error, don't worry you are ment to
2) Now go into settings and manage apps. Click on Google framework. Clear the data if you have the option also the cache
3) Do the same thing for Gmail and clear the data if you have the option also the cache
4) turn of and on again.
5) DON'T launch the market but launch Gmail and login. It should work.
6) Now you can launch the Market.

If you do't like the idea of flashing.
There are some alternatives like;
Blackmarket;
http://www.2shared.com/complete/LMmdh3DX/blackmart_v04992.html
get jar;
http://www.getjar.com/
or
mobilrated;
http://www.mobilerated.com/consumer/setmobile.html

But there is a risk of downloading outsite the market.
But better something then nothing at all.

Z5 Premium from ebay cannot install facebook or messenger from g.play or from apk

Bought a z5 premium from ebay, works great, i have installed some basic apps like a browser( deleted chrome cuz it devours your ram) , vlc player, amazon etc... However i cannot install facebook, or messenger or the 2 lite versions. Google play says " can't install messenger, try again and if it still doesnt work see common ways to fix the problem"
I thought google play is drunk so i downloaded the apk from the web, and upon installation it says this: " app not installed the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name"
So in plain english that means it cannot be installed because it is already installed? Thats bull**** because i searched for the app in settings, even downloaded revo uninstaller to look for it. Only thing i found is 2 very small system apps. Both of them are called "Facebook App installed 18.4, however one is 75kb the other is 4mb.
Could these 2 cause the problem? Is it safe to delete them ? (they are under system apps, not user apps)
What could be the problem? I tried restarting, and cleaning cache of gplay, installing apk not working so what the hell is going on?
Flash rom with flashtool and select full wipe.

Cann't install apps anymore on Pixel 2XL

Hello all,
I cann't find a solution to install apps in sideload on my Pixel 2XL.
It was after flashing version 10 in the beginning of september.
After a lot of trying I give up and hope someone else here can help me.
My Pixel 2XL is unlocked but not rooted.
Normally I do the sideload by transfer an apk to my dropbox. After that I start it up and do what the system tells me.
Nowadays I got a return of a message in dropbox that -it is impossible to open the apk and download an app to open the apk-.
After that I download the apk to my download folder to try again. Then, when trying to startup, I get a popup with the name off the apk, the version nr, the size and packagename.
There is also a button to view apk content. When I push that button the right folders of the apk are indeed visible.
There are also 3 options. One to install, one to go to playstore and one to stop further actions and go back.
When I try to use the button install the result is that nothing happened, no signal, no message from the system, no popup, really nothing.
You all know that this is not what I want. I just want to install the apk. I have tried it with a few other apk's with the same results. :crying:
Before the last OTA upgrade to android 10 it was normal to install with these methods.
Thanks for who can helping me and others for trying to help me.
Greetings.

Have you enabled install apps from unknown sources? You'll also need to enable apps to install apps from what I can see in android 10. If you pull up an apps indignation you can expand the options and there will be an option to allow it to install apps, which Dropbox may need. The first one needs to be enabled to install apks from the download folder.

Thanks for helping me.
I did all these settings before.
Now I tried to open another filemanager (Google Files) and that did the job.
I don't know why installing in dropbox or installing in es file explorer doesn't do the same with equal settings.
Maybe an idea to uninstall and re-install these apps?
Anyway, a lot of thanks for your answer.

Android 10, install from unknown sources is like an app permission now, you have to grant it to things like chrome (download apk and install) and file managers rather than a global setting for phone. Safer as you trust an app o do it rather than letting some malware in background filling your phone with crap.

Uninstalling and reinstalling will not work, as I've done that with my modded version of ES File Explorer. This is a change in Android itself.
Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special App Access > Install Unknown Apps. A list of apps will appear. Select an app and toggle the switch.
NOTE: Dropbox is on the list, but at least on my device my modded version of ES File Explorer is not.
