Hi guys, we're posting this message today to talk about RevengeOS, yeah you already know that project so why are we talking about that?

And lastly, they want that their users be happy while using it. But there is a problem, 3 developers can't do much. So, I'm here to ask if you - if you're a developer, and if you want to join us, we have the following requirements:
- Knowledge on Android and Java

Great ROM! With Some Issues
This is a great ROM, I've been using it for a day almost.
Good:
Smooth
Rare stutters
All are working AFAIK
Bubbles are working great
Issues:
3-finger swipe not working
Google Assistant "Voice-Hey Google" cannot be activated
Poor RAM management. Basic non-heavy apps often shut down in the background.

Hello! Great ROM! I have to say your team made some serious progress since 3.2 and that's great, but there are a few things that i would like to point out and ask about. The storage seems very slow, folders open about 3-4 times slower than any other rom i ever tried. Not sure what could this be, but it's something that i wanted to point out, and yet again i would like to ask if there is any way to switch the navigation buttons because i always use the back button on the right side or if there is no option for that, then how could i do it myself because i really have no idea. So far the experience is really solid, except the few things i mentioned before and i haven't encountered any major bugs or system crashes.

It is probably the SD card. Sometimes I have to format again and again the sdcard with my PC (Delete partition etc ...).... Nor especially for this rom, but on every custom rom.
Am I the only one that experienced crashes of google maps? It doesn't even open up, it just backs me up to the home screen and the app is in the background. When I try to come back to the app it again backs me to the home screen

Thx for the feedback
1) currently ros don't have support for inverse 3-buttons style
2) you can go with trcam, works pretty well
I've been using the rom a couple days and it works really smooth and battery life is also good, if you need a smooth experience this is the rom for you

Yup I get that but in some roms like lineage 17.1 it's not working at all n what's worse is it's causing bootloop,so I wanna be cautious this time so I asked.i have been using this time since yesterday but still didn't use any magisk modules,it's rooted with magisk though.
In btw feels smooth enough for an initial build and the experience is unbeatable..it's definitely has become my no.1 favorite time so far...
I had few crashes at the firstboot n launcher stopped working a couple of times in d beginning but after updating system apps in play store everything seems fine.
And unique UI is definitely a big plus here.
Looking forward to you dev..I hope u continue working on this rom to make it more stable and upto date..btw thanks alot again for your wonderful work.
One more qs..are there any other modules that I need to flash in order to get Dolby working??

Nice ROM, thanks!
The most bugless rom so far, good job!
On the way installing , ?
Wow.. Looks like an awesome rom.
What about some bugs that were with your [10][UNOFFICIAL]SuperiorOS.
Such as call disconnecting bug, half installed apps on launcher, facebook audio call - no sound issue?
Are they on this rom also? If not, I'll also give it a try. Thanks.
Reserved.
I'm getting:
Error applying update: 7 (ErrorCode:: kInstallDeviceOpenError)
Updater process ended with ERROR: 1
while installing the ROM via TWRP. Sideload also doesn't work.

Use TWRP made by 33bca / Offain. Do not use dees_troy's or Official as it is not compatible.

I get random graphic glithes (like rectangles or sth) while scrolling through my apps' list. Any way to get rid of it?

I've tried to build ExtendedUI for Daisy by myself but I couldn't get it to work, glad to see you managed to build it and even make it official on the release. It's pretty awesome, but performance isn't that great, maybe cause I dirty flashed it from POSP, I will also try to use Chunchunmaru kernel. Great work and thanks!

Good thing you managed to have it worked. Going from non-GApps to Gapps'ed ROMs need clean flash as they differ from GApps packages (some components of previous GApps will force close), some apps will force close due to different or lacking components, customization will also looked wrong due to different way of customizing system.
System, Data and Cache wipe will be sufficient enough.

Just flashed clean from 10.0.13 and I see no diffirence in performance (it's far from POSP smoothness), customization or anything like that, hopefully performance will get better with every update. I will stay with it only cause I like Google apps way more than AOSP apps

Can i install this rom on 10.0.18.0 firmware with january security patch? or i need specific firmware? i ask this because some other rom required specific firmware such as 10.0.13.0 to work properly.

