[Q] My next phone..

Heyy guys please help me in this context...I had been an owner of Xperia Sola...but now its been a year and i m bored with it,so want to buy a new phone.I am confused between Samsung note 2 and S3.Which phone do you think is better?
The choice is limited to only these devices,so please give you opinions about them.

Hmm...GT N7105 isn't available in my country...N7100 that is...international version.So should i go for it??

Its the note2 if u are ok wth the screen size

One big downfall if you go for s3, BATTERY LIFE
Battery life on the note 2 is much much better.
If you want a standard sized phone with good battery life, fast and cheap, try Moto X.

I've compare my friend's galaxy s3 with my note 2, his two main complaints are battery life and less memory (only 1 Gb) and he say he can't run many apps, some lag etc.. So IMO, if you have big hand to handle, go for note 2, you'll also have amazing browsing and reading experience with large screen
I love my note 2 so much because of
1. large screen,
2. nice battery life,
3. no lag at all with multitasking
4. Well I can handle it with one hand

Why buy note 2 when note 3 just came out. It's much better than now 2. Longer battery life, 13mp camera, 3g of Ram, lighter and thinner.

Galaxy Note 7 Live Demo Unit - HELP

Hello everyone, i really wanted a note 7 but i only found a Live Demo Unit at a resonable price.This phone has sim capabilities ? And how can i make it ?
I read that i need to flash a stock rom like this one samfirm.net/threads/official-rom-full-galaxy-note-7-sm-n930f-n930fxxu1apg7-xxv-23-07-2016.98/ , and will work like a normal phone.
Can someone help me please ?

I don't see other phone with a beautifull HDR Screen ... like samsung , and with a very good price.
I really want a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 for its capabilities, but this live demo unit i don't know if it has antenna and if i can make calls if i put stock rom.And will work all features ?Like iris scanner,hdr media.etc ?

You have everything but gsm connection. No matter if you have antennas or not because you don't have imei...

Anyone know of a app that let's you change the sounds of detaching and re-attaching the S-pen? I found some old apps that worked for older note models but nothing for the for the Note 10 or 10 plus phone.

I use 'S Pen Toolbox' for my Note 10 Plus 5G, works well.

Are you having any issues using note buddy? I want to buy the pro version but I'm seeing mix reviews and I've noticed they stopped supporting the app.

It shuts down, but I don't think it's the app, I think it's my system settings.

Downgrade back to Android Pie from Offical Android 10 OTA Possible?

Is it possible to odin back to android pie from the offical OTA of android 10 from today? Unlocked note 10 plus 975u1 on verizon. Anybody know if bootloader is the same version and flashing the odin files will cause and issue?

I've downgraded my n975f from 10 to 9 with no problems..

If same bootloader you should be able to odin without issues. I downgraded beta back to 9

It's the 5th character from the end in the firmware number. The previous firmware is N975U1UES2ASK2 and the new is N975U1UEU2BSLC. They are both 2 so you can flash back.

Nope, unless Samsung changed this year it's just the number that matters. It was like this on previous models.

As long as bootloader are the same, you can Odin back. Once bootloader upgrades you cannot. So if bootloader is U3 or S3 you cannot go back to U2 or S2

So good news, it worked! Bad news is the unlocked CSC I used was a star wars edition one! So now I need to find a non star wars edition unlocked one lol

Not a big star wars fan but the animation for turning off is cool so it will stay! If I get tired of it I can change back since I know it works now and won't go to Android 10 until everything is perfect! Which it is no where near now! Good lock works I can customize and move clock back to the right side oh man it is so much nicer! Thanks for your help!

No problem at all, glad your back up and running. I tried 10 on Note 9 for about 15min wasn't impressed at all. Not putting it in my 10 plus yet. Just tinkering around with devices today.

Yeah I had a feeling it was going to be lackluster and it was. Glad I can go back and I don't get why they have such a huge update for a few new system apps and colors. Good lock not working was a big one for me and changing the place of settings and stuff with no benefits that I noticed in the last day or so. Android pie is about as close to perfection as it gets! WIll probably try android 10 again once everything is working and bugs are worked out!

I will do the same as long as bootloader doesn't change. Love how my 10 plus performs as is. I only charge to 80% and usually get around 6hrs screen time. I know it's different for each person's usage. Only thing I would change about this device would be the damn camera. Any slight movement of subject and its blurry.

Note 9 you take a live focus pic and in gallery it would have live focus or wide angle.....

Ok. No, as far as I know the Note 10+ can't do that. However, there is a Single Take mode that does the same thing and even more. That mode was added about a month or so ago.
