Stuck in Recovery Mode - Pixel C Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
My pixel C is stuck in recovery mode, I did a factory reset, wiped cache partition, no help. Then I tried adb sideload, failed again with error "E: failed to verify whole-file signature" "E: signature verification failed". I did some searching online, and tried to install TWRP via fastboot, but my fastboot could not see my device (neither could adb).
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Jacked up Phone

Ok so I cannot figure out what I did to my phone. I have s-off and my phone was rooted with TWRP Custom Recovery. I do not know why I did this but I installed the CWM app and installed the newest CWN recovery for the HTC One. I rebooted into CWM and tried wiping data. It got stuck on that so I rebooted and it gets stuck on the HTC boot up screen. When I go back into the bootloader and try installing the TWRP recovery using fastboot flash recovery recovery.img it gives me a remote: not allowed. When I do fastboot oem lock it says phone is already locked. I then do fastboot oem rebootruu and I get (bootloader) [err] command error!!! When I try rebooting into cwm I just get E: can't mount /cache/recover/commad, E: can't mount /cache/recovery/log and a bunch of other e: cant mount and open errors. Not sure how to get my phone to install the TWRP recovery and get a custom rom back on there. Anyone have any solutions?

Stuck on 4.4.2

I bought a used Nexus 7 2013 LTE it says it's on KVT49L. I am not even rooted although I do have developer mode enabled. I tried to adb sideload f0c2187ff1dba772cff3fa7f99f0e6bd38ecb62b.signed-razorg-KTU84L-from-KVT49L.f0c2187f.zip and got:
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed
If I try "System updates" under About tablet then it says tablet up to date. It's clearly not, since it's on 4.4.2. What's next...?

Just flash the system image. Delete the -w from the flash-all.bat file or it'll wipe your data.
Or do it manually, boot to the bootloader and with system and boot in the fastboot directory type:
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot format cache
If the bootloader or radio changed you'll need to flash them as well.

LG flash tool hangs and crashes at 99%. Stuck at LG logo after reboot

Good day.
I am having trouble flashing a kdz through download mode. My phone shows that the kdz is being flashed but somehow when it reboot it hangs at the LG logo. Plus the Flash tool hangs at 99% and gives me the error message "LGUserCSTool LGMobile Application stopped working".
A little background:
Well first of all i had flashed a custom rom "LG G3 ResurrectionRemix-M-v5.6.3-20160210-d855.zip" it was working fine. One day it shut down on its own, it couldn't reboot. It was stuck in a boot loop.
I entered recovery mode and tried reflushing Resurrection Remix but it gave me the error message "failed to mount /system (invalid argument) .../data .../efs..." etc. Then i tried wiping the data, system, dalvik and cache. It gave me the same "failed to mount /system (invalid argument) .../data .../efs..." etc.
After that I tried booting into download mode but it bypassed it and entered fastboot mode. In fastboot mode I entered the command "fastboot boot recovery.img (recovery.img was a TWRP recovery for LG G3) and tried to flash a custom rom but it gave me the same error messages "failed to mount /system (invalid argument) .../data .../efs..." etc.
After that i returned to fastboot mode and issued the command "fastboot flash laf.img" and it failed. I then tried "fastboot boot laf.img" and it entered into download mode. In download mode I tried flashing a KDZ i found at a site which I had to enter the device's IMEI code. But then at the phone reboots and hangs at the LG logo. After that the LG Flash tool gets stuck and crashes at 99%.
PLEASE, ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED
i have the same problem.. how you slved it?

Pixel XL Borked Lineage Install Encrypted Storage

Pixel XL unlocked and flashed with Lineage OS 18.1. An update failed and it will only boot to recovery.
All attempts to side load lineage and stock android from recovery fail. adb sideload runs up to 47%, phone gets to Step 2/2 and fails.
Code:
Error applying update: 1 (ErrorCode::kError)
E:Error in /sideload/package.zip (status 1)
Internal storage is encrypted and all attempts to reformat partitions and/or completely wipe/factory reset have failed.
Lineage's recovery output:
Code:
-- Wiping data...
Formatting /data...
E:/system/bin/mke2fs failed with status 1
E:format_volume: Failed to make ext4 on /dev/block/platform/soc/624000.ufshc/by-name/userdata: Success
Data wipe failed.
E:Failed to clear BCB message: failed to write /dev/block/platform/soc/624000.ufshc/by-name/misc: I/O error
E:Failed to WriteUpdateInProgress: failed to read /dev/block/platform/soc/624000.ufshc/by-name/misc: I/O error
I am unable to install TWRP, however I can fastboot boot twrp.img and run TWRP.
At this point, all I want is to wipe clean and start over, but I can't find any tool that can successfully format, repair or otherwise wipe the entire storage. Any help would be appreciated.
