Isudar PX6 DSP Problem Subwoofer OUT - MTCB Android Head Units Q&A

Hello
I have a Isudar PX6 DSP.
I have the amplifier connected via RCA to the 'Subwoofer Out' connection on the radio.
Everything works OK at first, but after shutting down (turning off car/leaving car), the output is not working. I can hear the subwoofer just 'throbbing?' But no respons.
Only way to get it back to work again is to disconnect the radio from the car and reconnect it. (Now i am taking out the car's radio fuse and putting it back in).
Can anybody help me with this issue ? ? ?
MCU Version
MTCE_GS_V3.44_3
RK3399 - Android 10.
Thanks in advance

Push! I need Help too, i have the Same problem

Open the App Sound and adjust a slider briefly. After that it should work again.

I have the same problem. How did you connect the sub?
On the radio Sub output i connected a split wire (1 rca male to 2 rca male) and then in the Pioneer ts-wx130da line L and R cables.

Hello, I have a PX6 rk3399 1280*720 DSP MTCE_LY_V3.52_1 , and the problem I have is noise in the speakers, when I set the sound to 0 the noise is removed, but when I raise the volume to 1 it makes a noise like interference, that noise is always the same from 1 to 20, I leave you a video with the noise, I put it at 0 and 1 if you hear how it cuts and comes back.
it has a solution?

None of these units are MTCB.
All of these topics discussed in MTCD forum.
There is no fix, it is a hardware design defect.

Dont work this

UP !

Down! It's not an MTCB....

I have the same issue with an Isudar PX6 720P ( 4 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage ) for a Golf 6...I tried to talk with the seller...but either he doesn't understand the issue or he doesn't want to, the only fix I found so I don't have to take out the unit each time is to unplug the fuse for "radio" from the fusebox of the car..

Slimport + A/V Receiver = 2 channel only

A/V Receiver is splitting signal into HDMI video part and 5.1 audio part, but i can get only 2 audio channel. I am using this test files https://www2.iis.fraunhofer.de/AAC/multichannel.html. Do you have any idea where is the problem ?
My scenario is "LG LG3" -> Slimport -> HDMI -> "A/V Receiver" -> 1) "HDMI output" -> LCD
-> 2) "5.1 channel audio"
Slimport is very picky about 5.1 audio. That test file doesn't work on my Nexus 7 (only get 2 channel audio), but on my G3 it seems to be working fine:

I haven't changed any settings on the G3, just using the standard video player
Ok, so, it is obvious that LG G3 slimport is capable of playing 5.1 audio. The real question is how to force LG G3 to send 5.1 channel audio into slimport ? Unfortunately i have no other settings on receiver than change mode stereo, 5.1, pass pass throught.
I think that LG G3 simply doesn't know that it should send 6 or 8 audio channels. May be this information should come from slimport and receiver but it doesn't.
I have this "cheap chinesse" receiver http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6156575582.html. I will appreciate any suggestions.

The problem is not with the G3. As I posted above, I played the exact same file as you on my G3 and got 5.1 output, without 'forcing' or changing any settings on the phone. It automatically sent 6 channels
I think the problem is with your receiver.
Can you try playing the test file using VLC For Android? VLC will transcode the AAC audio to multichannel PCM which the receiver should be able to support.
Also try this test file which has AC3 rather than AAC audio:
http://www.tfm.ro/win32-projects/test-avi-ac3/
I have tried VLC with "test-avi-ac3" but without success. The strange is that all 5.1 channels are comming from FL and FR output, etw. CENTER is comming equally from FL and FR outputs, but no sound from CENTER output, RL is comming from FL output, but no sound from RL output.

OBD2 bluetooth paired in settings but list empty in torque...

I have on pumpkin 11-RQ0259E android 4.4 unit and compatible OBD2 adapter which pairs without problem, but it does not appear in torque, dashcommand and alfaobd, list empty... It happens to Rom original and Malaysk.
Any ideia?
Thanks
I'm using a cheap Chinese knock off elm327. Sometimes when it doesn't connect, I have to unplug / replug it into the ODBII port, then go to Bluetooth ( settings ---> Bluetooth not the Bluetooth app ), select the dongle and it will ask if you want it to connect. I say yes then it works.
Hope that helps

Dont work. OBD2 Paired in settings, but torque no detect. In my old Eonon worked smoothly. Pumpkin has the bluetooth chip parrot, maybe that's why ...

Go into torque and select the ODBII inside there instead of auto selecting one. I forgot I had to do that as well. Also set the obd protocol scan to thorough worked for me until I saw which setting it used.
Another thing, there's a setting inside of torque to make the ODBII run slower for incompatible adapters. Could be that too?
I'm using boroondocks ROM though on an 06 jeep commander hemi with a PAC RP4-CH11 canbus adapter.
If the obd protocol doesn't match, you will get no response from the Bluetooth adapter too. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes for everything to connect until you set all the settings manually. If / when it connects, take a picture of it's configuration, go back in and set it all manually. Makes it quicker.

Yes that's right.I remember that BT keep detecting an OBDII adapter after I disconnect it physically.
So there is no solution for the DASHMAKER running on my car radio?

