Hi mates!!
This was the last version of MiFile Explorer by HootanParsa, I've modified it with the ICS/JB theme
I would like to share it with you :good:
(ROOT + CWM 5x IS REQUIERED, INSTALLATION PROCESS)
DESCRIPTION
This is a POWERFULL lightweight file explorer, allows you root access, edit text files, change permissions, FTP Sever connections and many more!

INSTALLATION (.apk file)
1. Donwload the .apk file
2. Copy/move it and paste into /system/app (use your favourite file browser)
3. Long press in the .apk file and set the following permissions:

How to transfer files without a USB cable using Mi File Explorer
1. You need to install MiFile Explorer (see above)
2. Open the file browser, click on "share" and set up your FTP connection point, long press to edit the values.

3. Set your own values, IS COMPULSORY TO MAINTAIN THE CORRECT PATH >>> /mnt/sdcard/FOLDERNAMEWHATEVERYOUWANTINYOURSDCARD |Example: /mnt/sdcard/download|
*** You'll be able only to access to the specified folder in the path then in "My network sites", so if you want to access to ALL your sd card folders set by default "/mnt/sdcard"
4. Ready! Start your FTP service (by pressing on the icon / long press and then "start")
It's time to configure the network place in Windows (I'm using Windows XP)
1. Go to "My Network Places"
2. Click on tools, then click "Connect Network Drive ..."
3. Uncheck "Reconnect at logon" (optional) and click on "Subscribe to remote storage or connect to a network server"
4. Follow the connection wizard, entering the FTP server address that Mi File Explorer provided you when you created the FTP point
5. Uncheck "Log in automatically" (optional) and create your own profile (using the same user name you put to create FTP point)
6. Put a name to the folder that will keep the connection between devices and will appear in "My Network Places"
7. ENJOY transferring files via WiFi instead of using an USB cable!!!
WINDOWS XP/VISTA/7/8.x USERS
To make to work MiFileExplorer modded by me or any other version is A PIECE OF CAKE in Windows!
1°. Enable the FTP server
2º. Go to your PC/laptop and open Windows Explorer or any folder (Windows Explorer ISN'T INTERNET EXPLORER)
3º. Put this: "ftp://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:xxxx" in the address bar, as the IP address set by the aplication and press ENTER :laugh:
4º. ENJOY transferring files via WiFi instead of using an USB cable!!!!

At the moment I'm using android 2.3.5 (xwks2)
I'll try to port it to 2.3.6 when I've free time, but it's a piece of cake make a similar theme with UOT kitchen

well thanks but i am afraid that just entering the address of ftp:XXXXXXXXXX we would only copy from device to PC but not from PC to device any how i will check that.

Sorry dude I was out of town and as I was worried it didn't worked with window 7 like it amazed me with window xp.

Just install (using adb shell pm install) "MicrosoftInputMethod.apk" from attachment, and you're done.
Reboot the device after installation (I don't know if it's really needed)
Installation method:
adb push "C:/path/to/MicrosoftInputMethod.apk" /sdcard/MicrosoftInputMethod.apk
adb shell
pm install /sdcard/MicrosoftInputMethod.apk
Notes:
-Make sure to always use forward slashes ( / ) in every path.If you use backward slashes ( \ ), you'll get an error;
-if you use adb install "C:/path/to/MicrosoftInputMethod.apk", you will get [INTERNAL_AGENT_ERROR] error.Use adb shell pm install "C:/path/to/MicrosoftInputMethod.apk";
-If the attachment is downloaded as a .zip file, change its extension to .apk
Troubleshooting:
You can check if it's installed using some application that shows installed apps (i.e.: Shortcut Master (Lite))....

If it's installed but keyboard doesn't appear, try the following:
-Install "Shortcut Master (Lite)" (attached to this very post) using adb install "C:/path/to/org.vndnguyen.shortcutmaster.lite-0.apk" . DON'T use pm install to install an application with an User Interface that should be available from menu;
-Open it, and touch the three dots in the upper right corner;
-Choose "Search";
-Click on "Enter text to search", and see if keyboard appears;
If yes, open the application where keyboard wasn't appearing, and see if it appears after that;

For the last error you posted (Failure [INTERNAL_AGENT_ERROR]), you couldn't install it.
Have you tried to install any other apk to see if apk installation isn't messed up for your phone?
Have you tried the Google Play stuff?If yes, chances are it corrupted something in your phone.

