So it means that we can Install this rom on top of realme ui ??
Bluetooth is wonky on my end. Audio plays via device speaker instead of the 2 sets of headphones and speaker I've tried. Says connected and shows devices battery levels and all, sound just isn't routing to anything.
EDIT: plugging a wired headset in isn't routing audio either, still continues to play thru speaker.
EDIT: Wired headset working, was bad pair of headphones. Bluetooth audio still not routing tho.
Hi Dev, thanks for this rom..everything is working fine..the only thing that I am facing is that there is something blinking (like an led) near to the front camera while hearing voice messages in whatsapp..dont know whether it is something related to the rom
Will faceunlock be added ?
FIX TO ADD faceunlock YOU CAN DO ?

I've noticed that on AIM ROM and Havoc also. I only seem to notice it if I have fingerprint unlock setup but currently do not since the scanner seems wonky with a glass protector on.
Is anybody else having problems with Bluetooth audio?

It worked, appreciate it!
Can you fix the interface error ?

Is the any chance we could get pie navigation controls added? Just navigation, non of the battery level and other nonsense with it. I miss them from the old days. I like the extra bit of screen space you get by using gesture controls but the gesture controls themselves are horribly implemented IMO.
Dear crDroid Team,
thank you so much for your amazing work. The main reason why I bought this phone, was that your system is running on it!
I was using crDroid on my Motorola Droid 4 for a long time and didn’t want to miss it ever again.
Now I’m running crDroid 6.7 on my european version Realme XT (RMX1921EUEX) and wanted to update to 6.9.
My question is now how to update exactly.
Your very short guide suggests:
• Flash RUI firmware
• Flash ROM(GApps and magisk will survive)
Where can I find the firmware for my phone? The firmware link on your website points to the indian firmware version (RMX1921EX) and I’m not sure if I can use it.
--> Can I use this indian firmware for my european phone?
--> What would happen, if I just install the official OTA for the european version over my existing crDroid system and then install the crDroid Update over it?
--> It’s written that magisk will survive. Does that also apply for the magisk modules (I have microG installed)
Thank you in advance

A2DP Error
I'm om crDroid 6.9
After updating to 6.9, I can't stream audio to my bluetooth speaker. Herewith I provide logcat for further diagnostic.
Edit: I've disable A2DP hardware offload and it works now
disable blutooth A2DP in developer setting

No problem
It's just that we are an international community and don't want to exclude anyone
(I did learn English, too)
Since it's a stock based ROM and the official stock firmware is one month behind the security patch level, this April security patches lineageOS won't work with the twrp
(Google rollback protection)
But I will release a TWRP without userdata decryption, which should work anyway.
But rooting is still possible.
Just unzip the lineageOS.zip
Use the payload_dumper I linked in the SODP lineageOS thread to extract the boot.img file
Then patch the boot.img file in the magical manager app
And flash it back via fastboot

截图分享问题是Lineage或者QQ的问题,magisk用官方10的方法刷入,twrp没有,但是自带的Lineage recovery可以刷入Gapps,够用了。
If you met any problem about share screenshot, this is a bug of Lineage or tencent QQ. For Magisk, you could patch the boot image as stock 10.0. For recovery, we don't have twrp now, But you could use lineage recovery for Gapps.

Our judgement for single model is not completed, you could try to flash stock firmware of dual model, after that you could flash LineageOS. Then sim card work work.
If you need VoLTE, you need to flash the oem.sin for your country/area after flash the dual FW.

Here is a method to dump the status of signal strength, Please make sure the phone keeps the same position when you test. Feedback the value of Setting-About phone-SIM status-Singal strength. Please test it on stock and LineageOS, dump value each 3 min. 6 values totally.

INFO
This ROM does not use the device trees/kernel from sonyxperiadev (aka SODP). The device tree was made from scratch, and the stock kernel (based off 52.1.A.x.y) has been used.

Hi, this blog post should answer your question.
Wow, so happy to see this thread. Especially since I just placed an order for the phone an hour ago.
Will you be writing instructions on how to unlock the bootloader and install recovery?
Or should we follow the same steps from the AOSP thread?
Thanks a lot!
Hello, I flashed it in twrp and it failed. Then I tried to flash it using fastboot, and it stopped at the sony logo

You can check sony.com for bootloader unlocking instructions. For flashing my builds, you can either use TWRP or Lineage recovery.

