Hey guys. This is my first time making... well anything... for XDA forums. I'm a noob. Go easy on me.
This is a downanimation for the HTC One. (Animation for when you turn off/reboot the phone.)
It is a play on the whole "It's now safe to turn off your computer." message that shows when you power down a Windows PC from the mid 90's. (Windows 95/98)

FYI, this downanimation goes great with the BIOS bootanimation by @langer hans !
Also goes great with my Snapdragon BOOTSPLASH found in this thread! (READ READ READ! BOOTSPLASH mods can brick!)

Depending on your ROM, copy the downanimation.zip file into:
/system/customize/resource/
(Android Revolution HD , some versions of TrickDroid)
Set permissions to rw-r-r
(Be sure to backup existing downanimation.zip!!!!)
If other ROMs have a different location and/or filename, please let me know!

Very nice and working fine.

[ROM][Unofficial][beta][Q] AICP 15 for Sony Xperia Z1

What's working:
- Boot : Ok
- GApps : The smaller the better (pico package). If you want for example "Okay google" you need at least nano.
- Partitions (Data, Cache) : Ext4 and F2FS supported
- Bluetooth : Ok
- WiFi : Ok
- WiFi Hotspot : only 2.4 GHz
- RIL - Phone - Data : Ok
- GPS : Ok
- Camera : Ok
- Camcorder : Ok
- Lights : Ok
- MicroSD : Ok
- Accelerometer : Ok
- Compass : Ok
- Gyroscope : Ok
- Touchscreen : Ok
- FM Radio : Ok (mono)
- ANT+ : didn't test (most likely broken)
- Vibrator : Ok
- Microphone : Ok
- Audio & music : Ok
- Bluetooth audio : Ok
- MHL: broken
- NFC : Ok
- Kernel : Ok
- Graphics : Ok

What's not working:

GPS gets wrong time due to GPS week rollover since 3rd November 2019 (of importance when you record GPS tracks for example).

I'm a huge fan of custom roms. I like the awesome features of these roms... These are far better than the outdated stock roms.. only downside of this is that you loose the Xperia camera... It will be very thankful, if someone port the Xperia camera for lineage os and Aicp roms...

Important Information
1. This ROM has nothing related to ODM images! So you don't need to ask/install anything like that, just follow the instructions.
2. This ROM will never work with any versions of Google Camera (GCam)!
3. You need to flash Stock 41.3.A.2.149 and boot into it before flashing this ROM.
4. This ROM is suitable for dual and single model
5. You will meet a delay when recognize sim at the first boot.

Try the unofficial flashtool, this normally works on a Unlocked bootloader

Hi, this is great news. Question: is it possible to install Sony applications on top of this? I'm mostly interested in mail client, camera, gallery, and the stock swiftkey with a few themes bundled.

Currently SELinux status is shown as Disabled. How can I change it to Enforcing (Safetynet shows validation failed so I want to fix it and disable root)
And BTW Awesome work with this ROM

Also facing couple of issues in few hours of usage :
1) Double tap to wake up not working
2) Dedicated camera key only works if I open camera app manually first otherwise no luck opening it using dedicated camera key
I will give this ROM few days to find out more but so far so good.
VoLTE is bonus for me (haven't tested it using SIM but phone has option in disable state but VoLTE turned on and even 4636 menu shows it enabled)

Why every on off screen.the screen goes black in my XP docomo stock global ROM.and then, when flashing in flashtool.its detect f8132 dual sim

New Cruel Kernel with DEX Support in WHQX

I bring news that the new CRUEL kernel developed by Denis has very good new updates, including the addition of support for DEX in 2k quality instead of FULLHD +.
Other updates such as performance, battery optimization and additional features are also specified in ChangeLog.
