Recently I purchased new Samsung m31s and I have received messages but screen is not wake up and I can't come to know about it....any one help me to sort out this issue.
install an app from play store name glimpse notifications and set the settings for your samsung phone, will wake your screen on every notifications arrive on your lock screen.

Hi...this is my first post, except the presentation...
I have a problem with these two apps on my brand new galaxy s2.
The problem is: if I am using the phone and something arrives, the screen turns black and appears the notification of noled.
Foe example: I'm chatting with google talk, a message arrives and then the screen turns black with notification of noled...
It's a bit annoying
Are there any settings to change to solve this problem?!?

I have the same problem with NoLed, been trying all kinds of solutions but yet to get it to work.
If my screen is turned off and I get a message I can't wake the phone with the power button cause that causes black screen.
Have to use homescreen button, annoying.
in widget locker go to settings>advanced and disable "retain system keyguard". should help.
So I've come across a thread where there was a workaround but not what I was looking for. When an sms is received, the screen wakes. I have mine set to lock after 5 minutes, if I receive a text prior to the screen locking there's a good chance I'll pocket dial. Is there a way to still use the stock touchwiz messaging app and not have the screen wake? Value of sorts to change in a registry perhaps?
Doesn't sound like anyone knows? Or if you could point me to the fix?

So, While my tab pro is asleep, if there is an event that I get a notification for the screen goes on and there is a full page notification for the event allowing me to snooze it.
My question is, where is that notification coming from and how can I disable it? I can't tell you how many times I go to get my tab while it is charging and realize the thing has been on (including screen) for a really really long time!

so i am v20i, screen wakes only when i receive a message, i've tried setting the same options for gmail or any other app for the screen to wake when i get a notification but nothing works, only the message app.. is it me or lg implemented that so that only messages could wake the screen?
I have the xiaomi mi 9 and when notification come the gt 2 vibrates and the screen display is of i have to press a button to open the screen so i can see the message. I've done all the settings from the app and notifications and the battery
Unfortunately this is not a bug nor a problem, this is normal behaviour.
You have to raise your wrist to make the screen turn on to see the notification, OR have the display always on.
There is no setting at the app or at the watch to fix this.
I came to GT2 from Amazfit devices and this is my greatest complaint.
All amazfit devices have a setting to wake the screen when a notification arrives.
Anybody having trouble with notification for messaging if having turn on "chat" function. For thoose messages i dont receive notification in watch, if somebody send normal SMS i get notification.