Probably some installation has affected your phone.

I've updated the first post with the method I used to install: push file to device, and then install from shell.

Yes, sdcard is only a mount point....I have a Lumia 1020, and tested on it....

It's a working apk....I've just downloaded it and comparated it byte-to-byte with the one I had installed before: no difference between both files

[How to]Root Project Astoria

Root section #​Hello guys,
after 45564564165 hours of research (joke but this took me about 1 week ._.) I finally rooted Project Astoria

Current issues​Apps can't request root because of limit of project astoria. I'm working on it.
Procedure​Perform an Hard reset first.
After settings up, deploy Root Tool.
Go to Lumia Registry Editor, click on navbar > templates and then select all.
Close the app and go to settings > Update and security > For developers.
Enable developer mode and click on Discovery. It should show to you the pin.
Download Astoria Tools.rar
Extract it.
Open that extracted folder.
You should see wconnect and so on.
On the "void" area, make SHIFT + Right click, and then click to "Open Command prompts here".
Write wconnect usb and write the pin.
After this, download AOW shortcut.7z in the attachment, extract it, copy that in your phone, example "Phone\Documents"
Now, go to your phone and open File Explorer. Open Documents and click on Aow shortcut
Go to RootFS directory and delete the file init.
Warning, there are 2 files, you need to delete "init.rc", it has about 20-19 KB.
Restart now your phone.
Keep it plugged on computer and wait about 5 minutes. it should you show "Windows Phone" device connection.
Open it and go to: Data\Users\DefApps\APPDATA\Local\Aow\RootFS
Download from Astoria folder link, the latest Rootkit & Gapps version.
Extract it.
Copy ALL Files to the phone (Data\Users\DefApps\APPDATA\Local\Aow\RootFS).
It ask you if you want to replace/merge files. Say Yes.
Press yes if it show this to you:
After you finished you need to set MTP to the standard path.
Download CustomPFD and deploy it.
Open that app.
Navigate to TWEAKS PAGE and click to General tweaks.
Navigate to UTILITIES: check FULL FS ACCESS and uncheck again.
Restart your phone.
Download Superuser.rar and extract it on Astoria tools folder.
After boot, connect to your pc and install superuser.apk (adb install superuser.apk)
After installation, you can launch the command "adb shell" and as you can see you are a root user

If you have problem with installing APK after root, go to your phone and delete packageinstaller.odex using Aow shortcut and going to RootFS > System > app folder (The lowest size, approx 153 KB)

Not yet. For now it's very hard to resolve an "issue".

@ADeltaX, have you tried Insecure root or insecure su binary? The su binary that doesn't rely on a root management app like SuperSU? Because we can get direct root access on an app instantly if it requests for root with that...

Some files are missing on AOW folder.
Retry and replace the folder again.

Nope, Sincerely I never heard about insecure SU binary.
The SU version is a modded one, because if I use the SuperSU version, on invoking SU it say "segmentation fault" --> mean something doesn't work like shared object (library aka .so).

Someone can compile strace binary for armeabi/armeabi-v7a?
At this time Virtual Box doesn't want to start (I have Linux Mint in VM with AOSP source).

Some Chinese tablets I fix had insecure su... How did I know? When I adb shell it's already # . Or those only work with adb and not apps requiring su permission?

[Guide] Remove roaming clock on latest update

1. Download hxxps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=by4a.setedit22&hl=en (Sorry i cant post link, change hxxp to http)
2. Enable developer mode, grant write secure permission for the app:

3. Open the app, change table to "Secure table", find "roaming_dualclock" setting and change the value to "1".

Finally, I can remove the dual clock on Android 10. Thanks so much for the solution.

Could this method not be used to reactivate FASTBOOT on v450pm ?? remove the locksim ?? activate the dual sim ???

Wait what? I'm confused, so I downloaded the app and granted all the permissions and developer mode was already enabled. I executed the code over there to system table inside the app but it doesn't seem to be working when I tried to change the value of roaming_dualclock. Any solutions?

You should do the permission with adb command on pc not on your device

Also how do I move the clock to the center lol why is it at the left side (It's available in Android 9 but not in Android 10)

Recent button > Tap and hold icon of the app you want to view in Multi window mode > Select Multi window > Select the 2nd app

Haha technically yeah, my first attempt was done from about a year ago and was keep trying with different methods. For your question, the person above has answered it so you may check that.