Please be more specific:
Which TWRP build did you use?
Why did it fail; which error code was returned? Do you have a recovery log?
How did you extract fastboot images from the OTA zip file?
Model number of your device?

thank you for your reply
Before flashing, I flashed the Stock firmware with version number 52.1.A.0.672, TWRP comes from MartinX3
‘Https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-xz2/development/recovery-twrp-3-3-1-0-t4074305’
But I flashed the generic twrp of firmware 52.1.a.0.618, so it stopped at the TWRP logo and could not enter twrp.
Then I used ‘payload_dumper’ to extract the fastboot image. Based on the stock firmware version 52.1.A.0.672, I flashed it using fastboot, but it stopped on the SONY logo.
I flashed the generic twrp of firmware 52.1.a.0.618 on the Stock firmware with the version number 52.1.A.0.618, and twrp can be used normally. Then I flashed LineageOS 17.1 in twrp. It succeeded.
Currently I am enjoying LineageOS 17.1
My model is SONY XPERIA XZ2 Compact Dual

I am also running stock firmware 52.1.A.0.672 currently and would like to install 17.1
If I understood your comment correctly, I will have to first downgrade the firmware to 52.1.a.0.618?
And then install TWRP for 52.1.a.0.618?

How is the camera in Lineage?
Is it good like stock or is it like in pixel experience?

I think it goes without saying that the camera on custom ROMs will never be as good as on Stock, but I'd say the quality is pretty OK nevertheless. It should definitely be better than on Pixel Experience - they use Sony AOSP (SODP) as a base, while this port uses the Stock blobs and kernel.

Will the camera app permit to record DNG files (RAW) and not only JPG. If such, I'd be very grateful if someone could share a DNG files. I'd like to check if is is supported by Adobe Lightroom. I would report once checked.

Okay, thanks for your answer
Thanks, no issues so far. I have switched from my SODP based lineage builds to yours, because of the defunct camera in SODP.
Never occurred to me to use the stock binaries.. Great stuff, thanks!
Hi, I have been having weird touch screen issues with my stock unrooted zx2 compact. ( sometimes the screen just goes unresponsive no touch inputs work, I have to lock then unlock the screen for it to work again).
I'm wondering if anyone has noticed this on this Rom if it's a hardware issue or if its software then I can try a custom Rom.

Not yet, so far.
What I encountered:
- switching to loudspeaker during a call does not work - all is just muted
- Notification LED can be turned on somehow, but does not really work and can not be adjusted
- shutter button does not start the camera

Call via loudspeaker is normal, you need to use the mic on the top of the phone. It's not a bug, it is designed by Sony.
Notification LED works fine for me. You can describe your issue more detailly.
Camera key is a bug of LineageOS, we had no idea about it now.

Hello,
i am using RMX1993.
NFC is not working and some Apps dont use Fingerprint.
e.g. Bitwarden.
And it says Model Name RMX1992.
incoming and outgoing calls not showing on screen. how do i downgrade? its saying "the installed version is lower than current" when i tried downgrade to stock rom.
Appreciate your efforts for bringing android 11 update so quickly. Saw review of the rom on YouTube. Looks quite stable but I use headphones for gaming and listening music so it's a must for me. Still I'll flash this one once stable magisk for android 11 rolls out.
Bug "headphone jack audio routing" means that wired headphones don't work on this firmware?

Network Speed meter
Adjustable height for the navbar
Stabilised Deep sleep
Fixed up all the inconsistencies that were there in the previous builds
Sources are published on the github.
Notes: if you are on the previous AOSP build you can simply dirty flash the current build and stuff should work out fine, However, if you are on a ancient build of AOSP, You are advised to do a clean flash over latest RUI 1.0 (Android-10 firmware) for your respective variant, Please note builds made from my tree are compatible across all the variants marketed under the umbrella of Realme X2 be it RMX1991,1992,1993, So stop sending me dm(s) asking if it would work.

Rom comes with Google Apps baked in, No need to flash the gapps package separately.
Using latest version of AOSP vanilla. It is simple and very stable for daily usage for me at least. Battery backup is great. Only issue is missing 64mp camera. Otherwise the perfect rom.
thanks for the great work!
but the url not work.

Great work, now we have fast R ROM! (but not as fast as Enchanted LOS 17.1)
Wow, thank you so much!! The performance and battery backup is very decent. No major issues except 2 things things,
1. Double tap to wake up missing.
2. Camera flash does not work. (however this can be resolved by using Footej camera 2)
You are best @xNombre . Nice work.
Hello,
I've just pushed a new update. It's stable release!
I'm actually surprised by how smooth gemini came out to be on a11.
Camera led is broken and probably will be, I cannot do much about it. You can always use custom camera app.

Thanks for your support on gemini. Everything works fine and smooth for now.
Just a small bug i found is disabling hardware buttons doesn't disables home button key.
On the latest version after turning on device encryption functionality and setting up boot password on, it stucks on infinite booting animation and never boots up again.

Hi!
I've been using your crdroid 6 for almost a year and I love it, thank you so much for your support on gemini.
I wanted to try this version but i can't find gapps for android 11 on the link you provided. Should I use NikGApps or it would be better to download the test version of opengapps for android 11? Would it add stability problems?
Thanks again and happy holidays to everyone!
