What's ColtOS
ColtOS Project is presented by a team of learners and it is crafted from AOSP Source with all the necessary customizations, without compromising the stability and security of the device.
We have cherry-picked the features from many other roms/projects and we are very thankful to all of them!! We just crossed the Beta Phase for Oreo and are happy to announce the release of Colt-OS Andy10 based on Android 10.0
Although there's no bugs experienced by us or testers, if you find any, please let us know with a logcat.

Great ROM thanks but gcam trcamera and parrot camera not working not taking photos

Installed yesterday and am definitely impressed. Only issue I've come across is when making a phone call, the call automatically goes to speakerphone and there's no way of turning it off. Any suggestions?

Fine here, you should try a clean flash & please don't restore any backup, then check & tell me...

This rom is great. But gcam not working.

thanks a lot for the rom..but i see a bug with the FM Radio like others roms, it doens´t work..I always use FM Radio.

It seems to be working now. I must have frozen a file in lucky patcher and it affected the speak. Again, thank you for a great ROM!

- it comes in porformace mode from boot so if you don't like it i would suggest to use SmartPack kernel manager and put CPU Governor to "schedutil" mode and enjoy
-To pass cts you will need magisk hide. I would suggest V20.4

Great rom! Was looking for a rom with miui camera and I'm glad you added it in the last update. Any chance this rom will goes official in the future?
Also, for some reason Google assistant not working for me. Is this a known bug or I do something wrong?
Edit: seems like mic is not working. Tried voice recording app and it's not recording any sound.

No Fastcharge is no bug ... I said fastcharge is a mod ( in kernel surelly) , its no safe for your battery its break cycle battery !

Can you give log??? On my side mic is working but there is a problem with the google assistant...i am looking into this and as senpai said the fast charge was just a mod and it can harm your battery and i don't wanna take responsibility of it as i only try to build which won't/shouldn't harm our devices!!

sorry senpai for that but what do you mean by some apps crash???
I am also using it and never felt although like I have mentioned you need Magsik installed to Xiaomi parts to work properly and what base did you use also?

Before i disable apk verification, apps work normallly
But after i disable it, some apps just randomly crash when i'm using

Nice work. i can see that some people are already feeling ur work.
so my question:
1. Is there a specific manner for flashing this rom - bcos u dint indicate any steps or process to follow
2. Wch base stock rom(s) is best for flashing dis rom - to minimize any possible issues.
In other words how did u flash it, so most of us - like me - can minimize issues, Thanks.​

sorry for this inconvenience senpai..
The installation method is same as other roms no extra things needed! And as for base we need to use which is stable! Users often say 10.0.18.0 and 10.0.20.0 good for this job again some say on 11.0.7.0 it's working good! That's why I didn't specified any specific base!

Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on AOSP with some patches and fixes from LineageOS and various other projects. The idea is to bring custom features and some of the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of Making you feel like 家.
With an almost stable source, this ROM is also packed with some custom wallpapers (available on ShishuWalls), ringtones, fonts, and themes to bring to your device into a more fresh look and give you always a good experience.
Also, we got our Telegram Group to talk about the ROM, share some love, ideas or even have fun with us!

FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS - the way I do it
1. Boot TWRP
2. Format data (if you are encrypted. If you are not encrypted, this is not necessary)
3. Reboot to bootloader and boot TWRP again
4. Flash ROM
5. Change slot
6. Flash gapps
7. Reboot system
UPDATING INSTRUCTIONS - the way I do it
1. Boot twrp
2. Flash zip
3. Change slot
4. Reboot to system
I'm not sure how to take updates on encrypted devices, but that isn't a problem for now

oh thank you, if there is a patch it's great, let everyone use the best rom together, thank you for your work

I'm aware of the BT Audio bug that has surfaced again, but for some reason my build environment isn't including the commit in the build. I don't have enough time these days to spend on building over and over and testing the builds to see if the patch has been included, and so, I'm instructing on how to apply the patch yourself.
Simply download the file attached on this post and place it in /vendor/etc/
Also delete /vendor/etc/audio/audio_policy_configuration.xml

I think he's talking about if the rom looking good... For me looks great, but I'm using crDroid 7.7 as daily driver and have no plans to moving to another rom for now.

Edit: Im so impressed man, in my first full charge, in a 72% drain im getting 9h screen time. In stock rom i cant get 8h with 100%.

I have a question, i have xiaomi headphones with 3 buttons, but i cant find how choose button do, for example, volume down works fine, volume up works fine, but middle button works like volume up, and in a call middle button before works silence call and long press end call, but now it works in reverse, any tip for change this or is not possible? Thx.

The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