You dont need any app for removing it
You can use adb
shell settings put secure roaming_dualclock 1

Thanks for this, it also works on my V30 Pie LG U+

Spent ages trying to get this and every other method to work, turns out on SKT you have to change "skt_roaming_dualclock" to 1 rather than "roaming_dualclock"

Finally manage to remove the second clock on my V50 on Android 10. Thanks for this guide.

Click Finish and Launch Lunch Filter Wizard
Choose the "Install a device filter" and click next
You will see this device selection.
Now you will need to connect you phone with power off to computer.
> Hold all the buttons and connect to the computer (wait until you see Mediatek USB Port in libusb Device selection and Install)
(note: you have to select and install it very quick, because the phone disconnect in just a few seconds)
> Wait until it shows this (Click OK and close libusb and Disconnect your phone)
INITIALIZATION:
• Extract Bypass Utility, and go to extracted folder
> type "cmd" in the address bar and hit enter
> in cmd console install (Install pyusb, pyserial, json5)
by typing: pip install pyusb pyserial json5
> after that bypass mtk
by typing: python main.py
> when you see "Waiting for bootrom" , you need to connect your phone again (Holding all button and plug it into your computer and wait until it recognized.)
you should have this following output. do not close this window and remember the Found port of you phone
as you can see my port is = COM7
DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR PHONE FROM COMPUTER THIS TIME
FLASHING FIRMWARE:
• Extract SP Flashtool and Realme 3 Firmware
• Open flashtool.exe and click Options>Connection
and tick AURT instead of USB.
Select the COM port of the phone which is COM7 in my case
then close Option Window
• Now In Flashtool choose Scatter-File from the Extracted Firmware of Realme 3
(wait until it finished the Processing)
• After that choose Authentication File
• After loading Scatter and Auth File Click Download
It should start downloading the firmware to you phone now without any error.
(wait until it finished the download.)
When finished downloading you get a check windows indicating that the flash was successful!
Thats it Congratulations! You may now disconnect your phone from your computer and POWER ON.
your DEAD [HardBricked] Realme 3 is now Alive!
(Note: This method is applicable to any MTK devices with SoC mt6735, mt6750, mt6765, mt6771, mt6785, mt8127, mt8163, mt8173, mt8695)

Thank you for putting this altogether, this should speed up the development work for this phone(kernel etc), as people don't have to go to service center for hard brick.
Also I want to tell you, I shouldn't get the credits for bypass_utility, the two people you mentioned should be getting the credits, I just forked(copy/cloned) the repository.
I assume you are new to github, anyone can fork(copy/clone) a repository by clicking on fork button
You can differentiate whether a repository is forked(copied) or original by seeing on the top left side.

Its not the same in your first screenshot you reach "Disabling protection" but in the 2nd one only the utility found your phone..., did you release all the buttons emmidiately after your computer detects your phone phone? It is important that you release emmidiately. Did you try to use windows 10.? Sorry I dont have telegram.

I'm trying to with my friend pc(windows 10) using latest python and same error sir..
Always Immediately release my button when pc detection my device.. but same error

you must be use windows 10
Use latest python version
Use latest SpFlash tool version
And don't forget to chek libusb instalation
Check via cmd "pip install libusb" and "pip install libusb1"
And try to use command "python main.py"

Anyone who facing problem when bootrom check, you have to flash first time or it will show error. Otherwise you have to uninstall and reinstall libusb.exe and others.

Ok, thanks to ATDTEAM, very much, I bricked by patching boot image with magisk and flashing it, successfully flashed stock rom .ofp with SP Flash tool, not only this , I itentionally flashed another version , and it worked to, thnx to the bypass utility, it generates questions, the realme provides ozip files, so where are .ofp files coming from, or where we can get it, and... Fawazahmed0 , I am unable to flash twrp, I tried everything I could, I am on updated Android 10 c.19 now, so I can't flash custom recovery or root it... I can't even rollback bcoz I unable to find the older version ofp files, the ozip files just don't install, so please help for rooting Android 10, You have solved a major hurdle by introducing the method of bypass sp tool flashing but, the next step of flashing custom recovery and then rooting awaits... Pls help/ guide, Thnx...
