Hi,
I have a One X, 1.28, unlocked&rooted, logged into Google Play on both the device and play.google.com with the same account, saw my apps on play.google.com and on the device, but the One X is not listed on play.google.com/store/account . Anyone else having the same problem?
Cheers,

Thanks, tried that, re-added my account, but no luck. My phone is still not visible from play.google.com, nor does Google Talk work (doesn't show any contacts).
Found the solution: Clear data/cache of Google Play and Google framework services and restart.
this is not working for me But I didnt find it in "list of Supported Devices"
Your phone or tablet isn’t a supported device. There is no way to manually add your phone or tablet to the device list on play.google.com, and you will not be able to use the Google Play website.

Got the same official response from HTC. Try deleting data of Google Play, Google Talk and Google Services framework, then restart the phone. Took ~1 day for the One X to show up on play.google.com though.
same for me. dont see one x on google.play
Works fine for me. Unbranded One X
Hi guys,
Ever since getting my HTC One X I've had this problem. I spent absolutely hours trying to sort this out and even posted a thread on here however it didn't seem to get any replies or anything, so I was left to solve the issue myself.
People that have this issue, typically experience the issue with the 'Play Store' too. If you try updating a stock installed application such as 'Street View' you get an error message about it not being currently available and being processed later. I spent hours messing about with this, and it turns out the issue is with the accounts!
Remove all your accounts, Google, Facebook ect, especially your HTC account. Clear all the data & cache from the Google Play Store, Framework Services ect. Set up your Google account first and open the Play Store, accept the terms and conditions ect. Go to 'My Apps' and it should have nothing listed. Set up your HTC account then go back to the 'My Apps' section of the 'Play Store' and you should have updates available. If you don't, re-do the steps stated above, however set up your HTC account before the Google account and remember, WIPE DATA!
Tell me if this works guys

This only happens if you have no internet connection (duh!) or have pending downloads on your account associated with another device. It shouldn't be the issue here, as the pending downloads time-out after a certain amount of time
Hi I got the AW 2 yesterday but I can't add Google account. My phone is Huawei P9 lite-Nougat, all apps are up to date.
I've tried everything ; (un-pair watch, reinstall android wear) that was suggested on the topic on google but without success.
When I go to accounts in Android wear app it stays in search (green circle) for ages without even showing my phones' accounts. It does the same when I try to add account from watch. I have only 1 google account on my phone.
Without google account aw2 is useless....
Edit 1: I removed all google accounts and deleted data force stopped aw app; then went to account's on aw app and it said no google account yet... so I set up new one from there , it still doesn't see it........errrrrr.
Edit 2: So far tried ; un-pair watch-factory settings, reinstall android wear, removed all google accounts ( and tried with different accounts ), tried with both wi-fi and mobile data,
Edit 3 Sucess !: And Yessssss I managed to do it following this steps : from :https://productforums.google.com/for...ar/-4T3iZZUObg
- empty cache and data for the following applications: google app, Android wear, google play store, google play service.
- remove all googles accounts
- reset factory on smartwatch LG
- During adding the googleaccount, it will prompt you to create one and this will work.
+ i also uninstalled android wear, the when watch did the reset i added my google account to be able to download android wear from play store, then I deleted google account, restarted phone, and started paring procedure on android wear.

you switched off your mobile data? my mobile data is off, phone and watch are connected on the same wifi
No, I was on WiFi the entire time I was trying to solve the problem. I just kept my watch on WiFi, and then switched off WiFi on my phone and switched over to 4g. Tried it again and started working.

Having the same issue on samsung s8. Cannot add account. Works from my s4 with flashed aosp 6. Tried to transfer watch to s8 phone without wiping watch according to method mentioned in other thread here. Now I instead have two bluetooth connections. It is connected to s8 but in watch bluetooth setup it says connected so s4 (who is currently turned off).
Honestly what kind of crappy beta is this. Have read lots of report of problems with adding account.