It should work just fine, like every ROM that "requires" specific version of Android ONE, if don't then you will have to flash 10.0.13.0 then ExtendedUI
Battery drain is insane, 15% every 3 hours. I disabled AOD, but it's not that. In comparison, on 10.0.18 I got 4 days.
ROM performance is awesome and I'd like to keep it. How to deal with this?
I chose Clean Install, wiped everything. I installled fresh all of my apps. Battery section in Settings doesn't show anything strange.
Hello there,
A pixel like rom with a few features from xiaomi UI and few tricks sounds exactly from what i was looking for my daily driver!
However my rooting days are far away and i think that i could use a step by step procedure to refresh things a bit.
I'm have a locked bootloader/ stock version of the mia2 lite on android 9 january security update. Never rooted or anything.
What should i do first?
Unlock the bootloader i guess? how is it done these days? Root the device, install Twrp? All those things before i can deal with the install, am i wrong?
Is there a one click rooting procedure for the daisy?
Anyway, i'm looking forward to try this rom!
Thanks to the developpers

I faced this issue after flashing magisk. Try to fresh install the ROM and don't flash magisk from TWRP. Should boot normally.

First A11 POSP is amazing, couldn't get second one to boot. OctaviOS is also really good option, smooth and have some customizations unlike POSP. Didn't test RevengeOS yet, but I will today.
Anyway I think A11 have way better performance than A10 ROMs

Battery life is really good, it's performance is worse than first A11 POSP build, but still way ahead of all A10 ROMs. It is stable but have some bugs that can prevent some apps from working properly, that's why I left it and I'm testing revenge OS right now.

Very good. It has a few notable issues though. You have to use a custom version of Magisk, because the official one doesn't work, it has a weird bug that makes it almost impossible to use video controls after you turn on gesture navigation and it fails the CTS check.
Aside from that, performance is very good. Battery life on average same as in A10 based ROMs.
links don't work

Battery life is really good, it's performance is worse than first A11 POSP build, but still way ahead of all A10 ROMs. It is stable but have some bugs that can prevent some apps from working properly, that's why I left it and I'm testing revenge OS right now.

No idea, I'm jumping from one custom to another, cause I can't find anything that would suit me. I think it can be used as a daily driver, but wouldn't recommend it

Great work, now we have fast R ROM! (but not as fast as Enchanted LOS 17.1)
Wow, thank you so much!! The performance and battery backup is very decent. No major issues except 2 things things,
1. Double tap to wake up missing.
2. Camera flash does not work. (however this can be resolved by using Footej camera 2)
You are best @xNombre . Nice work.
Hello,
I've just pushed a new update. It's stable release!
I'm actually surprised by how smooth gemini came out to be on a11.
Camera led is broken and probably will be, I cannot do much about it. You can always use custom camera app.

Working for me.
I solved, they casued in developer options. Someone if on, screen recording bugged.
Thanks for your support on gemini. Everything works fine and smooth for now.
Just a small bug i found is disabling hardware buttons doesn't disables home button key.
On the latest version after turning on device encryption functionality and setting up boot password on, it stucks on infinite booting animation and never boots up again.

Hi!
I've been using your crdroid 6 for almost a year and I love it, thank you so much for your support on gemini.
I wanted to try this version but i can't find gapps for android 11 on the link you provided. Should I use NikGApps or it would be better to download the test version of opengapps for android 11? Would it add stability problems?
Thanks again and happy holidays to everyone!

Thanks a lot, having problems with official Pixel Experience and no solutions at the moment I'm giving a try to this fork.
Does bluetooth audio calls and NFC tap to pay features work in this rom?
Well, I have just installed 12 hours ago and I have made only one short call with a bluetooth earphones, what I can say that it has worked quite well. I have tried to play some music with a bluetooth speaker too and it seemed to me fine.
This version of Bluetooth works well, there is no problem with the volume, and it supports OTA! Thanks very much for efforts from Jubscleisson!
Will this rom give a notification when there's a new OTA?

