2. Download Corvus Latest ROM Zip
3. Full wipe or format data is recommended, Flash ROM.zip (GApps are included)
4. Flash any add-ons if you want to like Magisk, Etc.
5. Reboot & enjoy!​

You need to unlock your bootloader to flash any ROM apart from the Official MIUI ROM.

Yes you need to unlock bootloader in order to flash custom recovery toflash any rom including corvus

The sound of course after miui is not so hot, there is no bass at all, the firmware itself is just up to par, the bass of the music in the dynamics is not felt especially with an incoming call

Hello there, and thanks a lot for making this rom for our device... I have a problem and I'm thinking a lot, and because of my region i can't send masseges in telegram groups that has rose admin.!!so I'm going to ask it here... Why is it necessary to format data befor installing... I mean i have a lot of things in my internal that i cannot delete and for now i don't have any pc or laptop by me to back it up... My last device was redmi 4 prime and it didn't required this so as my nexus 5... It's just I'm installing too much rom and for me formating data every time is really a problem... Is there any fix i could do??
Sorry for my long post but i really needed to know... Thanks a million

Hello, formatting data is required because it will un-encrypt data partition, doing so will let you use custom roms. This step is needed every time you flash a new rom, at least with this device according to my experience

Hi there, devs!
The best ROM I've experienced so far, great job and thanks!
But there some minor things that are a little annoying, u know, like haptic vibration feedback is tooooo strong. Vibration on gestures and unlocking phone is really strong and hard, can you make it like in other ROMs? Also, when I touch the fingerprint scanner, the whole screen lights up for a moment. It isn't as annoying, as the vibration feedback, but still, I was been using extended UI and the scanner has worked just fine.
Also, some animations are a bit buggy, but it isn't critical.
I hope you will maintain this project, it is the best one so far for this phone. Thanks!

traffic indicators a little bit buggy?. anyone?

I can't use a finger scanner, when I press it it only blinks and does not allow me to register a fingerprint

All ok except :-
Tap on fingerprint blinks screen on full brightness sometimes
Fingerprint unlocking is not fast, ( scanning fast but the unlocking time is too much, I'm talking about after scanner stops and lock screen goes and before homescreen comes up)
There's no app lock inbuilt
Camera is better than any other rom available for realme x2 but but theres not all options available like slow mo, 64 mp macro etc only video on 30,60 fps and photo available
Status bar top left and right corner hide half battery icon and clock digits. There's no way to fix this.
Call recording not available.

1. First Important Step is to Backup (though depends on you if you wanna be safe or no )
2. Download Corvus Latest ROM Zip
3. Wipe cache, dalvik and data
4. Mount only data , cache and sdcard (unmount system and vendor)
5. Flash ROM Zip (Dont flash Gapps its already included.
6. Flash any add-ons if you want to like Gapps, Magisk, Etc.
7. Reboot & enjoy!

Notificación led works, IR blaster don' works; fast charging I can't test it at the moment (I don't have a proper charger).
Otherwise it has worked properly for me, excellent rom. :good: It is the only one in which NFC and my banking applications have worked properly without problems (with magisk installed and configured for this purpose).
Maybe one of the few details that I have noticed, is that the battery life is less compared to stock rom.

I installed this custom ROM tonight and I'm really liking it so far. Is it possible to enable Widevine L1 for HD video playback in Netflix? The DRM Info app on Google Play shows a Widevine L3 security level on my phone since I flashed unofficial LineageOS v17.1 on there last night (and it still shows that now with your build of Corvus-OS) but it showed Widevine L1 when I had the stock MIUI ROM installed. Something else I noticed is that the network traffic indicator is not working even when it's enabled.

dirty flash can be applied without any problem; I confirm that the IR remote works. Thanks for the excellent work.

I can confirm that dirty flash worked just fine. i had to flash magisk again through recovery though. But ROM is working fine.

So the ROM is good , nfc tested and working natively "haven't tried with apps "
Yet heads-up notifications not working and it's really annoying

Are there specific toggles for raise to wake, face unlock, and dark mode? I definitely love this ROM and will continue to use as my daily driver. I see if I enable battery saver, it will turn on the dark theme.

That issue is available in almost all roms. And it is not fixable yet... Well it doesn't occur all the time

This happens when cpu and gpu gets confused when turning the screen on.
I switched on DC Dimming and it's been fine since then.

1. First Important Step is to Backup (though depends on you if you wanna be safe or no )
2. Download Corvus Latest ROM Zip, download Pico Gapps zip, copy to sdcard
3. Choose ROM zip, choose Pico Gapps zip then Flash Zips
4. Reboot & enjoy !
5. Flash any add-ons if you want to like Magisk, Etc.

Ans. Depends on your device variant. If your official device support has Vanilla version then you have to flash Gapps according to your choice.

Ans. There will be regular updates as and when the team is ready to push a new update. Kindly do not ask for ETAs.
4. I need this feature/ I found some bugs!
Ans. Firstly if u find any bug then please check with your add-ons like magisk module, zips, etc u flashed and whether its related or no. Unfortunately i have tried removing some system apps on Bliss Os which is also build on Miatoll tree. I gave bootloop. So i guess it'll give bootloop here as well.

My sources updated to lastest Miui and i think same problem if joyeuse use curtana's blobs. Downloading Bliss and test in my joyeuse