I had this issue as well. I got lucky that all I had to do was reboot both devices at the same time, then try again, and it finally worked.
Like others a factory reset of the watch didn't help me either, however, after removing the google account from the phone then going in to the android wear app - device settings - accounts, rather that just sitting there and spinning forever it instead prompted to add a google account. Just put my normal one back in and all good!
Turning off wifi on my phone finally helped and account was added.

Already activated but no effect, trying factory reset
Ok, just pinpointed the issue, "ok google" works only if the language is set to english, don't work in french...
Problem was here too. I do reset/wipe my watch and now all work. And now battery is better. Yesterday in 12 hours 80%, today after reset in 6 hours 10%
Working now after 3 factory reset and changing language to english and to french thereafter.
Same problem after the OTA : Ok google doesn't work ! long press the button works fine !
After factory reset all works perfectly !
I have the same problem. I also noticed that instead of using assistant on push held it defaults to google search. That's why the keywords aren't working. I have factory reset my watch at least four times and the problem comes back after a couple of days. I am in English US and have switched it back and forth just for kicks. Has anyone had any luck?
edit: I also noticed my Talkback services are buggy and don't provide and example when I tap on the icon under the settings

Did you actually take the time to read my post? I mentioned I have done that several times and the problem keeps coming back.
Hello joeanca
Yes I've taken time to read your post, and I don't understand why a factory reset don't resolve your problem. Because, for myself it resolves it.
Perhaps somebody else could have a new idea to help you
I have the same issue. Factory reset only fixes the issue for a few hours then it happens again (I think once they lose the connection between them (for example because of distance) and reconnect again. Factory reset also enables wi-fi again. The issue is that if the watch is connected only through Bluetooth with wi-fi closed, google assistant and play don't work , if you go in watch settings it says disconnected in Bluetooth but no "cloud" icon pops up at the screen and on phone Bluetooth settings it says connected furthermore the watch works perfectly like receiving notifications changes song track etc. Oh also the silence phone setting from android wear app doesn't work
I just had this problem and resolved it by dumb luck.
I originally synced two Google Accounts to my watch. After updating apps on the watch, OK Google detection hasn't worked.
I found that my default account in Google Assistant on my phone had changed from my primary account. I removed all but my primary account from the watch, and selected my primary account in Google Assistant. OK Google now works again on the watch.

This exactly my problem. The phone says it is connected and the watch works, but the Assistant only says it is offline and cannot understand me. That drives me crazy. I have only one account synced. This Thread is the only thread so far that has my exact problem in it. I know it is a little older, but is there anyone with an idea?
thx and regards
My issue is the Ok Google gets locked into a loop. Whatever the first command I speak to it after Ok Google.. it just loops. Be it What is the time, what day is, send a message, etc. it keeps looping on that command. only seems to affect my Huawei watch 2 classic. phone doesn't have the same issue. have rebooted watch. If i swipe the google assistant away and execute another command, it loops on that one. I have both Facer and Watchmaker watchface apps installed. an issue like this should not have been present in a beta stage so I have to wonder.. what could I have on my watch causing this?
--edit--
Well... it seems Wear 2.0 does NOT like more than one account on a watch. I had three accounts hooked to the watch. My phone's private account. My professional email account, and a purchases account. 3 accounts. Seems that just wasn't how it wanted to work things. As soon as I cut out the pro and purch accounts it starts acting right. I have one account that my android devices get to access for uniformity of data but nothing else gets to use it. I have several emails for various purposes.
So if you have more than one account, as others have found.. remove them down to a single account. Things will probably start working right.
And its back to looping. basically.. if I say Ok Google, then wait for the ready prompt and give it a command "Set an alarm" it will process that command, ask when I want the alarm for, but feed itself the "Set an Alarm" command, ask when, feed command back to itself, ask when... on and on.
Had the same problem. Deleting cache and data of Google app on the watch worked for me. OK google finally works, but I cannot send WhatsApp messages via ok Google, what worked a few days ago with manually starting google by press and hold the upper button.
With Google even talking back works now
i solved the ok googlo hotword problem by deleting chache and data of google app on my huawei watch 2 and it started working again
I recently received an update on my Chinese mate 20x. After the update, Google sync does not work and anyting reliant on Google servers is also malfunctioning. For example, WhatsApp cannot backup to Google drive, Google drive does not sync or backup and Google photos is also not working. I'm unable to sign in or switch accounts in the Google app. Tried the usual things like clearing cache etc but didn't help. I'm open to trying anyting and would like to avoid a hard reset. Anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions I could try? Thanks in advance

