I just got an update that a new firmware (12MB) - the third update I have done in the course of one week since I received my Galaxy Note 2.
I already have the multi tasking (that was update number 2). It seems that today's update is a large 12MB pack. Any idea whats going on?

Where do you live?
Were you on ALJ3 when you had this? Because it seems ALJ3 is a new firmware update

Just got the 12mb update myself, I now have the same build no as you.
Was wondering myself what it was for. I'm in uk on an open handset, network is t-mobile.
Man that's a late delivery
DBT Unlocked Note 2 : No update as of yet.
I wasn't receiving updates either. I had to use Kies and update via my laptop. On the latest version now.

how to update to 4.1.2 im rooted couldnt proceed further.

You guys are lucky. I haven't received a single update ever since Samsung released their lame update that brought upon it the battery issue. Still getting decent battery life, but it's no where near as good as it used to be before the update. Can you guys confirm that the battery drain bug is now gone? Thanks.

Hi i have samsung a7 2016 (A7100) ..........
a7108 a5108 got the 6.0.1 update already
but a7100 still has not yet!
I forgot to take a screenshot prior to installation, but my unlocked N976B (UK 5G handset) got firmware ASHE this evening. That's the second update I've had this month!

I am using it on T-Mobile and I latest firmware I got is Nov 2018 OCXS27.109-47-17. Is there a newer firmware for the phone? It seems it won't update unless I have a working AT&T SIM in it.

Most (if not all) at&t branded phones need an activated att SIM card to be able to get upgraded...
You can download the firmware to flash by yourself manually

Buy a unicom Chinese sim from amazon.. Insert the sim and make sure u r connected to wifi.. You will get all the updates right till Nov 2020
