Recently I bought a Note 10+, (SM-N975U) the AT&T variant. The challenge I'm having is that I'm unable to update to android 10. It has failed the OTA and Smart switch options. I went on Sammobile and downloaded the version of the OS for my variant but it wasn't for AT&T it was USC.. Can you or anyone else on this thread help me please..?

Hello, i bought an unlocked at&t samsung galaxy s3 sgh i747 on amazon.com, i am currently resideing in italy for a year. im useing an italian sim, but i cant update my phone. my phone is not rooted. i tried kies air, and still no luck. im running android 4.0.4 but i read in the news that they have been getting over the air firmware updates. any suggestions on how i could update my phone? thank you!

Update to what? On what firmware you are (baseband and build)? I don't think you can update if you not using at&t sim card and at&t version phone will NOT upgrate to international software.

Have a SM-N910A (AT&T) Note 4. I'm using it outside the USA. Already unlocked via CODE.
My question is... Since AT&T Lollipop can not be root and considering I will never use it with AT&T service..
Can I install the TMOBILE lollipop firmware on the SM-N910A (AT&T)? So I can root it? Currently I'm running AT&T 5.0.1 Lollipop but I'm experiencing the Hello Hello bug and out of a sudden today I'm not able to send or reply to SMS.... I'm getting tired of this.
I really appreciate any help.

No, you cannot install any firmware other than AT&T signed firmware
P.S. if it were that simple we wouldnt be trying to get root for the device we'd all just flash some other firmware, and this topic is all over the forums and a little searching goes a long ways
Hello, so I have a Note 4 N910A AT&T, android 5.0.1 . Everytime I try to update the updater says "Update Interrupted". I read that I have to have an AT&T sim card for the update to work. I can't find one, because I'm not from US. How can I update to 5.1.1 ?

I'm stuck with an AT&T phone that can't read a sim and refuses to grab ota updates. I believe it has a baseband/modem/bootloader mismatch and needs the 8.0 update.
Does anyone know when to expect the Oreo zip to be available for download?