Thanks got the response. you upgraded and did a factory reset yourself? If so, is there a guide you followed after the reset on installing Google services?
Thanks again
It is possible because the China ROMs do not come with Google services. Just re-download and re-install the .apk file and it will be fine.
Google Play Store v. 17.5.18 Apk:

Thanks for the response has everyone. I just wanted to update and say that after doing a reset through the settings I reinstalled Google services and everything is working. As an added bonus, even my location history now works. It never did in the past.

you need Google Play Service
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/google-play-services-19-6-68-release/
Google Playstore
https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=google+play+store
Google Calendar Sync

you can find all Google Apps and many others on the APK Mirror Page.

I reset my phone and installed google play store from apk but location history still doesn't work, how can you enable it ?
Howdy.
Have you managed to solve this? My EVR-AL00 came with Pie and it also had Google Play Store pre-installed with GMS Installer.
Once I had it updated to Android 10, Google Play Store stopped working. I reset the device, got the Google Play Store APK from APKMirror, and installed it.
Now that I have sync issues. Entering Google account profile returns Offline status. Also Google Contacts don't sync and Goodie Books shows connection error when you open the Books app. I can't get any book, the app displays white screen when you open it.
Other apps like GMail and GPay indicate no sync issues, however opening Google account profile from any of the app doesn't display anything on any tab excluding the first one. Also the first tab in profile shows that I'm offline. While I'm not, as I can browse web, chat with WhatsApp, send and receive mail.
Any clues on fixing that?

I am trying to configure my Huawei Health app to enable me to load new watch faces. Here is what I have done.
Location USA
Samsung Galaxy Tab A Android 9
Huawei GT2 v.1.0.9.38
I installed Tai Chi, Huawei Health v.10.0.3.511, Huawei Mobile Services, Multiface.
All files sourced from HWGTFACES.COM.
Followed all instructions & was able to pair Health with my watch. Problem is, there is no Watch Face section of Huawei Health. I only have Music. The author of the instructions on HWGTfaces.com dos not provide assistance & I am at a loss as to how to proceed. I hope someone can shed some light on this.
Thanks,
Kev
Same issue here
Once I got my Huawei account cleared up, I was able to log in via the Health app. Apparently I had 2 accounts so I deleted one. The issue was definitely related to my Huawei account. I ended up keeping the account that had China as my location. I am in the US.

That helped?
The problem is the region!
I had the same problem here, tried everything, and contacted Huawei support but nothing helped.
The only way that solved my problem is that I logged out from my Huawei ID in settings, cleared data and cache for the Huawei Health app., changed my region in mobile settings to China, registered to Huawei ID with a Chinese fake number (search for Chinese fake numbers for OTP) and got that SMS on that number (I don't know if Chinese number matters here but I did that because it was the last thing I'll try, and wanted to be finalized), after that, I logged in with my new fake Chinese number to Huawei Health App. and paired my watch gt2 with the App. and then BOOOM.. got a store full of watch faces,, installed what I want to the watch, logged out from that account, and logged in with my original one in both Huawei ID and Health App., but no watch faces will be on the original account.
Hi I have the same issues as the others. I can't find the watch face option and the AppGallery option on the Huawei Health app. I already uninstalled it, I also unpaired the watch to my phone. I reinstalled the app and paired the watch back again even make the exact procedure in others phones. But still no watch face available on the app. I also did the steps you provided to clear the cache, but with no luck, still no watch face available on the health app, and change the country in AppGallery app, and in the phone, always geting the same results.
1. Model wearable: Huawei Watch Gt2 Pro-342 (VID-B19) version:11.0.8.26
2. Model phone: Huawei P40 Pro (ELS-NX9)
3. Country/Region: Costa Rica
4. Health App version: 12.1.7.310
Please try to assist to solve the issue. Thank you so much.
