How to delete pre-installed faces? - Huawei GT - Huawei Watch

Hi,
I'd imagine this question has been asked before, but I've searched and couldn't find an answer. So, I'm sorry in advance if this is a repeated subject, and I'd appreciate you'd point me in the right direction..
I just got a GT as a gift, and I got a bunch of ugly useless pre-installed faces just taking up space, which I'd rather delete and upload my custom choices instead. Is there a way to do this?
TIA.

As per my knowledge so far, no way to delete pre-installed faces on GT

S-Note Question

Hi Everyone,
In the video below, at around 2:30, the S-Note app is launched and it opens a New Note at start-up. I haven't been able to do that. Whenever I launch S-Note, it opens a list of existing books by type, with a plus sign on the top right, which has to be tapped in order to create a new note. How can I configure S-Note to open a New Note automatically at start-up, like in the video? I appreciate all help.

Hi Alanbr,
Would you mind posting the answer you found for yourself here to help others who may have the same question? Saves it being asked again as people can see your response when they search.
Many thanks

Of course. What I found out is that there is actually no way of doing what I wanted. In the video, what happened is that most certainly the Notes app had already been opened and all the steps needed to create a new note had already been taken, and the app was running in the background. So then, in the video, when the app was "opened" from the Multi-Window, it seemed that it was being launched, but actually it was only being brought to the foreground.
Regards,
Alan
If you wanna open a quick note just hold the button on the s-pen and double tap the screen.

Help w/Removing Bloatware

Hello! I was hoping someone could give me a list of bloatware or apps I can stop/disable that are NOT needed.

While in General and/or Q&A, if you look up at the top-right corner, there's a white box that says "Search this forum." If you type "bloatware" into that box and hit the yellow button that looks like a magnifying glass, it will pull up a list of threads that reference the term. If you're feeling frisky, you can type "debloat" and receive hits more relevant to what your'e looking for. This can be done with any topics one might be curious about.

Yes, always search first. This is not the first time this question has been asked and answered.
...But check this thread for more info on bloatware and an easy way to remove it from any touchwiz rom

Stock Rom with no Asus apps

Hi there, everyone!
First of all, I'm TRULLY sorry if I'm posting this thread anyhow mistaken.
It's way too complicated for begginers like me to understand the right thread or forum to place questions about devices and stuff like that.
I've searched a lot of threads related to my device but I couldn't find the correct answer to my question, so here I am.
Well, let's see: I have an Asus Zenfone 2. Really like it but I just can't stand those ****ty Asus apps that comes in every device of the brand.
Question is: is there any way to flash the stock rom (I REALLY love the features and settings Asus has on its cellphones) without most of those apps (that, basically, just occupies space and memory) or maybe selecting which ones I want to install? That would be awesome and I appreciate any help that might come in handy!
Many thanks!

Question about sideload apps/watchfaces

Hello guys,
So I'm thinking about getting a galaxy watch or active watch, but I have some questions.
I've read of ACL, but seem that it isn't working, so right now there isn't anyway to install apk's on the watch?
Is it possible to donwload the paid apps that are available on the store and sideload it to the watch?
The same for the watch faces
Is there any website that carries this tpk's and faces that can be downloaded and sideloaded to the watch?
Thank you in advance.
Hello daweasel27,
1.) At the moment, sadly no. You can check progress on ACL/Android Wear port here:
ACL: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sm...ions-sideloading-apps-tweaking-t3917082/page3.
Android Wear: https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/gear-s3/gear-s3-android-wear-port-wip-t3584588/page75
2/3/4.) Yes, but this isn't really the place to ask that, a ton of people are developers here so piracy isn't the best way to thank them for their hard work. But I'd imagine some googling would turn you up .TPK files.
Hope that helps,

Galaxy watch active 2 bp ecg spo2 workaround

Hi, I'm gaurav Prashar from india. There's a plethora of information regarding how to make bp, ecg and spo2 work on galaxy watch active 2. However people like me are quite clueless as to how to proceed. So plz pardon me for creating a new thread but kindly guide me how to go about it. Following info is provided from my side
1.Galaxy watch active 2 (3FO2)no idea what this 3FO2 is
2.SM R820
3.CSC :R8200XA1CT14(this i got by dialing *#1234#)
4.ONE UI WATCH VERSION :2.0
5.TIZEN:5.5.0.1
6.SM:R820NZKAXSG(this is written in the software tab, read it somewhere that the last three letters of this are the CSC whereas above CSC is different )
First of all I'm confused which is the CSC
I bought the watch in India
Next is how to go about making ecg, bp and spo2 work on my particular watch active 2
Thanks in advance

Your Phone is from Samsung?
Or other Brand?
Best Regards
Thanks adfree for replying
I've a one plus 6
Rgds
Adfree anything
My favorite solution for SM-R820 and SM-R830 is ROOT.
I waste too much time with hunting for "Holy Grail"...
In PM somebody have problems to trying "solution" to play with build.prop and/or Magisk Modules to fake Samsung Model...
Sorry, I have only limited time and energy...
And Samsung kick our Balls with every update...
And i have only Samsung crap... no non Samsung Phone...
So NO idea how these devices work...
I can help you to ROOT CTI4 and install BP and ECG... thats all I can do.
If this is okay for you.
I can help you.
If ROOT is no Option or you are scared to use netOdin...
Its okay, I will survive.
Best Regards
I'm ready to root and take ur much needed help i've a one plus 6
Important!
I hope you are still on CTI4...not CTJ5 meanhwile... or other Firmware.
Own Risk!
Possible Samsung Pay will NOT work.
Files for SM-R820 are here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=83640791&postcount=937
netOdin is here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73503787&postcount=150
Because 1 file only to select...
You can click AP in netOdin... then select file.
NOT change Settings in netOdin!
Use Standard Settings!
Best Regards