I guess not I am currently running the last version of this rom (Unofficial 12.0) and I'm still not getting the update notification. But this official version might have fixed it. Give this a try, this is the best & the most beautiful rom I've used on my S10. I'm going to update to the latest one soon.
Jubscleisson1) Can I dirty flash this official 12.1 version over the previous version (Unofficial 12.0) ? I mean, download the rom, go to the recovery, flash the rom & reboot without any bootloops or errors.
2) Are there any missing features in "SnowHouse" section compared to the previous version (Unofficial 12.0)
thanks for the great rom.

I don't recommend a dirty flash in this build, because it's another android version, changing sdk version and everything, I can't guarantee you that it will work well. About SnowHouse, yes, some features are missing, because it is a complete rebase, PEX 4.3 lost some functions like white qs, but this should be fixed soon in the next version

Thank you @Jubscleisson .. I will clean flash then.
Will I need to install the stock samsung OneUI again & flash the latest rom?
Or can I just format storage, Factory reset & flash the rom without installing/coming from OneUI?
thanks.
Short Review : from 10 Day Experience (beyond1lte-12.0-20220302-Unofficial) - V4.2
I've been using this rom for 10 days now & this is the best Android 12 Rom I've used on my S10 for my liking. And this is a beautiful rom with the Material You theming features. There are no Performance issues until now, working super smooth, responsive & feels stable.
Rooting is super easy just install or sideload the Magisk.zip (renamed magisk.apk to mgaisk.zip) via recovery.
Gcam works, the default camera is also not bad (Gcam Go version)
Goods
Battery Life - Far Better than the Stock OneUI
Performance - Smooth, Fast & Reliable
3 Finger Screenshot Gesture (scrolling screenshot is also working)
Select Text, share links & take screenshots from recent menu works (Selecting text is awesome & super useful)
Call quality & volume is ok. (I feel a bit law loudspeaker call volume, though it's ok)
Working Night Light
Double Tap to Wake & Double Tap on Statusbar to Sleep (no double tap on Home to Sleep)
Fingerprint is ok (But setting up the fingerprint is harder on this rom as usual on almost every AOSP custom roms)
"Fingerpirnt Authentication Vibration" can be disabled
Navbar Pill can be hidden
Dark theme works
All android 12 animations works, split screen works
Google voice recorder works (this doesn't work on Samsung OneUI)
No random restarts, glitches or lags like some other A12 roms I used. (on the first day, there were some lags 2-3 times & it never happened again after)
No bloatware
Bad
No call recording feature on Pixel Extended (this would be a super complete rom if there were in-built call recording function) {But I'm using axet's call recording magisk module anyway}
Even though I disabled "Fingerpirnt Authentication Vibration" it vibrates if I unlock from the lock screen (bit annoying, maybe only for me)
I am going to try the official A12.1 version soon.
If someone can please share me some screenshots of the available features on SnowHouse (Official 12.1 Build) because I can't live without features like hide navbar pill, double tap to sleep on status bar & etc.
Thanks for the review, you are definitely right about the pros, very smooth, good battery life (the previous version started to drain battery after some days of use, I don't know why) and some very useful extras compared to the regular PE. Huge thanks to our maintainer
I noticed more 2 cons: no voice match to unlock the phone and no mapping of our Bixby button, at the moment we have a pointless button.

Yes there's not an option to map buttons & I haven't seen button mapping on any AOSP based roms as well. Anyway, I have used a button mapper app (or a mgisk module) to map the button few months ago & I don't remember the name now.
Thanks for the advice, I found button mapper, an app that using root can map every button. Let's hope for a solution for voice match
My device is getting very hot, it dropped from 60% to 20% in less than 2 hours on stand by, it's hot even when I'm not using it. I already cleared google play services data and installed from scratch.
Maybe something have gone wrong during installation: try a clean install, wiping all
Good day... Newbie here.. just wanna ask.. is there a fix for galaxy wearables to work in this rom?
Love the rom by the way... Clean, Fast,no over heating whatsoever... overall great for me.. just the galaxy wearables...
