I'm using Desire HD and my problem is sometime I can't install apps from market or even .apk via HTC Sync or SD card. It's just download .apk from market and then nothing happens.
I already tested with 2 different roms:
Android Revolution HD 2.0.5. This rom can't install music mod and some another apps but i can't remember its name.
Then after that i switch to LeeDroid v1.4.1 rom, this rom can install music mod but can't install xda-developers app (just tested this rom for a day, so i haven't found any another app which can't be installed)
Is there anyone who got the same problem with me ? or it's just me ? and, of course, how to fix it ?

Err... and a little different question: how can i increase LeeDroid's auto brightness ? it seem a little bit dark for me
Ho, i have installed miui rom but i have problems with market because some apps aren't compatible. I have read that i have to change build.prop file but i don't know quattro change and how. Could you help me?

2) If I modify an entry when i reboot the phone the modify is lost

hello everyone , im asking if it is possible to disable the android security for non market apps added to a custom rom ? and if it is possible , how can i do that ?
EXPLANATION : i ve added somme apps (non market) to a zip rom (sys/app) so when i flash the rom again on my phone , i will have thoose apps installed automatically , some of the apps are installed but non functionnig , others apps are fuctionning well , but there is a lot of apps not installed and blocked by unkown source android security , so im wondering if i can disable this security somewhere in the zip rom file , or another way to do what i mention

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but try .....
Settings>Security and 'check' the box next to 'unknown sources' then try to install your apps.....

this manip is under android itself , but i look for solution to install apps (non market) already added to a rom WHILE FLASHING IT

TouchWiz Revolution v7* Not installing

I have been trying to install Touchwiz sinc yesterday but i got no luck. I followed the steps correctly mentioned on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2698242
1) Firstly i installed recommended recovery
2) Wipe factory/data reset
3) Wipe Cache and dalvik cache
4) Install Touchwiz zip ROM
5) Again to recover
6) Wipe Cache
7) Wipe dalvik cache
When i turn on the device i got the stock ROM and touchwiz of Galaxy Grand Duos.
Please help.

Go to settings n check. Probably u have successfully installed touchwiz v7.

Refer this screenshot. U should see Touchwiz Revolution in Build number.
no their is nothing like that
Note 2 Gallery and other features.
Ok i was able to successfully install it.
But the problem i am facing now is that it doesn't show the theme and other things as mentioned in the TouchWiz Revolution 7.
Nor i have note 2 gallery and other things.
Please help!

Then ROM didn't get installed. U have to give more details like. 1. How much time it took for flashing ROM. 2. What is the msg in recovery after flashing. etc.

I get Solo Launcher and that white S5 look in it but no gallery and other features mentioned in it.
Any help will be appreciated Thanks once again.
Or should i install TouchWiz Revolution v6 instead of v7?

Since i am new i don't know much but telling about my experience and want to explorer it clearly.
I just flashed TouchWiz Revolution 7 but what all i got changes is the:
1) Notification bar
2) White S5 styled theme
3) Viper4AndroidFX
4) SuperSU
5) Torch
6) Solo Launcher with Perfect UI theme
7) Adaway
I didn't find any changes in the look regard when i use stock touch whiz in it.
Also i don't got any note 2 gallery or camera or Android L theme and style.
What could be wrong.
Prefer me to install any other version?

If u have all these things then u have successfully installed the Touchwiz Revolution ROM. No doubt in that.

I only installed it on one device and had no problems whatever.
The screenshot you see are from a previous build, If I remember corectly build 6
Did you also use TouchwizV7_Backup.zip as rahul8040 always provides the theme settings as mentioned?
Yes I used that too but all i get is nothing as off mentioned in the post. And If i try to install a mod using recovery like note 2 gallery or s5 camera. The ROM get a problem of SystemUI and moreover when i get into my settings > Sound > Ringtones. I found there is nothing changed i mean i have all my old ringtones predefined in it like before and nothing was changed in system.

@abhigeek: It's a custom build ROM (modified with Stock ROM + other features) and yes it supports dual sim.

I tried to make this app work on my galaxy note 2.
Firstly, it's not visible in the play store on the phone, and I can't install it from the web version (not compatible).
Well, ok, but I really want to play with this thing, so I managed to get the installer apk through bluestacks and install it on my phone.
It install correctly but crashes after showing a blank screen.
Since my phone is rooted, I tried changing the dpi for this app through the xposed module "appsetting", but it still does not lauch ...
Has anybody here tried the app and managed to use it ? Or do you have an idea on how I can make it work ?
If needed I can provide the installer apk.

Sad to see so few posts about the subject. And my attempts to get a clear explanation from Autodesk as to why this app is note compatible with the Note series (THE smartphones for graphic artists) remain blank... Such a fu..ing pity really.
