Instructions:
1. Download
2. Flash MIUI ROG rom zip in TWRP
3. Flash firmware: 11.0.10
4. Format data if your data is encrypted / Wipe data if your data is decrypted | + wipe cache
5. If reboot to fastboot, flash stockboot.zip in recovery and reboot.
Your data partition will be decrypted too after flashing this rom
6. Magisk patches not needed anymore, but do check Magisk patches from third post to see if there is anything necessary.
Warning: Other roms may not flash successfully after flashing this rom. I blame their flashing procedure.
Workaround: Either flash stock or eu rom or old masik rom from fastboot.

No ROM is as smooth as STOCK ROM. So here is custom recovery flashable de-bloated and pre-rooted stock ROM for Asus Zenfone Max Pro. It also has BusyBox integrated, so there is no need to install it with any app. ( Thanks to Stericson )
Changes Made to stock rom:
disabled forced data encryption
removed google apps
removed all bloatware (FB , Insta . etc)
enabled camera 2 api

Patch sepolicy for Oreo deodex
as new ota will arrive , new updates will be uploaded here in this thread
Instructions to flash :
Make sure You are on the latest stock rom i.e version 309
If not you have to first flash the twrp flashable full stock rom from this link thanks to Akshat(akshat2012)
and then flash the decrypt.zip for disabling encryption from here thanks to Sudeep duhoon
reboot the full stock rom and do a complete setup like adding account etc
download the debloated rom
Dirty flash the rom without any wiping
reboot
P.S. = for not getting messed up rom Please strictly follow the guide . for any doubt please comment down

What is this?
- Project Treble for our beloved S3Neo
Whats the benefit for the user?
- Install any GSI (aka ROM) which means u can try out any Oreo ROM which has a GSI.
What's the benefit for the dev?
- A LOT!!! This could basically replace the other thread with the legacy "normal" Oreo ROM I have.
Also I only have to update a few things plus u can flash those updates without loosing the ROM data ur currently on.
Sounds cool but where's the downside?
- Currently in the bugs, Button Light, Vibrations Camera and sensors are totally broken... Everything else works.
Also u can expect those features to be readded within the next weeks. Treble screwed some things up like our camera and sensor permissions
How can i install it?
- Download everything from below + GSI or your choice (arm-aonly)
Push the files onto your Phone and reboot into twrp.
Wipe data,cache,dalvik,system and preload.
Install->select image->recovery.img
Reboot to recovery
install->select image->boot.img
Install->select image->vendor.img
Install->select image->system.img
Reboot and enjoy.

Everything is working fine, great battery life also
Just found some minor issue
1. Can apply themes but after some time it's going back to the default theme
2. Can't change colour for the notification LED
3. Can't access Headphone settings to setup different audio output
As of now what i have observed.
Please fix this issues if you can.. anyway a great rom and i will stick to it for very long time.:good:
The animations aren't smooth. I am on the latest build.
The UI is responsive but the transition animations are stuttering here are there.
Any fix?
Other than that it very stable.
Is double tap wakeup still on by default on this rom? I couldn't turn it off on your previous roms

I'm using this rom from last 2 days.. it's a very smooth rom.
Battery life is too good.
I had wifi connectivity issue i followed your steps in which u gave for miui 11.0.3. now wifi working fine.
The bug which is found is the speaker is giving some extra noise when i play any song or if i use speaker in call, 1st i thought my mobile speaker has problem. But when i plugin earphones only left side ear bud giving noise. Except this the rom is awesome.

Its been more than 2 months I'm using it.
Everything works flawlessly, no problem in pubg.
But my otg port for usb drives not working.
Pls resolve this. An external app or driver to be flashed via recovery will be appreciated as I dont want to flash any other rom.

Which version of twrp to use? 3.2 and 3.3 giving error
This series of roms is focused tu gain more performance for this series and add some other features to the rom, all of them are based in latest firrmware for each
How To install:
1) install TWRP for your device
2) enter in advance wipe and wipe dalvik, system,data,internal storage and cache
3) format data partition
4) flash the rom
5) 4) flash DM-verity
6) enjoy!!