Canbus Management

I'm new to android radio, having looked but not touched for a long time.
I have a 2015 Jetta and for my birthday my family got me a Burger Motorsports JB4 (Piggyback tuner), and an XTRONS radio (PX5 8 core 4GB unit.)
The JB4 unit uses the CANBUS to keep track of engine parameters while it modifies signals between the engine and ECU to control boost, fuel pressure, and timing. Officially BMS says it won't work if you have other devices connected to the CANBUS and say it is due to bandwidth issues. If the JB4 detects that it isn't getting enough information across the CANBUS it defaults down to a safer tune.
I've discovered that as long as the radio boots after the JB4 they seem to play nicely together, for the most part. But this means the XTRONS software loses lots of settings every time I start the car.
I'm looking for a way to control what and how much the Radio uses the CANBUS for, I think if I could limit it to steering wheel controls and reverse camera I would be happy, or even just delay the CANBUS connection in the car for 30 seconds. The other path would be to flash a ROM that keeps all its settings when it is rebooted but I haven't seen that issue addressed in the HAL9000 or Malaysk threads.
Is there a way to modify what the CANBUS module is looking for? Would other ROMS tolerate being rebooted better?
Hi Profsnakes,
I am currently working on modification of some images in canbus.apk file
I am not sure you can get more from your car by just modifying the software, it depends mainly on the canbus adapter you are using
Have a nice day

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I don't know or understand much about the development side of this stuff. I've worked as an electrical technician for years and have a good understanding of how a Canbus works but not the programming or design side of the stuff attaching to it.
Rather than getting more out of it, I was hoping actually to be able to limit how much it used the network somehow. Even just reducing how often it polls the network. The other device I have attached requires a constant data stream from the ECU.
At this point, I have narrowed the problem down. While it would still be good to limit the bandwidth used by the radio. It seems the error I was having was being caused by the USB connection between the radio and the tuner when the car was starting up. So far disconnecting the USB when the car is off and reconnecting after it turns on seems to keep it stable. I ordered a USB "KVM" style switch that I'm hoping will keep me from having to open the glovebox all the time.
Heres what I've got going.

Peugeot 508 with JBL amplifier cannot run Android unit, cut off the sound in 3 second

Hi, I bought Peugeot 508 with factory integrated JBL 5.1 sound system with already fitted Andoid (A-media, RK3188, 5.1.1, MTCE_MX ) already canbus decoder (no brand, just sign for 2008) connected to the unit.
All signals from the steering wheel and buttons are working. Wipers, fuel level, volume, clima, etc... So the canbus is doing his job, except for the audio.
I tried different ROMs factory, Malaysk, Hal9k, with different versions of MTCE_MX from 2.96 to 3.30, but the same result.
I found a video having totally the same behaviors as mine:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Eb2N_9NF2c
If I move the volume control I got perfect sound for 3 seconds than cuts off....so if I'm moving the volume up and down contentiously I'm never loosing the sound, but it will show on the screen volume up-down all the time.
I tried all manufactures and types in the CANBUS sub-menu but all has the same result - no sound or sound 2-3 seconds and cut out.
In my mind the canbus adapter doesn't send sync signal to the JBL amplifier and then amp is cutting the sound, but I'm not sure.
Cannot be too high levels of the signal, because I can turn the volume up to the end and still is keeping perfect sound for 3 sec and cut off.
I also tried to change the type of amp with lexia there are 2 types "other" and "RT5", both has negative result.
Observations:
1. Without canbus module is no sound at all when the unit is connected in the car.
2. With Lexia diagniostic utility test of the Amplifier is completed without any issues, I can hear all speakers and sub.
3. I tried to connect the Android unit out of the car with directly connected speakers without Canbus, and all is working fine.
So for me is 3 solutions now:
1. Check with different canbus module box, but looks like every different manufacturer is producing its own canbus modules... My Android device is having brand A-Media ((MX) MAI_XIN Shenzhen Mai Xin Da Technology Co. Ltd) and there is no any support I found.
2. Find diagram for the AMP to catch where the signal is expected
3. Find app in google play to emulate up and down volume every second
4. Find the file responsible for CAN audio and change it with working one, if any.
If someone knows what can be done, or just ideas... please lae me know!
Thanks in advance!
Angel
I have the same car with same setup. I had the same problem when installing the head unit. It's easy to fix. Just go to the "Factory settings" and select the same settings like on the picture.

Thanks a lot. I will test and reply ASAP.
I'm using same:
Canbus 61
Left Rudder
8 508 H
With Amplifier
Key mode NO
The difference is:
Aircondition : type1
and you have MTCE_MX_V3.41_1 and I have 3.30.
I will update MCU and revert.
Also mine is RK3188 and your is RK3368.
Thanks a lot again, I will keep you posted!
Any news?

PX6 Android 10 head unit Radio stops working.

Hello, i have a huge problem with my android head unit which i bought from Ali.
Everything works fine except radio. fm and am.
More specifically when i turn the ignition on, radio works fine and after 1-2 minutes it stops like it has no frequency at all. When i try to search for the next radio station it does nothing. All other functions work perfectly (Bluetooth, usb, YouTube etc.) . Now, in order for the radio to work again, i have to turn of the engine, wait at keat 5 minutes and then turn again the engine on. The radio then works again for 1 -2 minutes and is does the same thing all over.
I have already tried factory reset but that doesn't work.
hello all sorry that picture and my car stereo after android 10 update
the volume while listening to the music has become lower i.e. you start hearing at 25 instead before you started hearing at 11 does anyone know how I can fix it thanks

If it's a software problem, you can easily find out with NavRadia+, Basic is enough for the test:
NavRadio – Aplikace pro Android na Google Play
Vychutnejte si miliony nejnovějších aplikací pro Android, her, hudby, filmů, televizních pořadů, knih, časopisů a dalšího obsahu. Kdykoli, kdekoli a v jakémkoli zařízení.
play.google.com
Some radio settings are in factory settings (password126). In the Radio tab, set your region. In the Other tab at Auto search stop - DX - 20 db, try another value.
You have to detect the hardware problem yourself, it can be bad wiring, bad grounding, faulty radio chip, fault on the motherboard, the device is interfering with the alternator, led lights, some additional equipment, antenna....
Give it to an expert who will measure everything, but it is difficult to find someone for these devices.
