No, not stock ROM, some of the custom ROMs say "unified" and that the one ROM works on both. If it does not say so, do not use it. It may brick devices

I cannot give you the direct link because of the mi forum restriction,but you can google it to find it.it will show you. V6 4.
i think you have confused it with mi 1 or redmi note. coz i can't find anything. if you have found anything post the screenshot, or the google search result or miui forum url. dn only members and devs here can help out.

Unfortunately v6 is not yet available for Redmi 1s. It's available for Redmi note. Below is a link which will guide you to install your "v6" developer rom on Redmi 1s. If you are successful in getting v6 on redmi 1s all of us would like to see some screenshots.

Edit: A quick search on google told me that you have been posting exactly same thing on miui forum and some openeducationusa forum also. Come back to sense bro. Miui v6 does not exist for Redmi 1s yet. At least it's not made public. And if you are so special to get your hands on it without it being released Xiaomi would have told you how to install it.

Bud...you are confused of two devices
There is
Xiaomi Mi 1S
And
Xiaomi Redmi 1S
And Mi series is flagship devices and Redmi is not !
We all want to help you but we all are not "Charle Xaviour" to read minds and share solutions !

The rom was chinese rom for redmi mtk device.not for sanpdragon cpu's.
that why is was unable to try it out.
And i didn't mean to offend anyone.
and now i will try to port the mi3 dev rom to 1s.
let me see what happens.
i will try it out ignoring how much fun is made out of my effort.

Yes,but after installing the rom,you will have to install specific karnel for device

This is old rom, i suggest you to install Revolution OS MIUI. It's on Pie.

nothing special. whatever blisss came with, i used. i flashed more than 15 + gsi roms so far and i always end up going back to miui.

no. i probably wouldve bricked my phone if i did. its on the github gsi list. a simple google search will get you answers plus more.
